Famously known as Tesco Fly as it neighbors a poultry farm (from what I have been told). Though a decent place and you can find quite alot of things here. Above all, the only decent place to shop in this deserted city. ample parking space and has a KFC inside too.

The best place to buy grocery things with reasonable price. Overall goods service and tesco owned products is too good and trustable.

Crazy amount of flies, very unhygienic. The flies are even attacking the food stalls there. Please do something about it.

First time at lotus's, its a fantastic supermarket. More items available than at seberang jaya n penang.

My favourite place to shop for sundries. The prices are reasonable and you can get most of your things at Lotus. You can also shop pet food, fast food and eye optical shop is within the area too. I like the spacious parking lot and FOC. There are more retail stores surrounding the area.

Organised and cater most of the groceries need

The self check out lane is obviously a white elephant as most of the counters are not working. The scan and shop lane is also supposed to make the traffic smoother and faster but its slow. The cashier still needs to check one by one the items as if people are gonna steal the items.

Fully use e-member card accompanied with scan & shop app make it easier to shop. Plenty of parking spaces and surrounded with some shoplots. Open daily with plenty of selection. Prices are quite decent though. Decent foodcourt available. Overall, good for family shopping.

I go to lots of Tesco, now lotus & this is the best for my preference. I go here every week. Compare to tesco seberang jaya, this one is lil bit smaller but i like it here in term of the layout. Easy to navigate, the cashier & staff is friendly, always ready to help. Spacious well lit parking, compare to seberang jaya why parking lot so dark😅? Got self checkout & easy to use. My favourite!

Cashier quite rude. Lotus's Mergong is way more polite and nice.

During this pandemic times not many people patronising during weekdays. Convenient for you to shop around without any hassle.

Not so much variety of shop inside. Better for normal grocery shopping.

My daughter just came back from Lotus Kulim, after checking through the receipts, found that 1 item was being charged twice.. wanted to know if any possibility to claim back the money, but the phone number shown couldn't be contacted.

There's so many flies over there... Bcoz of the fly seriously cant feel eat at food court over there. I think they should upgrade the cleaning process.

Ur staff should know scan and shop if for express.. Come customer don't and they let them download and scan at the counter better close the other customer need to wait for customer to finish download and scan one by one item. Very disappointed by your servis.

Parking lots are available in a large scale. Parking for disabled people and Hybrid Car is available. Lots of shop and services available such as Mr. DIY, Phone Repair Services, Kids Playground etc. The only problem here is the trolley. It's a little rusty and a few trolley can't work properly. I hope the management can do something about this. Overall 4.2*

Very poor service of KFC outlet at Kulim Lotus. I was told to wait 30 mins when my turn comes to order. It was long Q's. Floor Manager should know if customer is getting more while on Q waiting, then she should ensure enough chickens on the shelf & should know how to anticipate to serve during peak hours.

I was going to look for manuka honey. However, I couldn't find any of it. Furthermore, there is only one type of raw and natural honey which is repack in Selangor and no ideas where is the origin from. In overall, there are limited imported and good quality products if compared to last time. Be frankly, I'm feeling disappointed.
