Breakfast was good, Waffle always good. Coffee cups dirty. Didn’t notice till we drank the cup and at the bottom, yuck! Too dirty for us to return to this location again.

Breakfast. I normally don't eat breakfast but I had been cleaning and packing since 1 am and it was after 5 am and i was thinking what was open in Dover DE area.. Waffle House! Just what I needed to keep working! I got the ALL-STAR SPECIAL": THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME All Star Special. I got the eggs over easy with sausage and hash browns and toast and a waffle. Topping that off with delicious black coffee and I was back to work with a smile on my face. The staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be awake at such an early hour. I felt welcomed and part of the family while enjoying breakfast. Thank you Waffle House for being there when I needed you!

Waffle house is not for the weak stomach. The food is greasy and the coffee is strong!! Once you know what to expect than you appreciate more what they have to offer. And of course the food is priced so you can't beat it!!

Walked in was greeted but that was all. My wife myself and 2 boys ages both 4 waited almost 10 min for a table to be cleaned but the ones that weren't busy even after pointed out the dirty table to 2 different workers and not one person went to clear the table. Didn't want to wait to see the rest of the poor service they had to offer.

Well, I had not been to the waffle house since I left Atlanta, and i wasn't a big fan then and now I remember why. Always seem to be some shady looking employees, not professional, grease on the walls on the signs on the walls. Waffle over cooked, hash browns way over cooked, sandwich was good. I like my waffles much better. This was my friend's first time there, so I was like oookkkk so I lost her pick. She wasn't too happy with service or food as well. I'm sorry to have to say this but, but waffle house, I'm good. Just need to tighten up on employees and food.

This was a pit stop on my way home since Waffle House refuses to come to South Jersey. This should be a model store for all other Waffle Houses. This is by far the cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to. The night shift crew is exceptional.

This place absolutly sucked. We went there to eat there was no customer but us and 1 other couple. There was 4 people working. They were not accepting take out either. So explain to me how 1 waiter couldnt handle 2 tables leaving usbto ask for missing sausage and our drinks not being refilled until we called him over to ask. They seem to be more interested in there phones then waiting on us. We will NEVER go back to this Waffle House...I would hate to see them busy.

September 26, 2021 11:25 am We waited 20 minutes before anyone approached us about a table. When finally seated, our table didn’t have menus so we asked for them. Waitress rolled her eyes. We asked for coffee while we were deciding what to order. Coffee never came although waitress spent some time just standing by the counter talking. When she finally came over again, she asked if we were ready to order. We asked if she forgot about our coffee. She rolled her eyes and told us it would be better to just go ahead and give her our order. Understand they were busy but she forgot our coffee and instead of getting it for us she proceeded to tell us to order now. She also told some customers who politely asked how long of a wait “for real! It’s busy and it’s gonna be awhile”. She also only had three tables to wait on at the time and moved like a snail. Just rude and unprofessional. We left and will never go back.

Fast, friendly service, fresh great food, not busy, good atmosphere. First time ever going and it was amazing! Definitely worth it! Get the pecan waffles with maple syrup!

Great staff and cheap, good food. Came here for breakfast while on vacation in the US and it was all a very nice experience all around.

It was a bit dirty, had to get my Clorox wipes from the car. Tables and floors had food all over them The grits were horrible, not like the ones in North Carolina. However, our server Doria was a absolute delight.

Was surprised at how good the food was. Have ate there several times. And I would recommend it. Good food good service and the staff made it a great atmosphere

This experience has been a repeat. This is about the 4th time I went to the Waffle House and was told I couldn't get take out because they were short staff. The logic behind this statement was poorly thought through. If your short staff then it would make more sense to cook an order, bag an order, and send me on my way. However, the Waffle House thinks it's more efficient taking orders, running from table to table, fully servicing everyone's personal order needs, than to allow me to take my order to go. Soooooo delightfully embarrassing!! And this is what I get trying to support my neighborhood business.

Our experience on October 12, 2021 had gone smoothly. The morning team was awesome we ordered and received our food in a timely manner with a full house. I notice they were short one server, but the two girls soldiered on and kept things flowing. Food was great at their price $8 a plate with ample servings. We will be coming back.

I've heard many things about waffle house and my first experience did not disappoint. Came here last week for lunch. As we walked into the place a car sped into the parking lot hitting a curb and blowing out a tire. Once inside we noticed about 5 employees talking about the guys they'd been with while we looked around at all the dirty tables looking for a place to sit... finally after a few seconds we found the only table that didn't have plates and trash all over it and sat down. All in all the waffle was good

Specialize your order. Mix menu items, the staff are glad to accommodate. They have steak, just ask for it. Free coffee to go is very common. The jukebox is real and is worth a dollar to play. Please and thank you, goes a long way, A booth by the window is tops..

The staff was very polite and food came out in a timely manner,but this location definitely needs an upgrade, the staff had to serve our food with disposable containers because the dishes that were "washed" didn't seem presenting that way.
