What a treat! So glad we changed from our original destination! Beautiful knotty pine, retro 1950's pink tile in bathroom, spotless and very spacious room with giant sliding door over looking gardens and pool. Central to everything. We loved our stay (extended by a day). Everyone is so gracious and kind. Bonus = the sweetest cat ever comes to visit ❤

One of my favorite places I've stayed at before. A classic feel with modern amenities and amazing staff made it hard to leave Kernville. Loved the size and layout of the room and the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Piazza's Pine Cone Inn is a delightful place to stay. While there, we had the opportunity to meet the owner, Roberta, who introduced herself as our "host". We later found out a little bit of her very incredible story, and this Inn houses some great collectable items she has on display. I appreciated the humbleness when I later found out she owned the place but said she is our host. While a bit dated, the rooms were clean and had what you needed for a very comfortable stay. As of this review, if you want to watch Netflix/Hulu etc., you will need to bring a hookup for a device to stream it. All in all, I highly recommend this place, not only because of the place itself and being centrally located, but every staff member was so kind!

I travel all over the country, and I am constantly looking for that one special place. Pinecone Inn is wrapped in history and when you sit in the chair with the garden style pool, you can imagine the husband and wife in 1955 breaking ground off on the adventure of the American Dream. Karen and Kyler were so welcoming. I got to go on a short tour of the historical restaurant. The owners are family, and you can tell!! I would’ve loved to met them and listened to what I’m sure are amazing stories. if you truly want an experience that takes you away from the hustle and bustle you must visit Piazza Pine Cone hotel.

Welcoming and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, walking distance to everything in town, pleasant courtyard, contact-less check in. Have stayed here a few times and had the same great experience consistently. Only gripe is the bathrooms are dated but the ease of staying here more than makes up for that.

My husband & I stayed for 3 nights --what a delight! The room was beyond spacious. While the carpet & furnishings are new, the rooms--and the whole Inn, really--retain the original charm and craftsmanship. The bed and bedding was spotlessly clean and amazingly comfortable. My husband's heart was won at instant hot water and abundant water pressure and flow! All furnishings were well thought out as well as coffee, outlets, etc. The owner, Roberta, was available either onsite or by cell 24/7. The pool area was delightful. A rather large market & several restaurants are within very short walks. We love this place!

Lovely experience. Front desk was so nice - went ou of their way to call me on Christmas Day morning to make sure our arrival would be seemless later in the day. Beautiful view from the back deck and room had everything we needed. Also welcomed our small poodle!

Ten stars if I could. 5 for the place and 5 for the smiling - welcoming - hard working - singing ukulele playing owner Roberta. You'll see when you get there.

Always a treat, perfect location, and they have resident pets to enjoy with your morning coffee.
