Loving it ...easy access to any direction was a great spot. It's all perfect from day 1 to checked out. The room is superb, the staff so friendly & helpful, the place, pool all nice & cleaned, breakfast was excellent all yummy & freshed food also coffee 👍👍 oohh also the jacuzzi in the balcony area is really great we can get the fresh air while we"re relaxing ... so happy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank The Trans Resort Bali on behalf of my entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitable service and kind nature of the entire crew and staff is commendable. The amenities, facilities and activities of the hotel were amazing. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail cannot go without a mention. We will most definitely be staying the next time we visit Bali.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel! The Trans Resort hotel is a fabulous hotel on its own with great facilities, great rooms, great food and the usual. But what really sets this place apart are the exceptional staff. Honestly these guys go over and above what they are expected to do. Everyone and I mean everyone is so polite, professional, courteous and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It’s clear to me this comes from the management and we met the manager Alex who was always around mingling and chatting with guests. Alex is a laid back relaxed guy and this carries through with the staff. From the moment you arrive to the moment you have to depart are treated like royalty and for me what ultimately put these guys a step ahead of the rest is how we were treated when we unfortunately got food poisoning from a local restaurant and were laid up in our hotel room for a few days. The staff were so caring, worried and compassionate and helped us with everything we needed. We had to call in their house doctor who was an absolute gem. In times like these where I was worried about being ill in Bali, honestly I felt like I couldn’t have been in a better place. On this alone I would give them 100 stars and is without a doubt a major factor which resulted in our speedy recovery. Other than that the pool staff were just so cool. The volleyball net would get setup almost every day and they’d be right in there enjoying volleyball with the guests. A special shout out to Agus and Dwi. I’m convinced Dwi is a former Olympic volleyball player and Agus had a knack with the kids. They all loved him as did my girls who couldn’t leave him alone. My 6yr old even gave Agus swimming lessons (spoiler alert; Agus is a perfectly capable swimmer) yet his patience was unrivalled much ton my amusement. Overall an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Would absolutely return!!!

Beautiful resort with lovely staff. Decor is a wee bit worn but big kudos to the cleaners, they work hard and the place sparkles. Be aware that rooms are a little noisy (noise from hallway, surrounding suites and pool) but are very comfortable with all the mod cons and very regularly serviced by friendly staff. Food (a la carte, buffet, room service) was excellent. Premier lounge with afternoon tea is an enjoyable experience. There is a supermarket a few minutes outside the main entrance and an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and local shops. Very nice for a relaxing holiday - you really don’t need to leave the premises as every need is catered to.

I have never been to Bali before this year and was a little apprehensive. I stayed at the Trans for a work conference and it was one of the BEST resorts I have stayed in! The staff are always so friendly and willing to help… and there are a lot of staff around which I liked. I forgot one of my prescription medications in Australia which was very stressful! I also didn’t know how to get into see a doctor or how or where to get the medication from since it would not be in English. The staff at the desk were amazing and went above and beyond to help me. They contacted a Dr for my script and got my medication hand delivered to my room by a nurse! I mean how amazing is that! It made such a difference to my holiday experience and not even a Perth resort would do that what I’m aware. The food was delicious and affordable and the rooms were clean with turn down twice a day. The GM makes his presence known to the people staying at the resort which I liked as well he was very nice. I will be returning with my children next year. Something I never thought I would do because of the resort having a kids area and lifeguards on duty. I won’t be leaving the resort with them but I was impressed with how many families were there and for much they had to do for the children. I would love to see there children’s package expand and have been recommending the Trans to everyone I know going to Bali. Will definitely be back. Stayed at The Trans Resort for the first time with my daughter & grandson. I can not fault a thing. Mr Alex and his staff went above & beyond to make sure all guests were well looked after. Spotless rooms, amazing pool, the breakfast and dinning was incredible and kids club was great too. A big thank you to Agus the life guard who is great with kids. Isaiah misses him already. Definitely going back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say, the room service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making it a truly memorable experience. The prompt and courteous service added a delightful touch to my vacation. This hotel was absolutely fantastic to stay at. It was super sanitary with room service twice a day. Staff were super nice and accommodating. The location was great but there was lots of traffic so I’d suggest walking. The restaurant for this hotel was below the hotel standards. The food was quite bland and felt like I was having ready made food from a packet. Overall my experience was great wand would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this resort though it is quite pricy.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and it was the most amazing places to holiday in. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and amazing. We enjoyed their buffets,spa and they graciously did a Christmas lunch and music for their guests. It was great! The rooms are clean and are regularly cleaned by staff and toiletteries promptly replenished. I highly recommend this place for any family planning to come to Bali for holidays

The best family hotel in the island!!! The room is very spacious, the bed and pillow are very comfortable, you can feel immediately the quality they chose to spoil their guests. All the staffs are very attentive, super friendly, but at the same make you feel like you are home. Breakfast is always excellent with so many variety of food, always fresh and tasty, even the big Chef was always there to make sure everything runs well, he came now and then to the table to greet the guests and offer something special from their breakfast menu of the day. The hotel located next to the main street, makes it easier to reach by car and walking distance to the famous seminyak and legian street for shopping and eating. Their kid's club is fantastic, offer daily activities and make the little one get busy and excited, plus supper friendly staffs. They have nice pool (one with beach sand, shallow and little slide, the other is slightly deep pool), the both are very clean and daily maintained. Very recommended for those who seeking for a place like home in Bali.

