It is always great to revisit this restaurant, their Lamb in Wine Sauce is by far my favorite lamb dish anywhere. It is tender, juicy, and the taste of the wine sauce and the spices permeates the lamb, making it absolutely delicious. I am looking forward for the restaurant to be open for visits again, in the mean time a take away of their fantastic terracota pots is an excellent option as well!

It was modernized into a restaurant with a few conference rooms, and a museum, that seemed to show some random historic tidbits, unrelated to the castle. I prefer my castles more historic.

Heute den Weihnachtsmarkt besucht und hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Viele Handwerkermarkt-Stände und natürlich Kulinarisches. Das Schloss gibt ein schönes Ambiente für den Markt.

It's worth the climb if there's an event

Nettes Schloss, nicht allzu groß mit Museum und Gastronomie. Der Schloßgarten ist eine grosse Wiese mit Bäumen und ein paar wenigen Ruinen.

War ein spontaner bzw. zufälliger Ausflug. Um so schöner war es. Echt schöne Burgruine. Groß und weitläufig. Auch stehen an den verschiedenen Gebäude und Mauern wann... wie... warum.... usw. dran. Sehr interessant. Auch der große Innenhof lädt ein im Sommer auf der Wiese zu chillen. 😊

Nice castle, old ruins but not much to see. Little restaurant on site, small gift shop. Museum on site but we didn't pay to enter.

Schönes kleines Schloss mit vielen verschiedenenen Ausstellungen sowie das Theater das kalte Herz, unbedingt sehenswert

Das Schloss ist eher ein Anwesen, hat aber ein paar schöne alte Ruinen.

Wunderschön, informativ und irgendwie eine Atmosphäre von angekommen und willkommen sein. Auch über Wilhelm Hauff kann man hier Infos und Erfahrungen sammeln. Ich möchte gerne zur Feier zum neuen Job hier nicht reservieren aber zur Feier hier eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Ich bin ein großer Fan von Wilhelm Hauff und Co, ich komme immer wieder gerne hier her. Das Theater ist kein normales Theater sondern wirklich was ganz besonderes, aufwendig geschnitzte Holz Figuren und authentisch und richtig gut gesprochen.

Ein einfaches Schloss, neuartig renoviert mit einen Innenhof, der ein Restaurant, ein Museum und ein Gewölbekeller beinhaltet. Daneben der Schlossgarten, eine reine Grünanlage mit ein paar Bäumen und jede Menge Sitzbänke zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Very nice view of the town which lies in a valley between small mountains! Worth visiting but take care of tge car road uo there, a little bit narrow, you have to be careful
