First time at Five Guys. SUPER expensive, $42.00 for two burgers a shared fry and two drinks. The food took a long time to get but they are making it for you from scratch so I patiently waited. Burgers were done and sat there in the paper to go bag, buns getting soggy and burgers getting cold while we waited for the fries, and waited, and waited. Burgers again were soggy but what was worse is that half the toppings ordered on one was on the other burger and vice versa. I mean, we were the only people who ordered at the time. There were 4 guys standing there. The order taken perfectly, we checked the receipt. How could they get this simple order this wrong??? I complained, they offered to make us new ones but who wants to wait the 20 minutes again???

The manager at the time denied a hot dog even when I got 5 minutes before closing, I work in there, NOT GOOD

My first time visiting this location in Key West, Florida. 5 Guys never disappoints. Super expensive though but very tasty.

They made our food wrong then were very rude and verbally so about remaking it. We're from out of town visiting and have never had a bad experience at 5 Guys until today, but this one takes the cake. The woman refused to remake the order until her manager made her do so.

Consistently great food definitely the best burger in Key West why because it's actually juicy, the meat excellent flavor I wish the fries were a lot cheaper than $7 plus dollars I never ordered them being that they cost just as much as my hamburger but otherwise excellent hamburger

Quite possibly the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a lot being stationed all over. The large fries are the size of what a regular use to be and the prices are higher. The burgers are smaller and more expensive as well. The tables and floor inside are dirty. The peanuts are stale. The tables and chairs outside are covered in chicken poop. The bathrooms are filthy and the trash is overflowing. The employees clearly don’t care about what Five Guys is supposed to be. Take down all of the news articles and signs with quotes about the “best burger” etc. It clearly doesn’t apply to this location.

I am a local and I have been coming here for over 5 years and ever since the GM has left the quality of the food and service has went to shxxxt, I am general manager my self and customer service is top priority with great service with great personality. the people they have hired is to busy being around with them selfs then give good service no management at night as it seems. This is the last time I will ever go here again and will never speak highly of this place as it went down hill.

THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING A ONE STAR .I’ve been coming to this five guys location in key west for years . It has ALWAYS been a happy and friendly environment with all the coworkers in good moods and smiling . I’m not sure exactly when Vanessa the manager started working there but ever since then I can see the employees moral low , no one is talking , smiling or happy. As a manager myself in the food service industry , I would never speak to my employees the way I watched her snap at hers today. It wasn’t even busy and they had gotten a little confused about an order and her delivery tone was really unacceptable and I could Only imagine how she speaks to them when there is no one in the store . Not one single employee wanted to be there and you could tell it was because of her . So so sad to watch terrible management ruin their business when they have great employees working and cooking the food . I would like to apologize to the five guys employees for the way you have to be spoke to and treated at work since you can already tell Vanessa is not the type to claim responsibility in her attitude and ways she manages . HOPEFULLY next time I go , I see the employees much happier due to new management … shout out to the grill guy, fryer guys and older gentleman working the cashier , you guys were trying to push through and I noticed how hard you all were trying!!! Thank you!!!!

Two little cheeseburgers. One with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles; and the other with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ONION. How hard is that? Yet both had pickles and neither had onion. When will corporations start paying for the BEST help instead of for the CHEAPEST? Just sayin'.

It's probably the worst experience I've had at a five guys yet. Ordered a simple cheeseburger with mayo. It tasted old and not fresh. There was barely any mayo on it at all, overall tasted bland.

One of the nastiest foods we ever try to eat, ordered cheeseburger, french fries, veggie sandwich. The veggie sandwich was mushy. The french fries were soggy. You can pick up a french fry and it would just wilt it wasn’t even like it was fried and very very greasy. My wife ate half the cheeseburger I struggled with eating half the veggie sandwich and we threw almost all the rest of the food out $26 down. The drain would never go back to five guys again hope the owner sees this review so he can straighten out this business would never eat at five guys ever again bad experience.

Poor service, bad burgers, & employees that can’t think for themselves. I’ll start by saying the normal 5-Guys that I patron in Utah is great. However, after my experience at this location I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that this location isn’t really part of the chain. Remember the old joke, “how many blonds does it take to change a light bulb?” Well at this location the joke should go, “how many 5-guys employees does it take to change the battery in the smoke detector?” The smoke detectors were beeping and the employees didn’t know how to change the batteries; and, the employees didn’t want to make French fries because they were missing an employee so they were telling everyone that they could only order the little fry (the smallest size). They refused to sell us any other size. Also, the employee that took our order only looked at us once - when he told us that we could only order the little fry - and he didn’t act like he was paying attention to what we were saying at all. Last, the burgers were the worst 5-guy burgers we’ve ever had. Photos attached.

Very clean. Burger was TWO HAND FULLS! Fries were a bit too salty.

I bought the works, the biggest burger, cheese and bacon and was disappointed to find a out a $7 burger almost no better than Wendy's Five Guys used to be better, not so much anymore, sorry but I won't be back after 10 years of enjoying your burgers.

Super hot and humid in the place. I dont think the AC was working. Food was great though

I love five guys but holy hell they keep the AC at 90. Have been there like 3 time over the past months and everytime the temp is unbearable. It would not be an issue if the service wasn't slow. Do you self a favor and order to go so you can eat in comfort

Had to stop in for a five guys burger down in the keys! Couldn’t believe when I saw this place was here. My favorite burger spot from back home. Staff was awesome, super sweet and helpful. Got a bacon cheeseburger and it was made just the way it’s made at every other 5 guys Iv been too. Now that’s consistency. Yea, they even go hard on the fries here too. This place is a gems love you five guys

It was my first time trying five guys and it was delicious. It had an In-N-Out feel and as someone who misses In-N-Out it is a decent substitute

Very nice place for a fast food burger joint. The staff if very helpful, and courteous they all smile while you are been helped. That is odd in a burger joint. Never the less I like this place. Been here a few times and I always dine or eat at least 3 times before a review. The best part of the day was seen chickens outside 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 . Great place. It's the Florida Keys. Anything is possible.

I frequent this place quite often for either lunch or dinner. I mean the burger is spot on. However, I am pretty sure the man who took my order today during lunch and said "I'll be right back. I have to go get some cheese." did NOT wash his hands before he handled the wrapped cheese OR proceeded to make my milkshake. I know he did not wash his after he stuck his finger in his ear and then proceeded to touch the computer screen to take my order. That was disgusting, and had I not already had a rough day, or witnessed the "fry girl" rough day, I would have raised a fuss.

Clean and fast service food made right at front of you. But $14.88 for a bacon cheeseburger I guess is way to expensive. I know is good but in my opinion overpriced.
