Best place for laser hair removal I've tried in Bali so far. It wasn't painful at all, very clean, fast and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming :) I will be back for sure!

Terrible service! I wanted to book with them the second time For the first time I paid 1 400 00 what is okay ( already more expensive then everywhere I did, but it’s okay normal price for bali) And for the second time they wanted to charge 1 400 000 + 40% EXTRA!!!!!!!!!!! They said I have to pay government tax 40% extra ( and this new rule begins from exactly this day I wanted to book) No matter cash or card they will charge 40% extra! They also said that if I pay 2,600,000 now, then next time they will do the procedure for me for free! in this case, one procedure will cost 1,300,000!!!! Which is just pointless in my opinion! It all looks as if they urgently needed money and they decided to make money in the here and now! At the same time, I wanted to make an appointment earlier, but I decided to move it two days ahead and not a single employee informed me in advance about the 40% tax! I have never seen such a consumerist attitude towards clients and such terrible service in Bali. So, I wrote to other laser studios and, strangely enough, they do not have such a policy of 40%, although this salon claims that this is correct for everyone! For my friend they suddenly did 15% extra last month 🤷‍♀️ Now 40% What’s next? TERRIBLE SERVICE! I never left such a review to anyone, but their attitude just infuriated me, because they confirm their words with a post from Instagram!

Pretty nice place. A little bit tricky to find the location. Treatment service was cool, staff were friendly and even I got a free promotion for the next wax treatment. Thank you!

Great treatment, very thorough and minimal pain. They didn't have EFTPOS/card payment option and I was charged a "government fee" (tourist levy?) in addition to the fee on their website and price list (around 15% extra) but this was upfront (not a nasty surprise) and I am happy with the treatment and service.

It's been 3.5 weeks since I had laser done in this area. I did 3 zones: bikini, armpits and legs. My doubts about this place began already in the office, when I realized that the master had finished everything too quickly. Typically, these areas are treated for at least an hour, thoroughly processing each one. And then, chick-chick, and in 40 minutes suddenly all the zones were “ready.” But okay. I decided to look at the result. But it turned out to be practically zero. This was my fifth laser procedure overall (I started the course in September and did it in another studio) and I know what the result should be 2-3 weeks after the laser: lost hair, smooth skin, reduced hair volume. Result: there is a lot of unfallen hair left. In fact, the volume with which I came there is what I leave with. Worst on the shins. It was as if the laser had never been made there at all. I wrote to them in messages and told them about the situation 2 weeks later. They told me to wait another week. I waited 3.5, the situation is the same and I understand that it won’t get any better. In the end, I just threw the money away. I really regret that I decided to get laser done in this salon. I give two stars for the friendly employees, coffee and interior. But no matter how friendly the workers are, the main thing people come for is the result of the procedure.

Absolutely amazing staff. Evryone is so nice, friendly and polite. Hanny - lady that did my laser was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything and took time to do it. Place is clean, bright and modern. All recommends. I will certainly go again there and recommend to m6 friends 🩵

What a wonderful place! The manager and staff were exceptionally responsive and friendly. It has great AC and is spotlessly clean. Hanny, the hair laser technician, is superb and made me feel instantly at ease and relaxed. She’s a highly experienced professional and certainly knows what she’s doing.
