Very disappointed in this location. Night shift Manager that is always working the window is very unprofessional. He doesn’t make eye contact or even turn his head his way when paying just puts his hand out. Multiple times when went he was too busy chatting with his employee instead of acknowledging the customer . Multiple times where he charged me extra for sause and didn’t give the correct amount in bag. Lastly I wanted to order the popcorn chicken meal because it was being displayed on the big sign above the order box. Manager said oh well we don’t have it no more and I asked why is it still be marketed and he said i don’t know. Just a bummer becaue I work late night and get off at 3-4am so most times I’m hungry. I wish there was another place open later nearby :’(

This location is horrible. I will not be going here again. My sandwich had MOLD on the bread. I went through drive thru and they had me park in the front so I thought my food would be fresh. Not only were my fries old and cold but I found mold on my bread halfway eating the sandwich. I hope I don’t get sick. I tried calling the store and they did not answer. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

Evelyn was manning the drive-through and was snippy while taking the order. Absolutely no proper customer service, even when we tried to joke with her to help her smile. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and just didn't want to be there.

Oder thru the drive thru.. service a bit slower than other Jack in Box restaurant..But it was ok .food didn't feel so fresh..but it was still good to eat.. service was alright ☺️

I went to Jack in the box and order Oreo milkshake and found a big peace of metal inside

Drive thru took about 15 minutes and then pulled up to the window and the girl says they don't take Apple Pay for drive thru only in store. Since when is that? She was rude when taking my order and at the window.

As soon as you walk in, you can smell the restrooms. I can barely even enjoy my food, the smell was through out the dining area. The fries were old tasting.

The service was terrible! I ordered two combos, after I paid for my order I was given the two drinks and asked to pull to the front to wait for my food. I had been driving for several hours and asked the person at the window (Angie or Angela maybe Angelica) for the straws and she told me no and that I would get them when I got my food and just walked away from the window leaving me sitting there shocked. She was so rude if I had not paid already I would have driven off. One of the restaurant workers Olga was taking food to another car and was kind enough to bring me and my daughter straws. I was going to call and complain or report the issue on the survey but their receipt printer needs ink or something.
