How come i didn't find out about this place earlier?!!! Brought my kids here & they loved it so so so much! The staffs/instructors were super helpful! In the picture i posted, there was actually at least one more instructor giving instructions and keeping a close watch on my kids. They are truly dedicated in ensuring that my children could climb all the way to the top, and most importantly ensuring their safety was well taken cared for!!! This place, and the dedicated instructors certainly deserve more than 5 stars! Would certainly come back for more!!!

My first time at Camp5 JUMPA. It was an amazing experience! The crew are friendly, supportive, and very helpful! Give my team full support and confidence to climb and help get off the rock climb. Kudos to coaches Qayum and Nana who guided us. Definitely worth the time here!

SHOCKING ATTITUDE TO SAFETY, AVOID!!! I was at the Beast Park obstacle course yesterday for my 9 year old nephew’s birthday. One 9 year old boy in the group tripped over diagonal floor bars at high speed (speed built up needed to get through final obstacle) and hit his head on the metal bar wall. Up to that point we had thought that the floor and wall bars were padded with foam, but realised then that they were cold hard steel bars. The boy suffered a huge and deep gash to his head near his eye that had to be held together and was bleeding profusely. There were screams at the sight of the horror of his open wound, and he was rushed to the hospital. After the boy was rushed to hospital, we fed back to staff that the bars should have been padded and suggested that she raise this with her management. The floor bar positions being diagonal are easy to misjudge and trip over at high speed. She replied that we had signed the waiver form and should know the risks of playing here. I was incredulous. Such insensitivity! Yes, we had signed away our right to take action against the venue, does that mean they have no obligation, not even a moral one, to ensure young kids are safe in their venue??!!! Do they want people to die at their venue?? BOYCOTT UNTIL STEEL BARS ARE PADDED AND ATTITUDE TO SAFETY IMPROVES!

If it's your first time here, say you have no experience climbing, and the day pass is free. If you say you have any sort of experience, even if you're a first timer at this gym, they will charge you extra 🙃 Staff explains none of this to you. No lead rope for rent. The ABDs they have is only Mamut. In the photo are the rental shoes.

I did bouldering including shoe rent for 38 ringitt. The experience was just really great, lots of fun boulders at a wide variety of well indicated levels. Only small downside is that it is a little bit too hot so be prepared for a lot of sweating

First time here, sign up is relatively easy, plenty of routes to be done, there’s auto-belay , top rope, lead and bouldering. Would give 5 stars but it’s 3 cos of the following concerns, the runners on the lead wall has a very rough surface and looks like it is corroded at parts. And it felt like the air conditioning is not switch on at times Other than that will def go again, routes are fun and challenging.

Having climbed in CAMP 5 One Utama, Eco City and BUMP Bouldering. CAMP 5 Jumpa is a pleasant change up that is smack in the middle of KL on Bukit Bintang Street. The walls and holds r pretty much brand new here and somehow it never gets crowded like the other gyms. Although it's a smaller gym but it really has character and the routes r nice! Staff r friendly and lovely too!

Was here on weekday so i have the whole place to myself. Can be tricky to find as you need to take the lift from green zone to level 3 to get to the entrance. Bouldering area is limited and the mattress here is quite hard so be careful if you are falling from bouldering. There's changing room, shower and lockpad is provided foc. Decent number of route for top rope. Auto rope is great if you don't have climbing buddy although it can be quite scary at first.

Decent climbing gym with a ninja area which requires extra cost. The bouldering area is too small which was kind of disappointing, and the manager's attitude was really unfriendly and horrible towards us first-timers at this specific outlet. We actually got scared. Would recommend to visit other climbing gyms, workers and staffs at other gyms are generally more friendly and patient with us. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Great space for the ones that like to climb around. My son had a good sweat running for one hour session. Now he is saving money for his next session.

Went bouldering in this gym. Although the boulder area was relatively small the route setting was creative and there were plenty of routes to try. It’s on the 3rd floor of the Jumpa mall. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Little area for pull-ups and finger boarding too. Would love to come back for some top roping!

Came here for the 150 mins beast park + try climbing combo via classpass, first start off with rock climbing followed by bouldering and then beast park, instructors are attentive and guided us all the way throughout the session 👍 great place to hang out with friends and have fun, feel that muscle pain together the next day!

spacious space with new facilities. abundant ranges of height for different experience level. quite pricy compared to other kinds of intensive sports game. cafeteria and kids space available. merch displayed in front.

Not bad for a small area at Jumpa Mall! You can boulder and lead climb there and if you are in the mood to be a ninja warrior there is a Beast Park next to it which you have add RM19 if you're a Camp5 member to practice the ninja course. Nice place if you have no choice and no time to go to their other outlets to climb.

Had Harith as my instructor. It was my first ever time rocking climbing. Loved every minute. Harith was methodically, friendly and encouraging. He pushed me whenever I needed extra motivation to tackle some challenging spots. Highly recommend

Visited for the weekend combo that included try climbing and access to the Beast Park. No one in our group had any climbing experience, but the instructor was very encouraging and patient with us. Although ultimately not my cup of tea due to my terrible physical condition, it was a very interesting experience.

Went for bouldering once and top rope the other time. Good enough for a few days off climbing. I likes the route setting overall. The sport routes looked pretty cool, so if the rope is your thing i guess the gym is for you. Would visit again.

Been here multiple times. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Some of the route just been changed, loves the challenge. Not 5 stars due to no aircond in this place. It's too hot on day time.

The coolest temperature of a gym I’ve climbed in so far in south east Asia! Great setting, friendly accommodating staff. Nice training area for campus boarding and hang boarding.

When my kid wants to climb, he needs a good gym to goto while traveling. This gym was so nice, the staff is friendly and we registered and entered in no time. We had a great time and bought some climbing stuff also. Definitely When in Malaysia again will visit. SSM 🇵🇸🇯🇴🇦🇪

Love this place! My kids love all the activities here. Suitable for super active and adventurous children 🤸‍♂🤸‍♀

A good number of auto belay routes (compared to the other Camp5 outlets) if you happen to be a solo high wall climber. There are more high wall than bouldering options and the routes were fun. Counter staff are helpful and friendly! When I was there, the AC was almost non-existent but I hope that was just a one-off experience 🥵

I personally love camp5 and have gotten memberships from them every year. However, I was disappointed that yesterday the gym felt especially hot as if the A/C wasn't on. I know that this has been an issue with Jumpa due to the zinc roof but it has gotten to a point where body odor and humidity made it hard to climb. It didn't help that a couple of us fell sick from it.

I came here with several new climbers and they had an excellent time with Aiman, who was a fantastic teacher.

Staff were nice, AC wasn't enough, it was quite warm. Bouldering was okay, a bit small, but okay to get your climbing fix.

Indoor climbing gym in the middle of golden triangle. Brand new climbing gym. They have ninja obstacles from beastpark and great coffee from artisan roast. Don't worry if you're sweating like crazy, they have shower room & and you can keep your things in the locker.

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Camp5 Jumpa, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service and assistance provided by the team. Mr. Mako, the team leader, was particularly helpful. He helped hang balloon decorations in detail. Without his dedication, the process wouldn't have been so smooth and efficient. My sincere thanks to Mr. Mako, Mr. Fareez and the entire team for making the party a true success!

👍👍 Camp5 eco city is more spacious and comfortable compared to the one in OneU. So it become my favorite place to climb. Get the pass for better price. Remember to bring your own padlock. There’s a cafe here, so you won’t starve. They have courses here and you can also do team building or activities...
