If you're going to be in Key West for a while, take the tour to get a layout of the city. The tour is for a good price to be able to hop on and off all day at 13 stops. Some stops are at the hotels on the newer side of the island. The guides give great information. If you do 2 consecutive days the next day is just $20. I used that instead of Uber the second day. One of the cruise ships was in port and at around 11am the Mallory Square stop had about an hour or more wait for the trolleys.

We had just missed a trolly and thought no worries we'll just wait the 30 minutes for another one. When it arrived it was full and our group couldn't get on. The driver didn't call for another trolly and said they'd be another in 30 minutes. We had to call and complain before we finally were able to get on but went ahead and walked to another stop. Personally saw another group unable to get on while we were on board. Don't believe the satisfaction guarantee in the brochure, it's not worth the paper it's written on. We went on a Saturday and if you have a group over 8 good luck getting on. Skip this company and ride the free public transit.

We booked the trolley for the day for our small Key West destination wedding. We were so worried booking everything remotely would cause an issue, but it turned out awesome! They worked with our crazy, changing itinerary and accommodated all of our guests, as well as small niece and nephew. Troy, the sales coordinator, was very responsive and attentive. He followed through all communication. Our guide, Paul, was funny, friendly and great and took us around on the scenic route to get really good pictures. I highly recommend booking them for a private ride if you are having a wedding or event. Not to mention, great for pictures!

Best way to see Key West!!! Hop on/hop off and see the town. Every trolley driver did a great job of sharing history and fun facts about the area. Definitely recommend!

This is the absolute best way to get v around Key West. The hop on hop off thing is amazing. They stop at all the main points and another comes along about every 15 minutes when u ready to get back on. .. and Mr. Ed was hilarious 😂

Way over-priced for the 1.5 - 2 hr. tour. The tour guides are excellent though. They are funny and explain the history of the town very well. Half of the stops are at the hotels to pick up and drop off.

We have enjoyed the Old Town Trolley experience two days in a row. We went on the Ghosts and Graveyard Tour 12/28 and we enjoyed the regular trolley today (12/29). The drivers and host (on ghost and graveyard) have been so knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We did purchase our tickets on line and had no issue whatsoever checking in to Ghosts and Graveyards but the lady working at trolley stop #3 this morning (Lorraine) was not friendly at all when we inquired about getting our stickers and map for the ride. Maybe she was having a rough morning, but I hope she isn’t like this with all patrons. Overall, a clean, informative and friendly trip around Key West. We would buy tickets again for sure! Thanks for a great experience.

Susie Rocks! By far the most entertaining tour guide whilst being most knowledgeable about the Ins & Outs, ups & downs of the island! Thanks Susie. And super proud of your journey!

We did almost 2 full routes when we had our all day pass. I loved getting the history of the area and hearing some of the stories about the buildings, the people who built them, why various aspects of Key West came to be, etc... We had 2 different drivers and they were both top notch. I don't regret starting our vacation with a day devoted to the Old Town Trolley and some time on Duval Street. Well worth the money.

Loved the drivers & their knowledge of Key West, enjoyed being able to hop on and off all day at different locations; which enabled us to see so much more of Key West.

Doug our driver was a delight and once again a hop on/off tour was just right. Gave us an opportunity to view this lovely town. It would take several days to see and do it all, but for a day stop this was just right.

Our narrator Grace was great. We would not recommend this for the value unless you are staying at the north end and want to travel to sight see in the congested areas or you are staying in the south end and want to travel to Smathers beach. It is a 90 minute ride with 13 stops. I think they should eliminate some of the motel stops or add more sightseeing stops. Trolley does run every 30 minutes but for sure need a plan if you’re going to get your moneys worth.

I did Ghost and Gravestones tour. The host Stephan, was amazing! From the true ghost stories to his humorous jokes, definitely would do again! Our driver, Nick, navigated these small streets of Key west with amazing ease. With the two of them, I am beyond impressed and look forward to next time I am able to take this tour! Great for all ages.

