My first negative review ever. There is a sales guy here that is the most rude person I have encountered in a long while. Would never spend one penny there, even if it was at cost. “Did you sanitize your hands before touching that sandal?” - sales guy “No, sorry” -me “Ya, well that is something we learn in the 3rd grade.” Sales guy. Seriously this was my only interaction in this place in my 3 minutes there.

Eric was amazing help choosing the right Birkenstocks. He was quick to admit he and has autism but that made no difference in his service. There’s a reason you wipe you foot with alcohol to clean the oils off before putting in into a very expensive sandal that absorbs oil. The amount of comments I read about this being a problem were ridiculous. I would highly recommend coming to get you next Birkenstocks, they have the largest selection you’ll ever find. And they do service and repairs! Will be back again! Thanks for your service

The gentleman working Thursday afternoon, around 3:00, on April 6 didn’t put his phone down long enough to show me any type of help. I was really ready for some new shoes. I was looking at high end, clogs. He barely lifted his eyes from his phone. Why bother with a store front? Save your Key West rent. If sales are struggling there, start by looking at your salesperson.”

I have bought 4 pairs of Birkenstocks from here. I am a woman that has large feet and the owner of this shop accommodates to us woman that are tired of buying unisex shoes. My last visit I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks for my husband on deployment and they sales man gave me an extended return policy, fortunately they fit perfectly. I cannot recommend this shop and the staff more. I'll be back to purchase more styles in the future.

RUDE! This is my first bad review I've ever written. I entered the store was looking at a pair of sandals and I put them down to try them on and started to put my foot in the sandal when I heard a young man yelling no no no I looked up and saw the man walking towards me and realized he was talking to me. This male employee told me to wipe my feet and handed me a wipe then he turned around to walk off and said "Women never listen" then proceeded to tell me if you can't follow my rules you can hit the road. They should have a sign or politely say please wipe your feet first. I'm 61yrs old and have never been treated this way anywhere! Never again!

So these guys lost out on about $500 in business due to how rude the me of the employees was to my wife. We are long-time Key West visitors, vets, etc and firmly believe in supporting local businesses. This store does not meet the customer service bar at all and their prices are downright horrible. Amazon is a much better option.

The staff seem very disconnected and slightly rude. They had a policy of wiping your feet which was OK but the way they relayed the information was a little harsh. We ended up buying $450 worth of Birkenstock items. I had trouble with one of the pair that I bought in terms of comfort And was told that there was nothing they could do. I think they need to work on their manners as it relates to customers.

Incredibly rude. I intended to buy a few pairs of shoes and immediately left after the salesman berated me. Take your money elsewhere.
