Super nice gym. Has all of the essential equipment. The best time to go is in the midday. The colors are terrible (purple and green) but they have everything. Staff was nice and water is provided at a water fountain. Great free weights and machine section. Several squat racks. Love this place.

Worst!!! Most worst gym ever then the service like nonsense with those staff that dont even understand malay or english and that guy maybe from India! Hell service i recommend my friends but then my friends also told me same thing! WORST GYM in penang! Such a unfriendly staff!! They just want people to join for money only! Other fitness much much better!!!

Machines all are from hammer strength, well maintained and clean. Personally really like the T-bar row, chest and shoulder press. Plates all are made solid iron! They provide water refilling as well💪🏻

Great and comfortable place for workout. 👍👍 Very clean and tidy and well equipped. On top of that, they have very friendly staff (Kevin, one of my favourite staff to talk to 😊) 👍👍who work very well in dealing with customer and taking care of the cleanliness of the gym. Gym member also quite friendly once you know them. Even most of the member during my gym time is a guy, im still quite comfortable doing my workout. To seven star batu lanchang, keep up a good work 7️⃣🌟
