It was nice. Rooms were nice but bathrooms little run down although one room we got ( had 4 between family) had lovely renovated bathroom. Stafff lovely. Came to my husband aid when telly wasn’t working. Restaurant food and breakfast ok but nothing to write home about, preferred to eat on street. Pool was the best part. Beautiful setting, big. Loved Seminyak. For the deal we got was great but would not pay full price advertised on website.

Excellent! Stayed here in November 2022 in a Villa with a pool and they are spacious, clean. Highly recommend. Returned in June 2023 with a party of 3 needing rooms last minute (cancelled another place) arrived at reception and the manager remembered me, found us 3 rooms around the pool, understandable we had to move around different rooms for 4 nights but he made it work. Thanks heaps legend! Rooms are decent. Pool was clean, all staff are friendly! included breakfast which as better than most places. Close to everything Thanks again Suarta!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort. Located right in the middle of Seminyak an easy short walk to Seminyak Square, Restraunts, Markets, Shops and Spas, and within walking distance to the Beach. You could not pick a better location! We stayed in a Double Delux Room. The room was spacious with a large indoor/outdoor style bathroom. The rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned daily. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by frangipani trees dressed in lanterns and gardens which was really beautiful; especially in the evening when lit up. We spent time daily relaxing by the pool. The staff were all lovely, friendly and accomadating to everything you might need offering room service to your room and by the pool. There is road noise, but that was expected given the location of the hotel. There was also some building refurbishment happening in the hotel which resulted in allot of construction noise during the day, for the duration of our stay but we understand that this could not be avoided. The one thing that we would recommend to the hotel to improve on is an addition of a ceiling or exhaust fan in the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The bathroom was very hot and humid with no relief especially after running the shower. Over all we really enjoyed our stay at Mutiara, and would happily return again!

Absolutely fantastic experience for more than 7 days stay here in Mutiara boutique. Sri is very good in hospitality and providing suggestions for the food selection at breakfast. I’m pure vegetarian so she recommended mushroom instead of egg as my preference. I really liked her personalised home like service. She was always smiling and greeting everyone with full enthusiasm. Pool was really clean and well maintained. Staff members were smiling always giving positive vibes and energy. Overall highly recommending to everyone who want homelike care and experience while you are out.

I had an amazing stay at Mutiaro hotel & villas Bali. The staff were 5 star the rooms 5 star the pool 5 star! I didn't eat there but I heard the food was amazing! The pool is the kicker. It's enormous with plenty of shade too. All in all I will definitely be returning to Mutiaro. Thank you to all.the staff who made the stay amazing!

Great service and friendly staff. The rooms are amazing with aircons. We stayed in a beautiful villa with our own pool. Kitchenette is a little bland but did not use because Mutiara has an amazing restaurant. Main street 2 minutes walking distance. Seminyak Village, Square and Flee Market a short 5 minute walk. Everyone made us feel welcome and attended promptly to any issues. Thank you Mutiara!

We loved our stay at Mutiara Bali Boutique Villa. The service was amazing, and we felt well looked after. The villa was beautiful, and we loved the pool in the gorgeous garden setting. The bedroom and bathrooms were lovely and well appointed. The kitchen facilities could be improved, and I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

I was here with my parents for almost 5 days. We all loved the Villa and the entire stay here. The service team was prompt to address any requests, rooms were spacious and well maintained, premises were clean and beautiful, location was close to market and beach. I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed recently for my 2 week holiday to Bali. I had a wonderful stay & location wise was perfect. Staff all greet with a smile every day. From reception, to spa staff, kitchen staff and security. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. By the end of my stay it was hard to say goodbye to such lovely people. The rooms clean and spacious. The pool and spa getting the nice sunshine. Gardeners always keeping them in pristine condition. The restaurant was delicious. I’ll be coming back for sure and already trying to work out a nice family vacation there asap! Thankyou to all of you for making my stay so beautiful!

This was a fantastic stay in Seminyak. We had a small issue while checking in due to room availability and the manager and staff we able to accommodate us and ensured our stay was perfect. The breakfast is delicious, the spa is also lovely and the pool area is spacious and gets lots of sunshine during the day! If I was to come back to Seminyak, I would 100% stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Mutiara a few times now and rate it as excellent! The staff are smiling and accomodating, the rooms are steadily being upgraded, it has that ‘Bali resort’ feeling. it is so central to many of our favourite restaurants, the spa and internal restaurant are top quality too! We did have a bit of renovation noise but it is limited to daylight hours and didn’t detract from our enjoyment of this incredible value for money local. there can be a bit of yahoo tourist noise on scooters at night, but nothing the resort or staff can do about that. love staying here and we’ll be back!

This was a last minute booking that I didn't regret. I stayed for one night. A Fantastic location and an all round lovely hotel. My room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful also. I didn't have a chance to eat at Mutiara but I would definitely book again. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The villa was amazing, and we loved our stay! The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants in Seminyak. Only criticism, would be that breakfast could be warmer when it arrives at your villa. The breakfast arrived cold most days.

We had great stay at Mutiara Seminyak. Location was great -close to Seminyak Square. Rooms were basic but clean. We enjoyed 2 bedroom villa very much. There is a small kitchen but you can't cook there really. There was not even bottle opener. Limited glasses, no wine glasses. Breakfast was ok but very small. Can only order 1 item pp from menu so when my teen boys had ordered pancakes and 2 small pancakes each arrived we had a bit of a laugh and went out for breakfast. The sofa outside saw better days - not that nice to seat on it. Overall we enjoyed staying there. It was easy.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I have two very young children and they are always so accommodating and helpful when we stay here, probably why we have kept going back there and will continue too. The manager Suharto is such a wonderful person and goes above and beyond, and his staff have made every stay we’ve had so enjoyable and relaxing. The resort itself is spotlessly clean, the location is brilliant and the atmosphere is just perfect. If you are staying in Seminyak, this is definitely the place to stay.
