Ordered from here this afternoon, and these baristas look at you like you’re an inconvenience to them. Even when being friendly, saying please and thank you to them for the drinks I ordered, I get no response back and not friendly like the other Starbucks location I go to. I ALWAS tip on the app because I know how hard it is to work customer service, but not today. A simple “Hello or have a great day” would’ve been enough. I’d recommend skipping this location if possible & driving few mins up the road to the next location for better customer service.

Visiting from out of town. A tall blonde made my drink, I watched as she carelessly made it. Her fingers were inside my coffee, the outer cup was super greasy when she gave it to me, it was insane. I already felt out of place being the only POC there, and she made it worse. I paid for the coffee, left and throw it out. Didn’t want to make a scene due to her carelessness and ignorance. POCs, just go to the Roastery in Seattle, it’s a more welcoming environment. Avoid the purposeful cross contamination.

Store are not open on time its show store open in 4:30 AM but they open 4:51am we are still waiting they tell us we open in 5 am today is 05-19-2022

I visited for the first time after their renovation. There were no line in front of me but literally no one took my order for 10 minutes. The two ladies were giving me attitude. Their customer service changed horrible . Ruined my morning 😕

I usually go to this location. And I didn’t and went thru the drive thru at another location. The chai latte they gave me tasted like someone screamed chai at the milk and then serve it to me. So I went to this location either to buy a new one or just to get an extra pump of chai if they would let me and they totally remade it. Wouldn’t let me pay. Super wonderful people.

I have ordered Grande iced coffee no sweetener from this place multiple times and half the time they still put sweetener in it. I will say it has motivated me to look for a new coffee pot finally so I can have my iced coffee the way it should be. Not sweetened! lol my recommendation is low for this location though order's seem to be a hit or a miss even on something simple.

The proof is in the pudding, I keep coming back; albeit, not often enough to break the bank, and mostly out of convenience and consistency. Everyone knows Starbucks! 🌟

Friendly staff every time we've picked up, even remade drinks we ordered to the wrong place without batting an eye.

Ordered a cappuccino in a "here mug" to enjoy in the lounge. Typically, cappuccinos are meant to be presentable and appetizing. I didnt feel this either. Coffee dribbling down the mug so i have coffee stains (which they could have wiped off) down the sides. Some sort of glue-looking residue on the mug, making it just simply look dirty. Also, the taste is of the drink is just...ok...definitely not delicious. Sorry Starbucks, dont think ill be back here.

I recently visited this location while visiting family and friends. I had the best experience in my life I ordered a White chocolate mocha and the barista Brian made it right the first try. I wish my hometown location could make it the same way.

They always take care of us here at the Verizon store. We really appreciate yall and your continued amazing service.

They dont carry bananas anymore which I was very disappointed since I like that in the drink I order there whenever I go to any Starbucks.

opens at 5, but only the drive through? Interior doesn't open till 7 -- found out only when I got here :(
