This is one of the many souvenir shops around town, all pretty much sell the same thing from the same vendors and have the same "today only!" sales haha They did have a unique brand of "salt life," which is there brand. Worth checking out. They also have a ticket salesperson in the front of the store, so expect to be asked what they can sign you up for haha

Best prices on Duval. The sale was bogo and they had a free hat promotion on top of that. Made my day!

Salt life key west is by far one of our favorite stores in Key West! We always stop in when we’re in town. First off they have a bowl of water right out side for our 4 legged babies, (that’s what first brought me in) the store is clean and organized. The store has items I couldn’t even find online. Great selection of hats which are my favorite! Mike goes above and beyond to help you find what you want! Extremely friendly and accommodating. The quality, style, customer service and prices can’t be beat. Who doesn’t love the salt life?! Thanks again Mike, you made my day!

This store is a must stop when in Key West! Mike and Raven could not have been more helpful and actually I felt like I knew them as friends from the first step in the store! Very cool people, know their merchandise and they make buying anything fun! Was looking for a cushion for my roof rack side bar for transporting a Kayak, could not find one that looked good anywhere? Mike showed me what he offered and was just perfect, exactly what I wanted and shipped it to my home, no lugging on the plane, love that! Went back the next day and bought some cool surf shorts for Summer. Enjoy the fun experience at Salt Life on Duvall Street Key West hard not to find something cool!

So, I'm on vacation, need a souvenir and love the Salt Life brand, so I was very happy to find the storefront right on Duval Street. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly. I got what I needed but when I got home (not in Florida) I realized I bought the wrong size. I called and spoke with the manager, Mike. He was so incredibly helpful and allowed me to remedy the situation through the mail (not something that is typically done). His follow up was amazing and my kid is happy with his souvenir that fits. Thanks Mike for the outstanding customer service!!!!

Best customer service ever!!! I was shopping for my picky teenage daughter and when she didn't like it, I immediately called the store to see what they could do (since I live in Seattle). Mike the store manager was overly gracious and empathetic. He took care of all my needs and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your loyalty to your customers Mike! We will definitely be back!

I stopped in this store and made a small purchase on a decal of $6.00. Took a chance on buying a black decal to stick on my window of my truck. Get home, install, and of course....black was a mistake. You couldn't see it. Feeling like I just wasted $6.00, I decide to check saltlife.com and of course I couldn't find this decal in any color but pink. I decide to email their customer service who in turn gives me the phone number back to this location to see if I could order and have shipped a new decal. I call, and lucky for me, the manager, Mike Cabral answers. I explain my story. Seems they don't normally ship from store. Mike does a solid favor though as he realizes I really want this decal. He gets a replacement decal in white and ships it to me at no additional cost. It's this kind of service that not only brings repeat customers, but brings these kind of reviews, that also help attract new customers. If your down in Key West and on Duval Street, stop into this location. Just don't get a black decal for your vehicle window. Mike thanks again for your excellent service. I hope to stop again at this location the next time I come through Key West.

I had a small concern with a recent visit to the store. Immediately contacted the store, after receiving my credit card statement and noticing an error. I was fortunate to get the store owner, Mike Cabral, when I called. He was quick to rectify the mistake and make it right. My service in the store was great. The follow up response by the owner was outstanding. Definitely the kind of business where you want to spend your money. I will be back to spend more money when I return to Key West - just because of my experience!! Thank you Mike.

Salt life is a trendy store that offers a wide variety of products. The store is well stocked and the staff offered some great recommendations.

Tried to stop in today and old man was very rude so I took my money somewhere else. Meanness in a tourist area is not for a good business.

Pretty irritated with this place. Would’ve been 5 stars but games. We buy Pelagic apparel because of the material. We told the associate this. I was looking at shorts and picked out a darker gray pair of what I thought were Pelagic shorts. All the shorts in the front were Pelagic. They had tucked a lesser brand but the same price. So I looked at Pelagic. Picked out Pelagic than when I looked for my size I got a different brand. Super shady. Will never go back. Terrible business practice. I would’ve gone back to exchange but we were staying at a different key and leaving the next day. Also, 3 items at $60 plus 1 at $65 is $245 plus 7.5% sales tax does not equal $273. Stay away from this place. No itemized receipt. Shame on you and your business.

Great selection of Salt Life products for my entire family. Being a real Salt Life store it's the only brand they carry. There is other stores that carry a small selection of Salt Life (and other brands) but make no mistake this is the real Salt Life Store. Also I should mention they have some of the best deals on Duval. All the cotton. Tshirts were bogo 50 so you could get two for $36. That's less than some of the other stores sell one tshirt. I will come back next time on Duvl.
