This is a very good J&T branch. They open from 8am to 8pm,and have dedicated parking spaces in front of shop for customers. Shop has a big weighing machine and sells packing materials (smallest box RM3, see pic). Staff Aiman who works the 8am shift on 18/8 was most helpful. He helped me pack my items professionally, neatly and securely. He was also very humble, polite and friendly. Thank you for your help!

Fantastic service by the staff! Incredibly accommodating and polite too. I was told it might take longer to deliver my item to KL due to high volume of goods. Surprisingly it only took one day. Great job by the team.

Friendly efficient professional. I went there to post something, 2 Malay girls on duty (sorry do not know name) help out everything and did double verification check on details key in. Felt realy great. Keep up the good work!

Never want to use jnt service before this because it takes longer duration for the parcel to arrive at the destination. Plus I saw bad reviews about this courier company. The branch at Kulim Avenue is the best jnt outlet I’ve visited so far. They help me to pack my zalora return parcel properly. It’s convenient for me because I no need to print out the return label anymore.

Undoubtedly, the best J&T outlet. Helpful and understanding staff. They close on Sunday at 7.30pm while I came at 7.26pm. Surely its my fault and I understand if they denied me. Just try my luck and they accept my parcel. Thank you so much.
