Went in for a tour with the intention of joining as I live only a few minutes away and this gym is TINY. Barely any free weights and subpar machines. This is what I would expect from a gym at a hotel/motel, not a major chain. Absolutely not worth the money they are asking.

This is not a bad gym. If you are looking for a 24 hour place to work out, that’s fast and convenient. This is it. However, they do have various cons/downfalls. Firstly they offer paid services on top of their monthly fee. One of them is being able to play your music in the gym out loud. Sounds like an awesome perk right? Well it is, only that 50% of the time the music is at about 20% volume so you can’t even hear it... I have personally spent 40$ worth of credits to play my music. But half of the time either you can’t connect to Rockbot (the application to play the music) or again you use your credits to enjoy your music and no one knows how to at least turn the volume up a little bit. You would think after spending 40$ on top of your monthly subscription they would try to assist you so you can listen to the music. The answer I got was we don’t know how to turn the volume up that’s on the manager. It’s been various times and at this point I’m disappointed. Do not purchase add ons from here because they cannot deliver. Staff is either not well trained or just don’t care to help. Again this is a service I am paying for yet I don’t get to enjoy it. Anytime fitness care to fix this?

I don't remember ever being told it was a 2 year contract signing up for this gym. I moved and tried to contact them about canceling and they never got back to me, even to tell me they couldn't cancel. Now I have lived across the country since August! This gym still has never contacted me back about canceling, and now they have a debt collector after me for hundreds of dollars! I figure if I post here maybe they'll take time out of their day to email me back or give me a call?

This gym is a good one. I should know, I used to own it. The new ownership are fitness people that walk the talk. They are quality people that offer a quality service. They only have the top equipment brands and keep the place nice and clean. If you are near the South Side of Racine or North Side of Kenosha or live in Summers and you are looking for a gym, I guarantee this is the best near you.

So, it's 6:35am and nobody is here. I was told there would be someone here to speak to at 6am. I've been waiting since 5:50am. I am supposed to be starting a free trial today, but it looks like I'm never coming back to this anytime fitness again. Waste of time and energy. I would have asked someone to hold the door open for me to just go in and work out, but I figured someone would show up at around 6am to help me, so I didn't have anyone hold the door. Now there's nobody here at all. I'll just go back to my old gym even though it's farther away.

You can get a good basic workout here. Gym has quality equipment and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Wow, a very classy gym- nice wood floors and modern setup & colors. Also, of course, great selection of weights and cardio (a real, old fashioned stair climber!! Yay!). The restrooms and showers are pristine. Thank you and I hope to be back!!

Anytime Fitness is a great gym Doug who is my trainer was a very good trainer for me. The downside it is a little pricey. But very friendly people and a friendly atmosphere.

Impressed! Michelle was fantastic. Great location near restaurants for a post-workout snack. CLEAN. Excellent variety of equipment. Respectful members. Reliable WiFi.

I use a lot of Anytime Fitness gyms, and this is one of my favorites. Very clean, not that busy, easy parking, and never anything broken.

If you get a membership plan on keeping it because you won’t be able to cancel. I had tried multiple times to contact them to cancel my membership and got no response back. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact the gym since each one is independently owned. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payments going through. Once I did that then I started to receive phone calls and emails from them. Would not recommend anyone to this gym. Very unprofessional
