Room rented had 2 beds and 4 registered guests. Only 1 towel in room. Went to front desk to ask for more towels, was told sorry policy is only 2 towels per room and need to exchange used towels for fresh ones. Some random person entered my room with a key card that worked because front desk checked her into our occupied room. Breakfast was cold hard boiled eggs. No protein. Room key kept demagnetizing and when we went to front desk to remagnetize them we were asked "how many of you are there?" Very sarcastically! We were a party of 10 with 3 rooms! All registered guests who weren't able to get fresh towels! Treated as if we were breaking rules! Will not stay here again!

Absolutely not! Poor service, no towels, broken jacuzzi, dirty bathtubs. This place honestly is the worst I've ever stayed in. The only thing slightly positive was that it was close to the airport. My husband and I wanted to take a shower in the morning, even though that was very daring looking at the state of the tub. The only towels available in the bathroom were washcloth towels. We went to the front desk to ask for towels and received the response of " we ain't got towels" also, when we arrived we were expecting to have our complimentary breakfast as stated on their website only to find a sign that stated that breakfast had been discontinued for the past few months. Do not waste your time, especially for the price they are asking and seek accommodations elsewhere. You have been warned.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a night, this is it. I agree with it being a 2 star hotel. It's relatively clean (smelled like cleaning supplies at least), it's just old and outdated. No one in our group felt comfortable enough to eat the continental breakfast though. It was pretty humid in the rooms, but the bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom definitely needed some renovations. It would have been nice to have a drinking fountain for water.

Pricey? Yes they must think we are rich or they are a five star hotel or something. Anyways.. rooms are decent, love the model, space, cleanliness. Service could be better. The spanish lady has done thos a couple times I’ve been there. Shes on her personal phone talking to someone while trying to help out people who are spending there hard earn money. SHOW RESPECT AND GOOD SERVICE. They also offer yu wifi but completely its hard to get connection unless you walk all the way to the gas station. Breakfast is good. Always biscuits and gravy. But pricey? Yes 200 deposit and 150-200 for the room itself🤦🏾‍♀️

AJ front desk clerk very helpful and nice and did his job well. The breakfast room was great, make your own waffles. There were Biscuits, hard cooked eggs, cereal and fresh coffee. However, lots of sketchy people in and out, gathering in rooms, late night to the wee hours of noise from other rooms. People kept blocking side entrance open to let people in who weren’t paying. Removed the carpet myself on 3 occasions to close the door. People were using their car alarms as signals of some sort, saw people sitting in their vehicles while alarms going off. Rooms were clean was uneasy with the people wandering around.

First, don't you even dare say that we were not guests of your place or that it is just not true. I don't like complaining and wasting this kind of time but I believe people should know. I booked and prepaid my stay at the kent days inn (beginning of August). But my credit card was charged of 260USD during my stay without any authorization and notice, and not paid back (this was not the amount of the deposit). I receive no answer from the hotel since then (even Wyndham says they cannot do anything unfortunately because it is an independent management). This is pure theft... About the stay at Kent days inn. Don't expect more than a mediocre motel. Location is awful (feels like sleeping in the middle of the highway), the supposedly excellent wifi is poor and the amenities are just regular. I would not complain if the price was right (definitely not the 130 USD a night we paid, not counting the illegal charge). Then the manager was just awful. Don't expect any attention for the customer nor politeness. I am not surprised to receive no answer. The rest of the staff was nice. Thank you to them, it's not their fault and I would add an extra star if I had not been robbed.

Why can’t I leave negative stars ? This hotel is dirty the doors are literally falling apart. The bed sheets were not cleaned. The walls had holes in them and weird things smeared on them. There was a fight outside and “security” decided to just sit in the front and do nothing. Pictures are not accurate and for the money I’d sleep elsewhere. Be sure to check your receipt at check out I stayed 2 nights they tried to charge me for 3.

I’ve been raising my grandson for 5yrs. The first wave of the virus started a chain of events that led to us loosing our stability. We needed a place to stay for the wknd before moving into our new home. Exhausted from our life events, including the passing of a loved one, we arrived, by referral, to Days Inn in Kent, Washington. I’ve never stayed here, but I was accused of having accumulated a bill already for a previous stay? This was after I explained my small dog was a service animal and showed my federal protection confirmation for her. I was also advised until I paid for my previous charges I wouldn’t be able to check in for my stay, and to give him my visa so he could cover my previous bill?I was shocked and defended myself against his accusation of any previous charges for anything and I had just arrived for the first time and explained I had pre registered and paid for the room which he denied had been done. It was a complete disaster as well as humiliating on top of what we were going through already on display to a room filling up with customers. This man refused to do anything to fix this situation and I was turned away in tears. I’m thankful my brother had been watching and started filming with his phone what was happening and he stepped in to deal with this rude and shady man. After almost 2hrs my brother had straightened everything out. We were able to check for the first time. Despite the fact connection for our TV wouldn’t work for another 3hrs; we finally settled in for our wknd stay. Monday@11:00am 3/14/22, we checked out. After a couple days I realized I had left a small bag of expensive medication and skincare items in one of the dresser drawers. I called for days trying to reach hose keeping and was told nothing was found. I don’t know why I even hoped the staff would’ve done the right thing with someone else’s possessions left behind obviously by accident. Not to mention when we tried to use the spa it was clear it had been used for storage space only and filled with random furniture and boxes. I guess I can say it was better then sleeping in a box on the curb. I’m sorry to say this place is a bad memory for us.

