Mein Opa hatte heute eine Verletzung am Arm, also mussten wir im Notfall kommen. Wir waren danach drei Stunden im Wartezimmer, als ich sie fragte, wie lange wir noch warten müssen, sie waren so unhöflich. Ich brachte ihn ohne Behandlung zurück, weil mein Opa so müde war, dort zu sitzen und sogar weinte. Sie hatten eine negative Einstellung gegenüber Patienten. Zu unmenschlich....

I seriously injured (broke) my hand over the weekend and went to the emergency room on Sunday evening. It was kindly explained to me what exactly happened, what the injury was called in detail, what it meant, what the treatment steps were and what the next step was now! But it wasn't just the technical competence that was outstanding, but also the human touch! I was treated very kindly! In addition, everyone radiated absolute calm and sovereignty, which meant that I felt completely protected at all times! I can only thank you that I was lucky enough to come across such excellent nursing staff and doctors! Thank you for what you do and achieve!

The waiting times are unreasonable. You don't come to the emergency room for free and sometimes you have to spend half a day in the waiting room to get your turn. Names are called that are not present. Instead of the next one being called, nothing happens for 15 minutes. After more than 2 hours in the waiting room, we gave up. The employees also can't estimate whether you have to wait another 1 or 7 hours. It's better to grit your teeth, take painkillers and wait for the family doctor to open. The only positive thing is the nice employees, who certainly can't help it.

Today we took our six-year-old daughter to the emergency room because of a serious fall from a swing. The queue at the reception was extremely long and we were immediately told that it would be extremely full. Nevertheless, all the women were incredibly friendly, calm and, despite the extreme situation, really empathetic. They recognized the seriousness of the situation in our case and gave us some treatment, and an X-ray immediately revealed a double fracture of the humerus. The entire time, EVERYONE involved, whether nurses, doctors or helpers, was absolutely calm and very empathetic. It is unbelievable how well we were treated both medically and humanely. I can't understand the bad reviews and it makes me extremely angry and angry about what some people expect! These doctors and employees, nurses, nurses, etc. do a job every day that is very hard and for which I am eternally grateful!

When I arrived I was informed that the waiting time would be around 3 hours, which was pretty much adhered to and corresponded to the filling level in the waiting area. There is a monitor in the waiting area that explains classification and prioritization in an emergency room. After a preliminary assessment of the injuries by an experienced nurse, the people are “parked” in the waiting area. There is free (working!) WiFi. The treatment itself was great and the staff worked hard - there is certainly no one sitting behind the scenes twiddling their thumbs or unwilling to make the process faster. If you want to get to it faster, you have to come with more serious life-threatening injuries - or be happy that you aren't hurt that badly. I presume to be able to say about all those waiting during my visit that, from a medical point of view, the waiting time was not risky to life and limb. You don't hear anything about the patients with serious injuries who were brought in via RTW at the same time in the waiting area, but they still have to be treated in the treatment rooms.

5 Sterne reichen hier nicht für die schnelle, hervorragende und empathische Behandlung und Hilfe!!! 4 Stunden (22.7.; ca. 10-12 Uhr) vor meiner eigenen Hochzeit hatten wir einen Autounfall und die ZNA Fürth hat mich nicht nur schnell geröngt, sondern trotz Schlüsselbeinbruch so aufgepäppelt, dass ich pünktlich meine Hochzeit feiern und genießen konnte! Ich kann nicht oft genug danken wie sehr ihr mir physisch und emotional geholfen habt. Einen großen Dank für alles!!! Ihr seid großartig!!! Schön, dass es euch gibt und ihr diesen ehrbaren Beruf mit Herz, Verstand und Leidenschaft ausübt!!

Trotz jeder Menge Stress, wurden sowohl ich als auch Freunde und Familie bisher super kompetent und vor allem freundlich behandelt!! Sogar sprachliche Barrieren waren kein Problem, da scheinbar immer versucht wird einen Dolmetscher zu finden oder mit Hand und Fuß zu erklären/zu beruhigen - zumindest habe ich das bei meinem Aufenthalt beobachten können und auch mein amerikanischer Onkel hat geschwärmt... Klar, ein bisschen Verbesserungspotential gibts immer, aber im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten tun die Mitarbeiter, was sie können! Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass hinter allen eine lange, anstrengende Corona-Zeit liegt und der Personalmangel schlimmer ist als je zuvor! Hut ab und vielen Dank für die Fürsorge und Hilfe!!

Ich war gestern in der Notfallambulanz. Trotz längerer Wartezeit wurde ich immer sehr freundlich behandelt vom ganzem Team. Dr. Bergmann ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich trotz größerem Andrang die Zeit und gibt auch sehr gute Tipps für die Nachbehandlung. Einen riesigen Dank an alle vom Team, hier hab ich mir sehr aufgehoben gefühlt

Ich war mit meinem 3 jährigen Sohn dort und wir wurden super freundlich und kompetent versorgt! Die Ärzte waren super lieb zu meinem Sohn und haben mir dabei geholfen, ihm seine Angst zu nehmen. Mir wurde zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich alles richtig gemacht habe und seine Wunde korrekt erstversorgt habe. Dafür möchten wir uns bedanken 😀

Ich war heute in der Notaufnahme und ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt, es waren alle (Anmeldung,Krankenschwester,Krankenpfleger,Arzt,Ärztin)einfach alle, sehr sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und meinem Problem wurde geholfen,mir wurde alles top erklärt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Echt ein großes Lob für die tolle Arbeit,die ihr alle macht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür😊

