Greene Street Cigar Company

Bar Cigar shop

😠 Very disappointed we would stop in every time we were in Keywest since the owner was so great. The cigars are over priced and not well maintained. I purchased a $22.00 cigar that the wrapper cracked when punched it. When I complained the owner started to say that this type of cigar is dry by design... People often mention cigar, cigars, selection, great, prices,

The ladies who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me pinpoint exactly what I was searching for. The cigar humidifier room was large with a large amount of different selections in size and price. The lady working said this was the only cigar shop in Key West with a humidifier. Unfortunately, I am unable to fact check that. But I do know that my time in the store was pleasant and I am confident the cigars I purchased are the perfect ones for what I was searching for because of the attention the lady gave me to answer all of my questions.

I purchased a $22.00 cigar that the wrapper cracked when punched it. When I complained the owner started to say that this type of cigar is dry by design. Anyone who smokes cigars know this is bull. Then she would not credit me or give me a new cigar. Absolutely no customer service. We will never go there again until they have new ownership.

Decent selection. But the lady watches over you like a hawk and it’s very uncomfortable. The prices were too high. I went somewhere else for cigars.

Sorry but I was not impressed. I thought the selection was limited. As expected, the prices were higher than the Duval St shops, but that did not bother me as much as the feeling I got from the old guy when I walked in. Remember Vivian (Julia Roberts) in Pretty Woman trying to buy nice clothes on Rodeo Drive and being judged by the way she looked. Yeah, that was a "Big Mistake". Hah.

Fun bar, great cigar selection, high-ish prices but you’re right on the strip so it’s acceptable for the location. Nice local beer on tap, comfortable lounge that is air conditioned.

Only place I could find in town with quality brand name cigars stored in a humidor. Prices are decent and quality way better than the touristy no-name cigar stands around town. Don’t waste your time in search of a decent cigar like I did...just come here

The cigars are fantastic and the beer and wine selection is great with fair prices. I love this place. I've had the pleasure of enjoying many cigar bars and this is one of the best. The service is great and real personable.

Worst service ever ,the young guy at the counter was playing a game on his phone and when I ask about the key lime cigars he pointed to the area of the cigars and never lift his head from his phone …sad representative of shop that charges $65 for a cigar ..hard to spend my money with a place like this .

Wonderful relaxing laid back atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff, great cigars and plenty to drink. Do not mind saying this is one of if not my favorite place in all of Key West.

Greene Street Cigar Company is a awesome place! They have a large selection of various brands. I was greeted by Richard when I walked into the shop. He was personable and attentive. He found the brand I was looking for that the other cigar shops that I went to did not carry. Richard gave me the great news that the shop carried Macaduno Cigars brand. I’m a happy camper!

Really loved our time relaxing and enjoying a good cigar here. Good humidor, good lounge area, good people.

This is a nice place, nice atmosphere, excellent humidor. However, their cigars are so ridiculously overpriced that I can’t bring myself to patronize the place. Example: an Oliva Melanio Maduro is priced at $30. So is a Rocky Patel DBS. I’m ok with a place making a decent profit; hell, I can accept a 100% markup. But their prices are more than 100% over wholesale. They are the only place on the island with a nice selection, so they gouge you. I just can’t accept that. Maybe that’s why both times I stopped this weekend (I needed butane) the place was empty. Too bad.

I was worried because a couple bad reviews but was happily surprised. I found the woman sever to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. It’s true they don’t want you to touch the cigars because she said drunk people kept dropping boxes. Also, others have said it’s expensive but it cheaper than where I’m from lol!

You'd be crazy to not shop cigars here, smoke them, and drink while smoking! Easily the best cigar bar in the keys!!

This was the only place I found in the area that actually had a nice walk-in humidor and cigar options that weren’t busy “Cubans” and generic hand rolled cigars. This place has a much better variety of well known cigar makers to choose from. The vibes were really good inside as well. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the prices. My favorite cigar is a Oliva Serie V Melanio. I’ll generally pay around $15 per stick at cigar places. It cost $30 at this place, so just know that you’re likely going to have a bit of sticker shock.

Lots of cigar spots in KW. This place is awesome. A large cigar humidor to browse the cigars offering. A indoor comfy lounge and a bar to boot. And a side walk puffing area. too. Sandra’s attention to detail is obvious! U gotta check the Green Street Cigar Company out.