There was paint peeling from the wall near the bed, room had a funky smell. There was some sort of human fluid stains(I can only imagine what it was, gross!) on the comforter. When we pulled it off there were cigarette burns on the top sheet. There was a hole in the bathroom door, and not even a working light in the bathroom. To top it off the mattress was just awful, super uncomfortable! We were here for 4 hours due to a canceled flight, glad we didn't have to stay any longer than that.

Front desk was horrible, asked a question and got blown off. Checking in was ok. Watched a homeless person, steal a luggage cart and walked off with it. Staff didn't even care. Not a safe place to be....

Needed a hotel close to Seatac but on my travel date the rates close in were through the roof, no doubt due to summer travel. I found this property and have had good luck with Days Inn's so booked it and saved $100.00 over comparable places close to the airport. Room was very clean, a bit dated but just fine. Check in was smooth and friendly. A bit of road noise but nothing bad. I would definitely stay here again and the price point really makes a big difference in these inflationary times. If you need coffee for that 3:30am departure, the 7-11 across the street is great, large hot deli selection and the coffee was good. I would recommend it anytime.

Amazing service at this nice hotel. My wife and I stood here while on vacation and was surprised by the warm welcoming and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or out for vacation. The prices are amazing you can not beat !! Thank you for the amazing service 👍🏽

The hotel was in a good location for my trip and had a nice comfortable room, but I wish the workers did better at notifying me of times. When I originally saw “free breakfast”, I had no idea the door would be locked if I went in after 9 AM. This caused a problem one morning. I also was not notified that when I left the hotel, I had to check out by 11 AM. Luckily a friend told me soon before, but if she didn’t, it would have caused a big problem for me, so the hotel did not do well at notifying me of these times. The shower was also bad. It would either be freezing cold or burning hot, and it took a very long time just to try to find a tolerable temperature, and even then it didn’t stay very long. So not a terrible hotel, but there were some issues that made my stay frustrating.

The handicap accessible room had issues with water. The sink water wouldn't get beyond tepid. The shower didn't maintain temperature well. There were loose tiles near the tub. Also, there are no USB outlets provided, no visible wall outlets to plug a charger into the wall, and both the mini-fridge and microwave were plugged into a surge protector that ran the length of the dresser suspended mid-air. It didn't seem particularly safe. On the good side, the mattress was comfortable, and the room heater worked.

My husband and I work for a Moving Company and we move people all over the country. We got into town, Wednesday, and quickly found out there’s no where to park. I made a reservation for this days inn a couple days back for the following night, Thursday, because I honestly didn’t think we would make such great time getting here. There’s no truck stops with parking around Seattle at all. This days inn has a huge parking lot behind it for truck and trailer parking. HUGE. We pulled in, the lot has maybe 3 trucks in it, 30 spots empty. I have a shipment that starts early in the morning and I didn’t “need” to get a room for this night. So I call the motel and explain my situation, explain that I have a room booked for the following night, and ask them if I could pay to park in their huge empty lot. They said no. I told them that I have a room booked and paid for for tomorrow, and they said no. They said no. That’s it. Well, instead of them getting my money for my booked room for tomorrow, I canceled and was refunded immediately for my booking. 😊 not only did they lose the money from the paid booking, they lost money I was willing to pay for the spot I needed to park. Bad service and horrible customer experience. Driving a truck and trailer isn’t the best job in the world and it sucks when you roll into town with a few minutes left on your logs just to find no parking anywhere. I pay for a hotel room 315 nights a year, I am home 50 nights. That’s it. I sleep in a different bed 315 nights a year and when people like this have no compassion, understanding or human decency it makes it real easy to spend 15 minutes on a honest review.

Nasty smelly rooms. First day I asked to move rooms because it was so smelly . I will never recommend anyone to stay here! I was sleeping when the alarm went off. I got up to go check just like everyone else did. But maintenance said it was a false alarm. But when fire department came they automatically blamed me. However I did not smoke and I begged them to come check the room. They said they didn’t want to because fire department is never wrong ! Are you kidding me!! If they would’ve just check the room they would see it was a mistake ! But they chose not to. Instead they made me checkout and I lost my money. Do not book here unless you want to be falsely accused and money taken from you!

