Made appointment for covid test. Went outside drive through for 15 minutes. No one was there. So I went inside at the minute clinic for half an hour no one was there to talk and asked not to use kiosk. After waited half an hour this lady came and told me your name is not here although I kept on getting test from minute clinic about the confirmation. Then she said you may have to go to Pharmacy drive through. I think you Cann't blame the patient you need to clear direction where to go for help. I will never go to this CVS.

Nurses here are nice, but most times I try this clinic when I'm in a time pinch, the nurse says I don't need medicine. I then go to my Dr, and I'm able to get the medicine I need for recovery from illness. I will be going only to my Dr from now on, as when I try to come here, I end up paying for two appointments instead of one (here and my Dr). Today was my last attempt at this location. The nurses are nice, but I don't get the same outcome for common illness as I do with my dr. I went here for treatment and was told it was viral, paid for the appoint with no medicine to treat my ongoing symptoms. I made an appointment with my Dr, was seen quickly, and given an antibiotic to treat my symptoms (ended up testing positive for bacterial infection).

170$ for consultation please if you don't want to trow you money away and be ripped off don't go there ! They told me to get medicine over the counter that was it and I was charged 170$ . They did not listen to me abut my symptoms and was very serious I need antibiotic and up having bad infection places like this is just dishonest business just for money not to help people . if you want to be treated with respect as a patient go to Urgent Care Clinic Kenosha . You will not even pay close to what they charge ! The name of the clinic 5 minute Clinic it fits it perfect because yes it will tack them 5 minutes to see you talk to you for 170$ and more !

3rd time trying to come to this minute clinic 3rd time they told me no Apts. Online shows Apts. I explain this to the rude lady who is the same person constantly saying no apt. I do not recommend using. I highly recommend CVS find employees who care.

This was honest to goodness the best medical experience I've ever had. I was listened to, understood, respected, and had things very clearly explained to me. NP Mahaga is an amazing human being and I am very grateful for her assistance.

Brought my 94 year old Dad in for ear flush and flu shot. Allison and her assistant were so gentle and kind to him it warmed my heart. I was impressed with cleanliness and will definitely recommend this clinic.

Just came to this clinic for the first time. Arrived @ 4:15 p.m , not a single person was there waiting and was denied being seen by the. A P. . Was told they see the last person @ 4:00 - 4:10 dispite being "Open" until 4:30. Great customer service..lol! I won't be coming here again!

5 Stars for the nurse Catherine Jacobs at the COVID rapid test site. I've been there twice for the rapid test during my quarantine, she's very nice and professional. I've never seen a CVS health staff has her level of caring and attention to detail. Thank you!
