This place must be shot down due to unsanitary conditions. Imagine that, manager at this place, taking money at register and making sandwiches with same gloves. UNBELIEVABLE. is he protecting his hands from food, or what.??? I throw away all my food, what I just bought, will stop at another place to eat, better than get sick, never know who touch that money, and that "manager" touching your food. Who gave him that position? He can just clean restrooms, that all what he can do.

I honestly dont know how this location still open. There were only 6 customers. And about 7 employees. The entire restaurant was not clean at all. No soap on the restrooms. No towels. No seat covers. The kitchen line was full of trash and they even have some trash on the cooking line. A restaurant must have a clean place

Very clean store in friendly staff. I ordered a breakfast burrito and thought it was like a dinky once you get a Taco Bell. Boy was a surprise where is my burrito way probably 3 pounds, slight exaggeration. But it was stuffed full of egg sausage patty bacon bits and cheese. I bet you Kenny just won

Every time I get to this Jack after 1130pm there’s always an excuse of why I can’t order. Either they are out of supplies or the system is conveniently down before closing time. I get off work at 11pm and try to eat there and always fails very rare that I can get anything so I always have to go across the street to buy tacos or tortas. It’s always the same lady with all her excuses too.

Very clean restaurant. The staff was very helpful & we used the app & got everything we asked for. Truck stop area but restaurant stands alone. Totally recommend

So when the big "Chicken Sandwich" debate started, I did my best to try them all & I finally tried Jack in the Box'... & they are in last place with the thinnest piece of processed meat ever... it was barely thick enough to mask the grease taste. & they didn't have the potato wedges like the menu says so I got bacon cheese fries instead (another bad choice) they were hot & the bacon bits tasted real but the goopy cheese tasted like it was from a can & it was cold enough to start clumping up & only covered maybe ¼ of the fries

Ok, Jack's tacos may not be legit Mexican tacos, but a sack full of them is pretty darn satisfying. This location is always clean, and the service is great. I stop here whenever I pass through.

This jack in the box is off of highway 99. It's conveniently located. The manager Oscar was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. Service was great. The store was very clean.

Only the second time I have eaten at a Jack in the box. The burger was several shades of ordinary. The side salad was better than what you get at most burger joint. The Spanish speaking staff threw me for a loop. Sorry English speaking Canadian here. LOL! Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but the bathrooms need to be remodeled. Dim lighting and graphfetti ie written it carved into everything including the sinks literally. Price was on point for their combo number 7 the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger at $ 9.09 which was uninspired to say the least.

The service was ok. I didn't have to wait a long time, my order was correct. One thing that could have made my visit more welcoming. If the cashier could have been a little more pleasant. Just by smiling or by showing she was happy and I was a valued customer!

Service sucks, they don't care about good customer service. They must be hurting for money, gave me 6 jalapeño poppers when I ordered the 7 piece. I guess cause I went through drive through they figured I wouldn't check. This place is between my commute to work and home, i drive it every day, I guess they don't care. Don't recommend, they won't be getting any of my hard earned money.

I came in and grabbed a double jack burger or whatever it's called. I asked to have bacon added and for whatever reason, I was told a different item was the same thing with bacon when it wasn't. At all. Not even the bread was the same... the only drinks available was zero sugar products and diet products. So, I requested a sweet tea.. tasted extremely artificial and disgusting... I still don't get how restaurants haven't figured out that artificial tea is a no-no.. Finally, I also had ordered a milkshake. I swear, it was if y'all threw a few scoops of ice cream in a cup and tossed whip cream on it. Even after it sat for so long before i finally drank it, it was literally as thick as slightly melted ice cream. Thicker than a fresh Wendy's frosty. My only second time trying Jack in the Box and I'm extremely dissatisfied. I had better luck with a different location in fallbrook a few years back.

Tried to get something to eat at 8pm and the doors were locked. Hours sign said they were open until midnight and Google said they were open but that wasn't the case. Tried again at 830pm, this time all the lights came on outside but the doors were still locked and nobody moving around inside. Some updated hours would be a nice heads up.
