Tiny gym which tries to cramp all equipment inside. Very hard to manoeuvre around. Need to assemble all weight on your own. Always hot and stuffy especially between 5 to 7 pm. Not suitable for beginners, ladies and those looking for a comfortable place to workout.

Awesome gym.. with all well maintained equipment and cleanliness is their main priority .

A VERY GOOD PLACE TO TRAIN. THEY HAVE ALL BRANDED QUALITY MACHINES. THE GYM IS VERY CLEAN. THE OWNER HAS SOME CUSTOMISED HANDLES AND MACHINES TOO. THE OWNER IS VERY PASSIONATE IN FITNESS.

One of the best gyms in Seberang Jaya for serious gym goers. Equipment is well-maintained and the place is kept squeaky clean. Disinfectant spray bottles are strategically placed at all corners of the gym for us to use. If you are willing to learn, you will get some free workout tips from the friendly owner of the gym too! :)
