Was in Ross next store and it was horrible. Walked in here and the staff was immediately pleasant. It is all lit up and clean. Much better vibe and environment and prices were little to no change. Found a lot nicer looking stuff compared to the trash found next store. Well stocked. Clean. Organized.

I like the store...the prices are good....the selection of items is fantastic.

Nice selections of various goods. The store was clean, not overcrowded, to where you couldn't get your cart through the aisles. Found everything I was looking for and more. Very fair pricing.

Most horrible shopping experience I have ever had today. I will never shop at this location again! Here it is 2023 and you still have people following and profiling black people in the store. I have been coming to this location the past two years shopping regularly and today by far was the worst shopping day I’ve ever had. Me and my daughter went to this location to purchase a new water bottle but before I grabbed the water bottle I wanted to browse the store. I found a few other things I wanted to buy but as I was shopping I noticed that I was being stared at and followed by the employees. As I was looking for my size in the women’s department the camera sounded off saying welcome to the beauty department indicating they were heavily watching me. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help yet they were following me and looking at me to the point I became upset and uncomfortable. At the checkout the cashier lowered the volume of her headset to tell me that if I needed to return the bra that I would need to make sure all original tags were on the item. I have never been told that my entire time ever shopping this store. That indicated to me that the person who was watching me on camera told her to tell me that from her headset. She never asked me to apply for the card which that is usually what they always say before the transaction is completed. I am utterly disgusted by this behavior and I will not shop here again. To feel uncomfortable and unwelcome I wasn’t appreciated for spending my money I will not shop here. I never thought that I would have to tell a story about shopping while black in America. I do have a large following on my social media platforms and I will be posting about the disgusting people Marshall’s have working for them and the fact that black people isn’t welcome to shop in this location!

They always have a nice selection of goodies to choose from. Prices are reasonable. I found a couple items here on clearance that I liked as well. Definitely worth stopping in. Although sometimes they run short on cashiers.

They have what I need when I need it. There is always new items coming in and quite a nice selection, too.

Found some good treats and gadgets there. It was really clean and the staff was great.

I always find great deals here! They really don't seem to have much for men's clothing, especially for business or dressy styles.

The prices are definitely better than department stores, however since Burlington and Ross are right next door, and they've started getting much better quality items in stock so they're really giving Marshall's a run for their money lately. Since you can get the same quality items just a lot cheaper at Burlington and Ross. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. I've only come across one manager (I think), a few months ago, who was pretty rude and tried to argue with me about a return item. But overall I've never had any issues and I shop there quite a bit.

They have all kinds of goodies for men, women and children.

I came here randomly since I was in the area.. I'm originally from Illinois but happy I did. I found plenty of maxi dresses that were super cute, I have been looking everywhere for them and I happen to find a few here. Prices are reasonable. Lots of cute sandals and shoes. Store was very organized, very pleased with this shopping trip. Ended up coming out with like 4 maxi dresses, 2 pair of summer shoes, a pair of sandals and a cup. Happy camper with the items I found and purchased 🙌

Too much variety and the prices aren't really that great anymore. They seem to be marking up everything in every department so why not just go back to Burlington Coat Factory. Seriously. They don't have a lot of options for women with my size feet, which I thought was pretty, but apparently not.

Not alot of baby clothes,she said they had a ton in the backroom check back later in the week

Fir the last 2years I don't see any useful clothing or a good style.They look like old clothes.i just like the house stuff . Yiu should bring more decent clothes and new styles

Clean, good pricing, well kept, friendly and helpful staff. The stores next to it, Ross and Burlington were unkempt and an eye sore in comparison to Narshalls. Great job Marshalls!

Marshalls is my go-to store if i need something. I need at table marshalls, chair marshalls, pillow marshalls etc i give marshalls 5 stars

Usually can find decent household items or clothes for lower prices. This location is smaller than the one in gurnee mills. They don't have as many bigger items like rugs, wall decor and furniture.
