Cynthia and co.are super friendly and attentive. The maintenance crew takes excellent care or the property. The location is central to dining, shopping and recreation.

I’ve lived at the Residenz for almost three years and I’m only moving because I have to, but I just wanted to say my time here has been amazing. I’ve never had to wait long for maintenance, I usually see them within 24 hours of sending a notice. The ladies in the office are all so so friendly and accommodating, especially Cynthia who has frequently gone above and beyond for me, plus they’ve started putting on some fun events this summer that have made me really enjoy being a resident here. They’ve always given me ample notice for anything that affects me such as routine maintenance, construction, etc. which I appreciate. Rent is high but you do get what you pay for here, I can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I have lived here for since 2019. We love the location. The staff and management have always been most helpful. It's quiet and well run.

This year has been exceptional for the landscaping and the upgrading to our living community. Everything looks good, the grounds are kept up well And clean. I feel it’s a safe environment. The office staff is exceptional, always being there if you need help and the maintenance Goes over and above to help When needed. There’s nowhere else I want to live.

I’ve lived here for about a year now and have no complaints whatsoever! The office staff is always very helpful and answers any question I have. Maintenance is beyond amazing especially Jason! Quick prompt and gets the job done no matter how big or small! I love it here.

Cynthia was incredible. She was kinda and overall made what was suppose to be a stressful experience for us feel very easy. We were urgently working to find a new home and she work diligently to make our timeline work. The apartment is beautiful and is a great place to call home!

I am surprised that this place has so many glowing reviews. The office staff (not Cynthia but the younger ones) are alway curt and they make it obvious that they hate their jobs. Perhaps they are selectively courteous to some residents. However, the lackluster customer service is not the main issue with this apartment complex. The pipes will burst through the plaster wall at least twice a year and whatever they do to fix it must be a temporary measure since it happens over and over again. Idk what is their deal with the waterworks but recently there has been a huge issue with the water pressure throughout the complex as well. Many of my coworkers ask me about this place since it’s so close to the job and location is great but when I show them the pictures of the grotesque open hollow wall they leave for months after fixing the broken pipes, they opt to one of the newer lofts downtown or elsewhere. My advice is, when you come to check out the place, turn the faucets on to check the water pressure and ask if there were any previous burst pipes in the unit because if it had happened once, it will happen again. This place looks great on the exterior, but don’t be fooled. It was built in 1986 and these pipes won’t get any younger!

I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half now and I have never had a real issue other than the water pipe leaking through the wall every now and then (24h maintenance comes within 5-10 min to fix it). In general, I have been satisfied with the customer service and maintenance. One of the maintenance staff, Jason, was very kind and sweet to my dog that gets easily scared by strangers. They will make sure to get things scheduled and are pretty flexible with making things work for you as well. However, right now it is 9:31 at night on Christmas and I am locked out of my door. It is 50 degrees outside and I am shivering. I have been outside my door since I got dropped off by Uber at 8 PM after working 12+ hour shift as a bedside nurse. My feet are sore and all I want is to take a hot shower and go to bed. I have called 24h maintenance and begged them to open my door, explaining my situation, but their answer was no. Apparently their policy is to never open the door if you’re locked out. We are supposed to call the locksmith, no exceptions. When I begged him if he could make an exception since it’s Christmas night and I can’t get a hold of a locksmith, the maintenance man replied with a snide remark that I should know better about how policies work since I work at a hospital. If only he knew the things that we would do for our patients as nurses… Unfortunately it is Christmas and I can’t find a locksmith, and the only 24h locksmith that is supposed to call me is taking over an hour. I am thinking about just checking into a nearby airbnb or a hotel since I can’t just sit outside indefinitely. What a great way to end Christmas night. If you ever get to live here, don’t get locked out! Oh lol and also make sure to check on the pipes if it leaks before you sign the lease (if that is something that is even possible). Attached picture is from the time when our pipe leaked through the wall and flooded our living room. Hopefully third time is the charm…

I had the pleasure of living at The Residenz for 6+ years with a fantastic property management team. The environment was safe, and I felt secure throughout my residence. The management team was incredibly responsive to any concerns or issues, making the living experience truly hassle-free. Their professionalism and dedication to maintaining the property were commendable. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a comfortable and worry-free living space. The spacious one-bedroom apartment I had the privilege of residing in was situated in a picturesque, tree-lined residential area that exuded a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood was a haven for young professionals and families alike. The apartment itself was a cozy yet roomy space, offering all the amenities one could ask for with abundant storage. What made this apartment even more exceptional was its location within the community. There were plenty of parks, playgrounds, and schools nearby, making it an ideal place for families. For young professionals, the convenience of local cafes, and shops, made it a great choice.
