No workers wear masks and they don't require customers to wear masks, all despite the hilariously ironic sign they have out front. I contacted corporate and was told they should be wearing masks, but that was weeks ago and they still don't wear them. I'm not going somewhere if they don't take my health seriously.

Horrible service from a manager for a simple request. We came here 1/24 @ 3:53am and ordered two drinks. When we received our drinks my husband asked for a straw as we did not receive it as well as napkins because there was junk on the cup. She handed him the straw angrily and closed the window. He waited and politely asked for napkins and the receipt. She handed him about 30 napkins very rudely, my husband stated “you don’t have to be angry, I just want to clean my cup and may I please have napkins” she shut the window as he was talking. He wanted for her to open the window again and she was extremely livid at this point my husband asked for the receipt and she stated she gave it to him “he stated he didn’t have it and he does need it as well as her name” she stated “I’m a manager here” my husband responded that does not matter, I need your name please and my receipt. She stated she couldn’t provide the receipt and they were a privately opened company so her name doesn’t matter. We stated we are not leaving until we receive our receipt in which she stated “I would need to re-ring the order” we stated, please do so” she then closed the window and called for a gentleman to assist her. He then asked why we needed the receipt in which we stated “because we made a transaction and need it”. She chimes in “the transaction is already completed!” The gentleman provided the receipt and stated her name is Renee. The receipt stated a name of Denitsa. I would not want this person working in my establishment serving my customers especially as a manager “leading” my team. Crazy to me this manager or anyone for that matter would treat someone like that. You are in the line of customer service… that means serving customers and we asked for two simple things.

whoever was working this morning was on top of it :) my drink was made perfectly (usually just tastes like milk) I got a latte with coconut milk and no ice. I asked for vanilla and he gave me 3 pumps of French vanilla swirl. amazing thank u. the guy in drive through was super chill. props to yall.

Diamond, Sid, and Zach are so nice! They made my visit a wonderful experience. The nursing staff thanks the wonderful folks at Dunkin!

Had a detailed order for three coffees, each were made to perfection. Staff was great and accommodating. Also, gas station attendant was throughly wiping and cleaning garbage station - what a plus! Overall a great experience.

Drive thru is a bit convoluted. Of the last five orders, four have been wrong. This last time, I ordered a caramel machiatto and got a milk with caramel. Previously, it was always a mixup of ordering hot and getting cold; they are always good at correcting but this location needs work. I would go to the one further East but the logistics of that drive thru is even worse. Both locations should move to bigger areas.

Was told 'we don't have those' when we ordered a few different kinds of donuts, he didn't really elaborate lol. Didnt get donuts. We got 2 sandwiches, there was only a 3 minutes gap in between ordering and getting our food (which is good time wise!) but one of the sandwiches still had frozen egg and sausage and the other was colder than room temp which was weird because they should've been made after we ordered them lol

You guys are a 24 hour Dunkin… but never have any donuts at night. Make it make sense. You guys never have donuts what’s the point on being open so late?

I was having a bad time in Kenosha until I came to DD. The two guys and a girl there were so nice and polite and made me feel special. You don't get that too many places. THANKS DD!!

This is one of the few DD’s I’ve never had a bad experience! I’m from IL and worked in WI a bit so over the years I frequent there a lot. I’m always greeted with a smile and feel welcome! And yes the coffee is always perfect……and I know I’m a hand-full!

This dunken is consistently good. They do quite a bit of business and the drive thru line can back up though. But the workers and food are good.

Every single time, this establishment botches our order. Hash browns, a cheese and egg wrap, and a coffee were on the list. I got cheese and bacon instead. I told the "Danielle" who worked at the drive-up window what I had ordered. Because I don't like bacon, I told her I didn't order that. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap, I am aware of it. She treated me rudely, and I had to wait a while to get my wrapping. I won't be going back to this Dunkin'. I waited for my order for a total of 30 minutes while also having to put up with a bad attitude. Really not professional.