Great time with lots of information. Supper convenient that it’s hop on hop off, we stayed for the entirety of the tour with one guide and had a great time. Found a few more places I need to visit the next time I’m down in Key West that I didn’t know about prior to the tour! You get a good history of Cayo Weso and the various buildings around town, most people have no idea how cool and how much history is down here. If it’s your first time in town or if your a seasoned visitor (such as myself) I suggest going on the tours and learning about this incredible island.

We took a tour of the city to get a layout of the city. The tour is for a good price to be able to hop on and off all day at 13 stops. Some stops are at the hotels on the newer side of the island, great town to go walking around too. The guides give you great information on anything you want.

A great, quick way to see historic Key West before you go out and party! Should go earlier in the day so you can hop on and off at different sites if you want to take more time at specific locations.

This is definitely the way to see Key West. Parking is a nightmare unless you get into the town early. You don't want to have to move your car once you find a place to park. We hopped on and off several times during the day and all of the drivers were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. The longest we waited for another trolley was about 15 minutes and if the trolley is full, they send out another one pretty quickly. You get the history of the island and stop at all of the main attractions. We rode the full trolley ride first which is about 90 minutes so we could see everything and get a lay of the land. Then we jumped on another trolley and hopped on and off throughout the rest of the day. Wonderful experience!

I would not recommend this for the Hop On Hop Off feature. Perhaps this might be worth it if you just get on and take it through the whole Loop for the tour, however depending on how busy it is, you might not get on. When the first shuttle arrived to the area where our hotel show dropped us off, all the seats were full and no one was hopping off. There were bars to hold on to for standing, but the driver told us to wait for the next trolley. Since they only come every 30 minutes, that meant a delay in getting started on our day. The driver did say he would radio it in but it didn't seem to help get another trolley there any faster. Then we rode two stops and decided to hop off to see Hemingway House. After that we needed to get back toward the docks for another booking so we decided to walk to a stop where the trolley would be returning that way but it's not clear at all where the stop it was. In fact it wound up being across the street from where their own map had it marked. Because my husband can't walk long distances we really needed to be able to catch that trolley but never saw one and eventually wound up walking back anyway. We spent $95 for two of us for the day and never got back on. You want to be able to see everything and get where you need to be, either rent a bike or a scooter. Much better value for the money and you have the flexibility to go anywhere you want to go!

Amazing experience! Loved hearing Grace and Pam's tours! Would highly recommend. Such a fun time and an easy way to get around town! If you are staying in Key West for a couple of days would consider getting the 2 day pass also. It is worth the money.

We really enjoyed this "hop on, hop off" trolley tour. Each of the several drivers we had provided light hearted and informative narration. We never had to wait on a Trolley and even when one arrived full at a stop, they made sure another one was right behind it. Highly recommend this tour to get the lay of the land in Key West!

We booked this tour, just something I wanted to do on visits to Key West. Was very interested in the history of key West. So we booked 10:00 tour the last one of the night October 15th. We arrive a few minutes before 10:00 only to find out that we were the only people that booked for the 10:00 tour, 2 of us. They had tried to reach us during the day but we didn't have our phones with us so they asked if we would like to reschedule for the next night. Well we weren't going to be there the next night, we were leaving and I'm sure that the three tour guides there would have been happy and to end the night early. I told them how I really wanted to do this tour and I was looking forward to it so I ask if possible, maybe we could at least go to the shipwreck museum and let me hear a little bit of the history of key West because that was mainly what I was interested in. I definitely cannot remember the names of the three tour guides but they gladly said come on let's give you guys a private tour. I want to say Constance/Constantine, she was great. We actually got the best parts of the tour. We actually spent a good amount of time at shipwreck, we were able to ask questions and hear some cool stories about things that they have experienced. Very casual and interesting. It was raining when we finished and the driver actually waited with until our ride arrived, a good 20-25 minutes and and told us a lot more key West stories and facts. These guys went above and beyond for us.

Outstanding way to see the entire island. Our narrator, Bailey, was incredible and knew literally everything about the history and architecture. The Hemingway House tour is a must see and eating at Sloppy Joe's is a perfect addition.

So much fun that I want to become a trolley driver / tour guide when I grow up...I mean, retire! I went on this tour with my mother and daughter. All three generations had a blast!
