Stayed at the Seascape Inn just two weeks ago Wanted to stay at another hotel, but by time started making my reservations, their hotel was not available so I called the Seascape Inn. The receptionist actually gave me a little break on the price and we book this Havana suite which consist of : bedroom ,kitchen ,bathroom, and I woke up loft, very pleased with my choice. The place was nicely decorated - made me feel like you was at home - clean and pleasant and in such a convenient location right off Duval Street. Everything about this place is great I love coming to Key West and on my next visit I will stay here again definitely

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE: owner became aggressive, engaged in discrimination, called the police and lied to them. We had an awful experience all the way around. Our room was not ready at check in time, despite us receiving a call that it was ready hours earlier. The receptionist was unhelpful. We were asked to leave our task trained medical alert service dog in the hot car while waiting on the owner to come approve him. The owner showed up and was immediately aggressive. He asked for an ADA service dog number, which doesn’t exist. I tried to show him the ADA requirements, Florida law, and the note from the doctor (all above and beyond what he is legally allowed to ask for), and he would not even look at it. He called the police, lied to them, and told them we forced our way into the property (after they checked us in, gave us keys and a parking pass). The police arrived, evaluated the service animal, and informed the owner he was engaging in discrimination, and opening himself up to litigation. He kicked us out anyway. After gathering our things, we chatted with the police officer outside who said he’d never seen anything like it, and provided us with information for a lawsuit. Avoid at all costs. There are many better options nearby in the same price range where you won’t have to deal with volatile, dishonest management.

This was a wonderful place to stay on my first trip to Key West. My other half has had many visits to the Old Town district and knew we needed to be in walking distance to Duval. The included parking is well worth it. We parked on arrival and did not touch the car until we loaded it to go home. The lot is several blocks away, but better than street parking. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We were upstairs in the back in room 5 with a king bed. The room was quiet during our stay. The rooms are small, but plenty big enough for our purposes, and they utilized every inch in the best way possible. I took the pictures as we checked out, so the bed is not perfectly made as it was on arrival, lol. JB was there on site and has been a Key West resident for many years and is a wealth of information. To me, that is a key part of a B&B, the personal touch. It is a smaller residence, but each room has a bathroom. There is a mini fridge in the rooms as well as a small coffee maker for those that require one. The soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower are in wall dispensers as is the soap and body lotion at the sink to save space. The rooms have wall air conditioners that have a small remote to help manage them. There is a TV, but we never even turned it on! Continental breakfast is included, but if you have GF needs, you will need to supply your own. (I highly recommend Moondog, which is close by). The large hot tub on the property wes a welcome perk after walking all day. Overall it was a great place to stay for a weekend away and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely perfect. We adored the local cat who decided we were his people for the few days we were there ❤️

The place was adoreable! Loved our small room up on the terrence. It was very clean, and loved the mini fridge. Only stayed one night, so we didn't even watch TV. They offered towels, drinks, and has ice machine near hot tub(which we never had time to use). We got lucky and parked in the street a couple doors down. No place to unload vehicle because some random truck blocked the only driveway there used for that purpose. Otherwise they offer parking is believe she said 4 blocks away. Close to Duval st. We rented their bikes for $10 for 24h. Quite pricey to stay here, but worth it. Staff was nice people. Breakfast was cold, but access to microwave. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay. My wife and I were there for our 25th anniversary and had a wonderful stay. Room is small, but perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size with nice shower and we had a very nice deck area to enjoy morning coffee and late night drink. Location is perfect, a few hundred yards from Duval and quick walk to Southern Most point in US. While close to Duval (very busy street), the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Location is fantastic. Rooms are great, not big by any means, but more than enough room for 2 people. Adorable small pool in a quaint and cozy courtyard. Most rooms have some type of terrace or open onto pool. Would definitely stay there again.

No complaints. Clean, quiet, cute, good hottub, 30 second walk to Duval Street. They even supply ear plugs (the key west roosters start making noise at 5am) if you ask the front desk. The private parking lot (included in room price) was a 7 min walk away, which isn't the most convenient, but there is a small driveway at the inn that can be used for loading / unloading luggage. There is a couple of free street parking spots but it seems you'd have to get very lucky to get one. Very nice place would return.

I do have to say the staff was very friendly. Rooms where very nice and clean. The only reason I gave this property 3 stars is for the breakfast its lame nothing to eat that’s worth the price you pay to stay here plus the resort fee. It’s all old and dry there is nothing that says WOW. We went out for breakfast after the first day. For what you pay they should make your food special to you like Andrew’s Inn next door.

Stayed one night at Seascape, wonderful experience! - Staff are very accommodating - Beautiful room, very clean - Jacuzzi! The breakfast was slightly disappointing, with a limited range of options, but fulfilling enough. The parking area is about four blocks away, but the walking time is about under ten minutes, not bad at all. Hemingway house is right around the corner too.

Seascape Tropical Inn was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for 5 days. The place was very clean. Any time we asked for anything they were on it. They do not bother you at all. And a hop skip & jump to Deval Street. There is a cat named Mario that lived there too he slept in our room a few nights he's a very good cat, we all loved him n miss him so much. Key West is the best place I have ever been, you don't hear sirens very low crime, you can leave your things sit any it's not gona be bothered with, I seen people plug in there cell phones n just walk away go back an get them later. Expensive yes its Key West

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here from 11/13 - 11/15 and would definitely stay here again. It’s a delightful place. The rooms are clean. Its literally right off Duval St and Olivia. Incredibly close to literally everything. The big hot tub was definitely enjoyable to relax in. If you’re thinking about staying here; definitely do so.

Outstanding service. Not located on Duval but, close enough for a quick walk and far enough to avoid the all night crowds and get some quiet sleep. Will revisit this place again when we come back!

The quintessential Key West house, we had a lovely stay there. Lots of positives- the room was lovely and staff were incredibly helpful. The honour box laying for drinks from the drinks fridge was a nice personal touch, and the little spa pool was cozy and cute. It was a little disappointing that the room was billed as having a porch, however this was the porch of the building that was permanently occupied by residents of other rooms sitting and smoking- I understand that it would be unfair to restrict this, but a room billed as “with a porch” suggests that you will have exclusive use of it. The aircon in the room was quite old, it was right beside the head of the bed and was loud and regularly switching on and off meaning it was a difficult to sleep. Other than these issues we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Key West, the bed was very comfortable and the included breakfast whilst not varied was satisfactory. No noise from Duval Street despite being half a block away, and very close to the main attractions.

This centrally located beautiful B and B was our home base for a 5 day mother daughter trip to Key West and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The room was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. JB was exceedingly helpful with golf cart rental and food recommendations. The location was convenient and walking distance to the attractions of Duval St while still feeling private and quiet at night. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

This quaint house in the middle of old town was the perfect spot for my family! We enjoyed the hospitality and how kind the staff was. Our room was the Havana suite which was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.
