I would say, this is the best affordable pet store in Penang. They have 3 floors, with food, toys and accessories on the ground floor, pets on the first floor and grooming+boarding on the second floor. They have a lot of varieties and brands in food and pet accessories. Friendly staff to assist you always. The place is not very busy always and has parking spaces in front. I usually buy the holistic food for my pet. They have a membership program which attract good discounts. They have another branch which is also a good option for ppl near George town area.

Have baby fish collections to buy.Have important things for aquarium and other things for other pets. They have their own fish pond in the glass at the entrance inside. I wonder why customers should buy fish food for RM2 from them to feed their fish..I don't know why..lol..its not a park or zoo.Otherwise all good.

I have bought one here, and she is very feisty and healthy, which is all that matters. However, when it comes to fishes, you will need to be selective, always check if any fish is sick, they will let you pick your own fish. Edit: We now have 2 dogs, they gave us good advise on how to train the dogs to eat for it's own health. Me and my family are very grateful for the advise. I would suggest buyers to check the expiry date of food products, discovered that some of the dog kibbles expires within 1 month. some were already expired for 1 month. No complaints because it was actually the shop keeper that caught it and made me aware of the issue.

Quite well stocked pet shop, catering to almost all type of pets. The shop is quite big, having few floors. Pricing wise, they have member and non-member prices. Have ample parking outside, located at the shop rows across the road from the Bayan Baru Market and just behind One Precinct.

Went to refill co² tank, received it on 3 days later... When I reached home I plug in the co² tank, suddenly I noticed that my co² tank are leaking pretty bad! I open up my regulator and guess what? They didn't put back my o-ring! to secure the thread between co² tank. Sadly now I'm having issues with this... Hopefully cty can fix this 🥲

One of the bigger aquarium and pet shop in this part of Penang with more variety. Has more pets stuffs (food/equipments) rather than live animals or fish. Changed the rating as they are not professional with handling pets (be it grooming nor pet hotel). Sent my rabbit for boarding - came back with a type of stain on the fur and the place they kept my rabbit was not cleaned. Service is bad as no one really attend to you when needed. Gave another try and sent my rabbit for grooming - my rabbit ended up with a broken nail and was all shaken up. That's my last time going there for anything.
