Ich war im September und Ende Oktober 2017 mit meiner Mutter dort gewesen. Sie wurde von einigen Schwestern sehr Unfreundlich behandelt, als ob sie ein Schlachtvieh wäre! Auch Ich als Angehöriger und Besucher wurde zum Teil äußerst Unfreundlich und äußerst Ruppig behandelt. Nur die eine Frau vom Sozialen Dienst (Inzwischen Pensioniert) war sehr Nett gewesen. Meine Mutter war Dement gewesen. Ende Oktober des gleichen Jahres, musste sie vom Pflegeheim nochmal in dieses sogenannte “Krankenhaus“, weil es mit ihr zu Ende ging. Während ihrer Sterbephase wurde sie sehr Schändlich behandelt. Das ist die größte Schande für so ein Haus wie dieses!!! Nach 3 Tagen ist sie äußerst Leidvoll verstorben. Nach dem Tod meiner Mutter, habe ich von den Schwestern im 2. Stock nicht mal ein Beileid oder Anteilnahme bekommen! Eine riesige Schande ist das!!! Ich durfte aber meine Mutter nochmal sehen und mich von ihr verabschieden. Ich habe hier die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ich dort nicht Mensch sein darf und wurde auch wie Schlachtvieh behandelt als Angehöriger. Eben so eine riesige Schande ist das!!! Ich leide bis Heute sehr schwer darunter, das meine Mutter sehr Leidvoll dort verstorben ist! Dieses Haus hat nicht den Namen “Maria-Hilf-Krankenhaus“ verdient. Es ist eine Großmetzgerei und kein Krankenhaus! Nach Außen hin präsentieren die sich als "Vorzeigehaus". Barmherzigkeit und Menschenwürde kann und darf man leider dort nicht im geringsten erwarten! Wer echte und vernünftige Behandlung braucht und will, sollte viel besser nach Köln oder andere Stadt. Bloß nicht in dieses Haus in Bergheim! Es ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wenn es mit Mir mal zu Ende geht, möchte ich dort nicht sterben. Sterben kann und will ich Zuhause und sage es in aller Deutlichkeit!!!

Es war ein klassischer Blinddarmfall,der wie mir ALLE nachbehandelnden Ärzte sagten eigentlich SOFORT hätte erkannt werden können-müssen. Dank der 2 Tage ohne Behandlung habe ich eine lebensgefährliche Bauchfellentzündung erlitten die mich auf die ebenfalls katastrophale Intensivstation gebracht hat.Eine solche Infektion überlebt ein großer Teil der Patienten nicht wie mir nachher alle Mediziner sagten. Bei mir war es, Gott sei Dank, nur eine kleine OP an der Hand. Von der Concierge bis zu den beiden Schwestern im OP-Saal waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorgespräch und OP wurden von Herrn Dr. Sarter fachmännisch gemeistert. Ihm und den Schwestern im OG 2 vielen Dank! :) Zur Entlassung gab es noch eine Tüte mit den pers. Unterlagen, div. Pflastern, Medis, etc.

Mein Vater wurde nach Sturz mit angebrochenem Halswirbel in die ZNA eingeliefert. Pfleger Sebastian hat uns während den Untersuchungen immer kompetent und freundlich auf dem laufenden gehalten. Abends um 19:30 Uhr bekam ich sogar noch einen Anruf des Diensthabenden Arztes, der mich über das weitere Vorgehen und den Verlauf informierte. Die Schwestern auf Station 1C waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben sich die Zeit genommen um alle Besonderheiten in der Pflege mit mir zu besprechen.

Seit ca. drei Jahren bin ich in Behandlung. Die medizinische Behandlung ist sehr gut, Ärzte und Pflegepersonal sind freundlich und zugewandt. Dieses Krankenhaus überzeugt! Geringfügige organisatorische Schwierigkeiten sind nicht der Rede wert.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich nicht mal einen halben Stern geben, Notaufnahme wollte mich nicht behandeln trotz ein gebrochenes Handgelenk, weil ich noch 17 bin und die Eltern dabei sein müssen, also muss ich lieber mit schmerzen bleiben und dafür zahlen meine Eltern Steuer !?
