Spacious, clean, and comfortable room and delicious breakfast

Formerly good food when managed by Best Western. Right now a little bit changes unstable. The manners of FB service at sky lounge are not standard. Rooms are good , quiet and nice comfy beds, cleanliness needs to be upgraded in public facilities.

Good hotel in the middle of A Yani Street. Close to almost every spots in Banjarmasin. But it's a business hotel.

kindai hotel, formerly the best western kindai hotel. is a 4-star hotel which is strategically located in downtown Banjarmasin. the room is quite clean, but the air conditioner is not too cold, this was when I was staying, until I finally had to move to another room. but the service from the hotel is quite good in facilitating this. There is also a meeting room and several other facilities such as a swimming pool. enough recommendations for lodging while on duty in the city of Banjarmasin

Great services, nice staff. We're happy to put 5 stars for their restaurant. Asian or western cuisines find in here. Good place for lunch and dinner catch up with friends, family or other formal meetings.

Hospitality is good,not supported with the staffs knowledge of local tourism and gift shop. Limited parking area supported with a distant vallet service. Food is just good nothing special

stayed here on weekdays for business trip, location is very near city center. surrounded by pedestrians walk, if you like a morning walk is very suitable. I think the room is pretty old, but clean though. I asked to borrow iron and they immediately came with both iron and board. I also think that the breakfast variety is something to develop, but definitely will recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a night on a business trip. The hotel seems a bit poorly maintained, its quite old and dark in general. Room size was actually OK, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast did not really offer great variety, mostly Indonesian food. However its incredibly noisy and you'll struggle to get a good night sleep. There seems to be a problem with their plumbing or whatever it is that sounds a lot like construction (drilling noise) if the person next door is turning on their water tap. I woke up a few times throughout the night. Called the receptionist to complain about noise but didn't seem like they could do anything about it.

Affordable place with comfy room. Limited parking space, but manageable by the hotel crew. Non-smoking and smoking rooms are provided.

Nice hotel both for business and vacation, the front desk service was superb and helpful. The location is just perfect not too close to the center which something the traffic is terrible. The junior suite room is large enough and clean, it would be nice if the amenities to be improved.

This is my first stay at a Best Western. It is better than American counterparts. Very decent room, spacious. Nice bathroom. Nice lighting. There is a pool and gym. Rooftop lounge. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly large with many choices. A good location near downtown Banjarmasin.

I stayed in the hotel one night as my friend gave me a gift for winning an event. I am impressed with the hotel service and how neat it looks, from the lobby, bedroom and the hall, the place is so comfy to stay. The staffs are helpful and very kind when i ask some facilities I can use in the hotel. One of them is guests are able to swim in the top floor. It has small-ish pool with nice view of Banjarmasin city. It also has a bar with live-music at night. There is free shuttle transportation too for visiting the biggest mosque in the city and mall for guests that can use in scheduled time, its nice addition for those who want to go outside hotel. The location near hotel has many food stores and it resides in the main road of city. One thing I am the impressed most are the breakfast service, it has ton or variety food and what surprises me that they provide the most traditional dishes from Banjar cuisine. The food are tasty and its what all you can get type. In the end, I really like to staying in this hotel. Its great to take a rest here and I guess this what I can recommend to everyone who want decide before staying here. Its good experience overall

Elegant, luxury, and professional. Good work for clean & conduciveness. Maybe it's just me who tasted the food a bit strange - some food too much spices and some other not enough spices. Please no offense.

The hotel location is great. All staffs are friendly. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast also delicious and great. The bed is nice and comfortable, there are four pillows as well! Very recommended to stay here! Please also enjoy the swimming pool.