Leider muss ich mich der Ein Sterne Gruppe anschließen. Mir wären NULL auch lieber. Ich bin mit meiner Oma 75 Jahre alt in die Notaufnahme. Da sie an Herzschwäche leidet und auch Lungenkrank ist, haben wir bei ihren Grippe Symptome nicht lange gewartet. Da selbst der Bereitschaftsdienst am Telefon uns dazu geraten hat direkt in die Notaufnahme zu fahren. Wir sind angekommen die Damen am Empfang sehr sehr nett und lieb, es wurde ein EKG gemacht. Nun mussten wir auf die Ärztin warten. Nach ne knappen Stunde kam sie dann was in der aktuellen Zeit völlig OK ist. Doch dann bin ich ehrlich dachte ich, das das hier ne reine verarsche ist. Die "tolle" Ärztin mit Dreatlocks, kam zu uns rein, und dann kamen folgende Aussagen. Man darf nicht vergessen es sitzt eine aufgelöste 75 jährige Oma der es gar nicht gut geht!!! Vor ihr. Also jaaa beim Herz gibt es Schwankungen aber das ist nun mal so. Es schlägt halt immer langsamer bis es einfach nimmer schlägt!!!!!! Ja schauen wir Mal könnte vielleicht ne Lungenentzündung sein. Hört sich jede Seite 2 Sekunden an. Also wirklich angesetzt nicht mal eingeatmet schon war sie fertig, sie höre da nix. Sauerstoffsättigung lag bei 83!!! Ja gehen sie Mal bissi auf die frische Luft und essens mal a gute Nudelsuppe dann wird das schon!!!!!! Ja ich weiß die Ärzte,Schwestern sind alle am Limit . TROTZDEM GEHT ES HIER UM MENSCHEN LEBEN. am nächsten Tag sind wir zum Doc, der Oma ging es gar nicht gut . Zack LUNGENENTZÜNDUNG SOFORTIGE EINWEISUNG erhalten. Direkt ins KH sofort an sie Sauerstoff Maschine und TROTZ vollen betten aufgenommen weil es sehr gefährlich für die Oma ist. Und dann soll man an als Patienten Respekt und Verständnis zeigen. Unfassbar was sich heute alles ÄRZTE nennen darf.

Ich war in kürzester Zeit zwei mal da und wurde bei beiden malen toll behandelt. Großes Lob an die Pfleger! Die waren wirklich alle super nett und einfühlsam! Station 20 ist auch eine tolle Station. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke dafür!

Gestern war ich wegen starker Schmerzen in der Notaufnahme. Trotz Stress nah man sich Zeit mich zu beruhigen und wurde sofort gründlich untersucht. Ärzte / Pflegepersonal sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Danke für die Behandlung.

Wieder einmal mußte ich hier mit dem KW 🏥🚑 einrücken, mit anschließenden 7 Tagen Aufenthalt auf der Stadion 32* Vom Empfang bis zur Entlassung wurde ich hier sehr gut versorgt. Es gibt keinen Anlass zu einer Negativen Beurteilung. Es gibt halt Tage da geht es zu. Und es gibt Tage da ist es ruhiger. 😏 Das Personal, sollte vllt. die Deutsche Sprache etwas mehr festigen. 🤗

So muss den sämtlichen Mitarbeitern des Klinikums einmal ein großes Lob aussprechen. Egal ob Pflegekraft oder Ärztin, haben uns jedesmal top aufgehoben gefühlt. Waren wegen OP und Bronchitis in Behandlung.

Ich war gestern Nacht in der Notaufnahme. Ich war zu Besuch bei meinen Schwiegereltern, ich komme aus Stuttgart, und ich stürzte die Treppe runter schlug mit dem Kopf auf und hab eine 6 cm lange Wunde. Ich wurde sehr freundlich behandelt, lediglich auf die CT Aufnahmen musste ich etwas länger warten das ist aber normal. Die Krankenschwester die mich betreute, hat mir die Angst genommen mit ihrer positiven Art, sie macht den Job mit Liebe, auch der Arzt war sehr freundlich. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben.

War gestern Nacht in der Notaufnahme, da ich mir meine Fingerkuppe angeschnitten hatte. Wurde einwandfrei Erstversorgt und musste dann noch etwa 1 Stunde warten weil ein Zwischenfall rein kam. Dachte ich muss deutlich länger warten. Alle waren unfassbar freundlich und aufmerksam von der Anmeldung hin zum Erstversorger und Arzt. War nach zwei Stunden säubern und nähen wieder im Auto.

I can definitely understand the bad reviews! However, I was in the emergency room this afternoon (possible appendicitis) and the place was packed. Experience has shown that I was prepared for a 4-5 hour waiting time, but everything went smoothly (blood test, waiting time, ultrasound) in 2 - 2.5 hours. People are real superheroes!!!! My great respect to every single person in every position. We try to make everything possible. You have to keep in mind that it is a clinic in a larger city/surroundings, so patience is required. So chapeau!

Went there on a Sunday evening with a terrible pain on the left side of the face. I was attended within 10 mins and medication started in next 10 mins. Stayed there for 4 hours. Staff was very nice and was giving correct priorities to the patients.

We had to go to the emergency room at short notice and of course had to wait a while, but that is absolutely understandable. We are very grateful to the whole team for their competent help!

It's disgraceful how you are approached on the phone here when you want to ask after 5 hours how the relative is doing, who was brought in via RTW at midday. An impudence! If I had written down the name, it wouldn't just have been a bad review here. This lady should think about whether she is doing the right job!!

Doctors are friendly and helpful. Waiting times are mostly to prioritize treating patients with critical issues first, something anyone that has gone through this will appreciate.
