This place is value for money. You will have a good place to rest with little money spent. With only around rm70 for room of two. You have an aircond and clean room. The location might no be the best it is still okay with around 20-30min from island.

Very good budget motel. It's a bungalow lot turned into a motel. Rooms are very clean & big. Location is behind the main road, not strategic. Only few lots of parking space within compound. Situated nearby some flats, at night not many parking space along the road & not well lit. Call before going, most of the time is full

this small homestay is nice and quite environment. Price is very cheap, only RM50+ per night. The staff here is good. Anything request will answer and fix our problem emmediately.

the price is cheap. very worth your money with spacious room, clean and nice service. there is no water heater kettle in the room. i have to get on ground floor to take hot water and make coffee ( i like to drink hot coffee in the morning and i brought 3 in 1 coffee from home) when i married and i am sure to go to penang for honeymoon and book this hotel.

Best budget guesthouse in Butterworth! Very clean and spacious​ room with air-cond, fan, attached bathroom, TV, and etc. RM50/night for Queen-side bed; RM 60/night for two single bed. Parking is limited, but the counter lady/man is very helpful in arranging the parking. P/s counter close from 11pm - 6am.