It was someone’s birthday at the office and they brought in three dozen Dunkin’ Donuts! They were almost all gone within 5 minutes. Apparently everyone must have liked them. I know that my chocolate covered sprinkled donut was delicious. I love Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Mmmm!!!

I will go out of my way to go to the Dunkin 15 minutes from my house rather than this location that is 5 minutes from my house due to the awful costumer service and the inconsistency with how they make their items. I can’t order food from here cause it’s always burnt, Drinks never taste right and they never have the toppings that are supposed to be on it. I’d rather go somewhere where I know what I’m paying for is what I’m expecting and where I’m greeted with a smile and positivity. Management really needs to fix things.

Well, America runs on Dunkin'. This location like many others have what will keep you running. Sweet and savory goodness and a variety if beverages to suit your taste. Nice, fast service. The parking lot is a bit tight. Repeat worthy.

They consistently give hot coffee in defective cups, the rims are damaged the lid doesn't sit right and they leak. Shame on the owners if you damage your cups throw them away don't pass them along to customers who spill hot coffee on themselves. Shame!

I had gone in for some coffee. I did not catch the employees name. But she took a personal phone call on her own phone while taking my order and doesn't even hand me my change. I also got a donut and she doesn't even hand it to me just throws it down onto the counter. I work in management and this place has no credibility or respect for its paying customers.

The new breakfast tacos are not worth the price! 2.50 without meat and almost $3 with meat and it’s mostly tortilla with a taste of filling.

This Kenosha based Dunkin’ Donuts at the Shell gas station always consistently makes very good drinks and is a favorite DnD stop to and from Illinois. Always friendly service. Drive thru is very convenient. Exceptional restrooms inside the Shell that have mouthwash and mini disposable cups which is a refreshing touch for travelers and commuters. Solid 4 stars.

I love this Dunkin. The kids that work at the window are always sweethearts. One time I pulled up and had been having a rough day, the boy at the window was so sweet and sent me off with, “have a blessed day.” The caramel crazed signature iced latte is addictive, but it’s a good treat.

I’m really disappointed to have paid for a large latte and get one that’s half full. I notice it’s lighter than usual but it’s not a huge deal, when I go to take a sip I realize I have to tilt the cup halfway and it’s still not even touching my lips, I open it and it looks like this, literally half full. Why would I want to pay for a large when this is what I get. I had already driven away so that’s awesome too! :|

Always good customer service and no excuses when hash browns need to be made. Sounds small, but when you know, you know.

I’ve been here 2 mornings in a row trying to get a quick breakfast, those both mornings I’ve gotten my order messed up. How are you going to repeat my order correctly back to me and then mess it up when you hand it to me… very dissatisfied with this. I say chocolate sprinkle donut and I receive a chocolate Boston cream donut… I ask for a COOKIE BUTTER COLD BREW and I receive a brown sugar cold brew. Bad morning crew!

They keep getting you hooked on flavors and discontinuing them... customer service could be much better ... smile once in awhile

Food is never the same when you visit. Service is usually not good at any location and if you go in the lobbies are usually not clean

Service was pretty slow and donuts tasted old. No one greeted me when I walked in so I stood in front of the counter glancing awkwardly at employees until someone asked what they could get me. I wouldn't recommend.

The employee's are absolutely wonderful. They were kind, delivered service with a smile, and the wait time was excellent

I would have given this a 5 star but idk what is up but when you ask to have the boss guy call you because you have been treated unfair.they should call I live there drinks but there are.inly a few that make it the best and my #1 is the boss man that's what I call him but I maybe thinking of going to another place if they cannot treat all customers the same

Let me tell you something - I've been to a lot of Dunkin's. I mean, A LOT. This has been the most consistent, fast, and friendly Dunkin' I've ever been to. I've since been to it 50+ times and every time the coffee is very consistent and the wait time is minimal for the lines that they usually have.

They still have same coffee, which I like. But the service and product availability for me has been an issue.

Love this place and the employees. Always greeted.