Stay 1-2nd floor Nice comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. The a.c. worked well. Nice quiet room. Older facility. But, served its purpose and nicely priced for the area. Continental breakfast was descent. Staff was warm and welcoming. Stay 2... It's a room on the third floor. The windows are thin I hear all the loud traffic outside my window. Decided to turn the a.c. so I could tune out the outside noise. To rest I turned out all the lights and the neighbor walked so hard on the floor. That it moved my bed. Made me turn on the light as if felt like someone was on the bed. Had a friend in the shower waiting for me. It was a fairly good size spider. Walking down the hallway I could hear everyone's conversations as if they didn't have walls or doors. The bed is large and comfortable. The showers warm water depends on the time of day you're showering. Continental breakfast is okay. The attendant is friendly. Front desk staff are warm and inviting.

Either the employees are clueless walking zombies or it's an act in an effort not to fix problems or take responsibility. But my girlfriend and I stayed over night at the end of June when the temperature was ninety degrees. And our air conditioner didn't work. The night clerk confirmed it wasn't working but said he could offer no fixes. Couldn't move us to another room. The next morning after little sleep from the noise outside and a very warm room (had to open the window to catch at least a little breeze) my girlfriend advised the day clerk. We asked him to note the issue and we would follow up with Expedia, since he also claimed he could do nothing, which is exactly what he did. Nothing. We are pretty easy-going people, but rude and dismissive is not appropriate for a service industry. Find somewhere else if you want to be treated decently.

This was DISGUSTING! There was homeless people inside and out of the building at all hours of the night. The room was filthy, tv had a huge crack and the bathroom door had a punch hole. We had no hot water our entire stay as well. Checking in, they advised there was a $100 deposit, they took the deposit immediately and have not received it back yet. There were shady people constantly in the waiting room area and people in and out, very shady people peeking out of the windows as well.

At first due to reviews I wasn’t sure about this place, but my experience was entirely different. My room was clean, no one bothered my truck, I had a parking spot for it. Staff was friendly

Clean place, friendly staff. Was pricier than I wanted but during the needed days all places were overpriced. The room was clean with a microwave and fridge which we love having. Super tiny bath towels that are the size of hand towels and only 3 whereas the room is for 4. Also toiletries on a diet! Clean bathroom. Spa was closed saying it's due to Covid!! Breakfast... They had signs all over to NOT take food out from there to the rooms. You'd think they're service a full breakfast based on these warnings hung all over. The have only one waffle maker and a long line of people usually who want it. They have bread which isn't very impressive so we didn't eat from it. Also hard boiled cold eggs available. A couple of cereals available too. Yet, you can't take anything to your room. This is the first hotel I encounter that does that. The worst part though was the lady who was filling the waffle batter container was scooping it with her bare hand and fingers. We were all truly disgusted and didn't eat from it. COVID they say for the spa but bare hands in handling liquid food. Very nice. I gave it 4 stars for the cleanliness and staff but zero stars for breakfast and the experience with breakfast.

These folks worked really hard to get me in without a reservation and I got excellent service. Their breakfasts are great and you have everything you need in your room. Can't wait to go back!

Clean and comfortable but you need to adjust expectations to match the cost per night. Overall it was a good value. Liked the big mini fridge. The breakfast included boiled eggs, cereals and waffles/pancakes.

  • 3/5 Todd B. 10 months ago on Google
The hotel needs some updating and the breakfast was disappointing (waffles, biscuits and gravy (really quite good), two bland cereals, and hard boiled eggs. No eggs, no meat). The front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming and very efficient. Be aware there is an additional deposit of $100 and that won't be credited back to your charge card for up to 10 days.

Place is really great for a cheap hotel! The room and bathroom was clean and we had no issues with it! My only overall issue is the staff. Aaron the manager and the Girl working front desk were just not friendly at all. Made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. I give the Staff a 2 star and even then that feels a little too gracious. Other than that, nice rooms to stay in

We needed to find a motel at the last minute, as the one we had booked messed up reservation. I called a Days Inn , in Seattle, it was full, but the wonderful lady on the phone checked all over and finally found us a room. It was in the town of Kent, a very short drive from Seattle and a very quiet nice town.

Staff was good but the rooms were like from the 80 or something the newest thing in there was the TV and that was from like 2008😂 idk if you can't find a place other then this hotel for the night might has well right... Oh and they charged me for a extra night and took almost 2 weeks to get my money back

Room was cold and dirty but after traveling for over 24 hrs and multiple flight delays and cancellations the airline ended up putting us up here. So it was a bed to sleep in for a few hours but would not ever choose to stay here on my own. They do have free breakfast which earned them one of those stars, they have an odd rule that you are not allowed to bring the food to your room though...

Anne is one of the finest receptionists i have ever met. Not only did she fix my mis-booked accommodations through Travelocity (I refuse to use the service again), she was able to get a full refund of my money. After saving the day, I was put into a quiet, tidy room for a good night's sleep. Thank you Anne for everything. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Room was clean, but was woken up twice in the night by someone arguing in the hallway. Very slow running toilet overflowed and I couldn't get help with it until 9:30 Am. I was able to get a plunger brought to my room, and took care of the issue myself. Will not stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised! We had the water off for a bit at home and The Days Inn on East Valley was my choice because it is close to work. The staff is friendly and basic room updated in the last few years I'd guess. I will choose those property again and recommend to others needing a good bed at a good price.
