If I could give zero star, I would definitely rate it as zero star with no doubt. Their food is not authentic and not really good. If you’re from a place where you can find dim sum, I would strongly recommend you ignore this restaurant. To prove that we were really there, I would upload three pics with this rating post. So, what happened to us then? That was our first visit. We ordered a lot as we really wanted to eat DimSum. The waiter forgot one last dish after we finished what we had at our table. It probably had been 40 mins from the first entree was delivered. While we were eating, we heard she said they’re going to close for the day. So, we accelerated and tried avoiding of delaying her schedule. I directly went to the counter to pay( also tried to accelerate the process and avoid of wasting her time) and told her we found one entree was not delivered. So, I told the waiter(also she was also the cashier) you don’t need to give it to us since we were so full, and ask her remove the item from the check. She argued that “ oh this one is ready. I will bring it to you.” At the moment, when she said so, my husband was packing the leftover. I argued with her that we had been waiting for the last one entree for more than 15mins. You didn’t come and check. Even it’s me to tell you we need to have boxes for packing the leftover and the cheque. You also didn’t say there is one more. While we were having lunch there, they were selling raw pork meats just next to the counter. [Summary] 1. This is a family owned business. The problem won’t easily be solved. 2. The food is not authentic and not good and not fresh based on my experience in trying multiple Dim Sum restaurants cross Mia-west, California, Toronto, as well as Hong Kong. 3. The service is also very rude according to the above experience.

Best Cantonese dim sum in Grand Rapids. Be sure to take your time here. Don't rush, grab a couple plates off the cart. Then later grab a couple more. Don't be afraid if you're a newbie. They'll help you through if you're a first timer or new to this style of dining.

Called 2x to see if they were doing dine in for Dim Sum, they confirmed they were from 11-3 and to call before we came. My husband called on the way, they said yes they would take our party of 5. When we arrived they were busy with take out and would not let us sit or eat any of the dim sum they had us pick from. They seemed annoyed that we were there. We took our food to a local park to eat since we drove 45 minutes to get there and taking it home to eat was not an option. The food was fine, we will not be returning.

Rare Cantonese restaurant in Southwest Michigan. Foods and dimsums are great. Congee which is rice porrige is good option for quick and warm fine meal.

We got the hot and sour soup, beef fried noodles, garlic bok choy, and the honey walnut shrimp and all were a 10/10. The mains came with a side of rice each. The star of the mains was definitely the honey walnut shrimp. The shrimp was fried to perfection, almost fluffy but super tender. The walnuts were perfectly crunchy! The only con was the service, but if you can overlook that, everything else was amazing and honestly could rival the Chinese food in NY. Also, extra plus they have real Siracha!

Trying to think of something good to say. Still thinking. Im only here for the roast duck and or pig. This place used to be packed out but as time goes by it’s clear the service they give is catching up to them. Let’s jus say not everyone is treated the same because we are considered outsiders. If you know, you know.

Steak and brisket Pho $10 was good, i love this soup. The place needs a serious remodel. Outdated furniture and nasty floors. its very outdated and the customer service was not great. Server was not attentive just basically took our order, served and left us sitting there.

Bad customer service. Bbq crispy pork doesn't taste good. Avoid at all cost.
