Terrible. Ever since i service my car here car becomes alot problems. Spent to change new ac part then still smells, i wonder if they really change it. Not a reliable service centre. Never answer calls and no reply whatsapp. Very bad service.

Went to test drive OraGood Cat. A male sales man was not really helpful, perhaps i drove my myvi to the centre? I suppose a good sales person still need to be friendly even though the customer is not under him/her? Luckily Ms. May See managed to get an assistant to assist me on testdrive even though she is on mc. Nice car, will consider. But just hope that SA can be more friendly.

I bought my Sorento from this dealer back in 2017, a low spec diesel. I was happy with the quality of their service from 2017 until 2020. In 2021, after my major service that included gear oil change, i found my car can only drive up to 3rd gear. Upon inspection by independent mechanic, we found the root-cause was due to not enough gear oil. After we replaced with new gear oil, the car was back to normal. In 2022 Sept I went back again for a normal service. The service cost has significantly increased from RM550 to RM700. In Jan 2023, the car feels rough and not smooth. Upon checking the engine oil, found it was 30% off from the level marking. We drained out the engine oil and found it was only 4.5 liter vs 7 liter. This Butterworth KIA dealer Chye Seng has deteriorate their service quality, avoid them at all cost.

I just parked by the side to answer a call. But nice clean building? Selling Kia cars?