The staff were incredible, friendly smiles , and always happy to help. The breakfast was amazing, something for everyone, and pair that the magnificent view of the pool ! The roof top bar was our happy place in the evening, wonderful bar tender Riski and the team. Fresh bottled water was supplied daily to our room and also topped up in the evening. The service is great, Dana really went above and beyond. The room sizes are very generous, excellent quality and fantastic experience. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great welcoming experience. This was our first time but won't be our last. AJ

My first ever visit to Bali and I must say the experience I had was truly amazing. The food, room and service was second to none! I had the opportunity to meet the GM in the lobby who personally greeted us and thanked us for staying at the resort. The highlight for me was the breakfast area where Rena took us to our table and went above and beyond what I thought was normal customer service! Coming from a management background in a retail setting for a large telco company, it was amazing to see how all the staff at The Trans resort worked together so cohesively and all with a smile!! Kudos to the management team! Will definitely be coming back!!

I am keeping to come back to this hotel to spend my weekends. Feeling like home here. The best value hotel - get 5-star quality hotel with a very pretty price. Always clean, beds are just wonderful. Swimming pool is gorgeous and very fun for my kid. Love this place!

Incredibly luxurious, outstanding attention to detail. Staff are extremely attentive. Beach pool is gorgeous and perfect for kids. They even provide beach toys. My partner and I are coffee snobs and they make amazing oat lattes. Location is on busy road but close to Seminyak square. We'll be staying here again.

Incredible service, amazing house keeping and everything else. Only spent 1 of 3 nights here so far and I felt the need to review it already! Rooftop bar is great, the balcony hot tubs are awesome and the staff are friendly. Oh and the breakfast selection is massive!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The foyer is very majestic and showcases traditional crafts. The rooms are very spacious with large comfy twin mattresses(if requested), large clean luxurious bathroom and the balcony has a spa bath which is great after walking all day. Overall the staff do their utmost to understand and make things happen for you. Our only gripes was the room housekeeping was lacking a little bit, but overall the cleaning was okay and the pillows are way too soft even the requested firmer ones.

We loved the rooms and the twice a day room service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is great. We didn’t like the restaurant service, we found it was very slow and the wait times for coffee, eggs etc in the mornings were very long. The hotel also doesn’t have a lot of pool chairs around the pool area so if you’re not there early enough you miss out, also there is no swim up bar. Overall it was still a good stay.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing service with everyone super friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Loved the room over looking the pool with your own day bed and whirlpool bath on the balcony. The pool - one section shallow with sand and a little beach was lovely. Highly recommend.

My wife and i have just returned from a 5 day stay at The Trans Resort Bali There are not adequate superlatives to describe the service, the staff or the resort itself. The staff are by far the friendliest we have ever met. The General Manager took the time to mingle with the Guests and get to know them. The food was beautiful and great value. The resort itself was relaxing with excellent amenities. We would not hesitate to recommend this Beautiful resort.

Had a fantastic stay here my family of 10. The reception, rooms, pool and dining areas were clean. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very spacious.The staff were amazing, absoluetly nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was abundant and fresh and the coffees, cappuccinos/lattes comparable to the best in Australia. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely not hesitate staying there again on my next trip to Bali. Well done to all the hard working staff at the Trans Resort. You made our stay such a pleasure.

Nice hotel in a central location within walking distances of shopping and the beach. Rooms are large and have all the creature comforts of a 5 star resort. Although it is slightly old, the team works hard on its upkeep. I had my curtain rail fall on me when I tried to move it. The front desk and maintenance team made sure it was repaired. The true stars are the staff, from the guard at the entrance that will help you cross the road and greets you with a smile always, to the team at the morning breakfast, the housekeeping staff and receptionists. Always genuinely happy. Everyone there seems passionate about making you feel comfortable and happy.

the hotel is comfortable, room service is good. Here there is an artificial beach, you can play volleyball against other guests, there is a kids club too. for the breakfast menu there are many kinds, what I like is the coffee corner.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. After being recommended by a friend, we chose to stay here, and so glad we did. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the hotel was clean and in a good proximity to everything. We will definitely be coming back again.

Best Room and fantastic services. have a lot of kid activities every day with kid friendly fantastic pool. The only thing that not perfect is the Location, but not a big problem you still can reach many places in less than 30 minute. Breakfast menu is just ok, Our Room is 5307 and 1102.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Spacious lobby, can smoke here. Big pool which divided 2 areas, 1 area for children pool with sand and 1 area for adults. Good food. Twice a day house keeping clean our room. Haven’t tried the gym yet.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hospitality is excellent, all staffs were very well-mannered and helpful. Had a very great encounter with one of the gym staff, Adi. He took his time out to explain and show to us how to use the machines in the gym room. He shared with us the tips and the correct ways to work out, very helpful guy. Overall, the place is chefs kiss and I 11/10 would recommend :))

An excellent place to relax and value for money. We stayed in the Premiere Room which was more than enough for us two. The balcony day bed and spa with a pool view is superb and service since our arrival on Thursday to our departure Tuesday has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend and will return again in the near future :)
