Placed an order at 3pm and went to the place to pick it up and it wasn’t even put in the oven. Another lady ordered her pizza and hers wasn’t ready either. A bunch of people didn’t get their orders. The nerve of the supervisor there tho. When said lady wanted a refund she had an attitude with her and when someone stood up for this lady the supervisor asked for his name so she can cancel his order. As a place of business you have to understand that when it takes 3 hours to make a pizza you are going to have angry customers. You can’t react with an attitude just because they are upset with how slow you guys are or understaffed you are. The way this supervisor reacted was terrible.

The food was raw and cold when it arrived, and nobody answered the phone upon calling to speak with a manager. The health department should be called, and they should be shut down.

Ms. Gloria and Ms. T are the two young women who completely made my afternoon. First of all, they were very nice and funny. Second, my pizza was hot,bread was fluffy and not burnt! Thirdly, they were very clean, careful and concerned about how they cooked the food. And they did exceptional! I get everyone have their moments but some of the other little Caesars were not clean and some workers were very dirty. I did not see that here... Good Work ladies!!!!

Food sucks, employees don’t show up to work and leave the work up to one person. 5 minute hot and ready? NO 3 hour not hot and not ready. Get new management and learn how to run a business.

Ordered pizza got there only 1 person working. She was very rude to all customers waiting. Had to wait 45mn at store after my pickup time. Why take orders and give ready time, when you can't make pizzas. Employee blamed scheduler/company. She was just very rude. She put sign (piece of paper) on door which was illegible. Not good service at all. Didn't even offer discount or a coupon on future order. So sad.

The employees were efficient and very pleasant. The envionment appeared stocked with 2 liters of various soda thats already COLD and the napkins were filled. The area was clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. The Pizza was hot and tasted fresh, and it had ample cheese not over sauced. Bread sticks were tasty, too. 20 min it was ready to pick up. I can't say it's going to always be a 5 star experience for all, but it happens to all businesses.

The clerk tells you just a moment after they take an order and it's closer to 15 mins. He makes you think he has one all ready when he doesn't. The manager, she wanders around aimlessly with a clip board and pen pretending to be doing something important while her employees are behind needing help because they are short staffed.

They canceled two of my online orders with no explanation. They didn't even call to tell me, they sent emails to tell me it was canceled. Today, their door is locked right now at 3 in the afternoon. How are they able to keep operating?
