    Good service. I bought my IQOS device from Japan, within a year something wrong with my holder and they registered ID for me and immediately replaced with new duo holder!

    Poor promise for customer Last time buy the 2.4 plus and say will free additional holders and they tell me free holder no stock and the holder arrived will call me..till now also no call me and no send email for me..so i go to ask them and they tell me already expired so cant get it...

    Good customer service with excellent product explanation by the staff name Tanish. He explained very well about the difference between IQOS and cigarettes. Also he suggested the best tobacco sticks that suits for my taste. Very Good👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
