Excellent food! My family really liked all of our orders. Customer service matters and I would highly recommended being kind to all customers. It’s Christmas time and a happy holidays would be fine, but saying nothing at all seems harsh. I love this restaurant. I just think being kind would go a long way. Food quality vs customer service. Lacking customer service for sure.

I used to love eating here. I called in to try and place an order but we’re vegetarian/vegans so I had some questions about some of the items on the menu. On the online menu it said “fried wan ton” that was it. So I asked the person who answered if they were large or small noodles and if they had meat in them. She said they have pork. You can look at the menu. What do you want lady we are busy look at the menu. I don’t know what I could have done, there was no description what so ever on the menu. It stated “fried wan tons” on the menu and that was it.

Best Chinese Cooking in Kenton. I am from So. Calif., and believe me, I have tried them all. I am 64 years of age, and I must have authentic Chinese Food at least once per month, (This was a Doctor's order), Both places in Kenton are really good, but En Lai seems to take it to the next level. Always hot when delivered, always fresh from the wok, and the portions are huge! You will have lunch for tomorrow, or a full meal waiting for you. Love this place!!

I asked for no mushrooms, but there were tons of them. The chicken fried rice was bland with only white rice with chicken. Order was ready on time and warm. Sauce on Cashew chicken was good, but my request for no mushrooms was ignored.

Decent priced food. Fired wantons and crab Rangoon were the best I ever had. Sweet and sour sauce was the best tasting I ever had. Fresh tasting chicken! Food came out piping hot. Lunch specials are $9.50.

7pm Monday, 2 people, dine in. We were welcomed with a smile! Ordering was quick and easy. 10 minutes later, we had our hot food and the order was correct!! Yay!! Chicken fried rice was bland. They don't use much soy during the frying process. Veggie fried rice was the same. Portions are good. I mistakenly ordered the fried wanton. NOT a fan. I prefer the crab Rangoon. The dining area was fairly clean, but the entire area needs a face lift. Yes, they are the best in Kenton, but they only have 1 other competitor that serves similar cuisine. 😉

Great Chinese food. We love ordering here. Recommend anything spicy, or the lo mein.

This last time my Chicken was over cooked, flavor and quality of food getting worse every time. Prices way too high for marginal quality.

I don't believe that I've ever had a food that wasn't the highest of quality. Always friendly service and they always remember my wife's specific request, even if she didn't ask for it on that day. The do not have or have ever had a buffet, so not sure what that complaint was about. Give them a try, prices are equivalent to what any other Chinese takeout would have.

I had an unpleasant experience the first time I tried EnLai a while ago but wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately my second experience was similar. Bad buffet food quality at sit down prices. Service was adequate if unenthusiastic and the food was out relatively quickly. However I don't feel that the food we got was worth the price.

Our family has been eating here for many years. Best place in Kenton. Friendly faces and delicious food.
