Really close to the airport in Key West. Not a problem with noise, because the airport basically closes down at night. The place is a bit dated, buy maintenance seems to be pretty good. Rooms were clean and adequately stocked.

So disappointed. This is our 3rd time renting and definitely the worst. For the price we paid we could have stayed at the Hyatt. My husband's feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. We had asked for garbage bags they never delivered. House keeping was nonexistent, finally found someone in a laundry room to give us toilet paper and garbage bags. Furniture was stained. This will most definitely be our last stay here.

Loved it. Away from the b u sy and noisy nightlife streets. Quiet and enjoyable place to rest and enjoy key west.

Our room 210 had a washer and dryer which was nice. Unit nicely furnished. Far from everything so car rental is helpful, which we were all over the key’s anyway. View not so good but for the price for a two bed two bath it was a very fair deal. Noseeum’s very real but they are everywhere so to be expected. I would definitely recommend it.

Do not rent room 306 from Margaret! My husband booked this as our anniversary get away and it was absolutely horrible. First she messaged my husband to tell him we couldn't check into the room at 4pm due to, she had a photographer there. All good. Then she messages him to say that, we no longer had covered packing available. When it states we was to have it.we arrived to dirty kitchen counters, dirty floors with someone else's human toe nails on the floor along with bugs, the toaster over was full of food crumbs, and loaded with oil, no kitchen wash clothes, 1 wash clothes in each bathroom, the bath towels smelled nasty, silverware still had food on them, the couch was broken, and 2 smoke alarms missing and the one in the living room beeping nonstop. When my husband called Margaret to let her know the couch was broken and it was dirty. She didn't know it was broken and she would take $60.00 off the cleaning fee. We wasn't looking for anything other than we didn't want her to think we broke the couch. Margaret stated that, they was helping a friend out and that's who's car was in our covered spot. What?? After we looked around more my husband called her back to let her about how dirty it really was. She was very rude and stated that, I knew you was going to be this type of a person, she wasn't going to have him call her every 30 minutes on something else wrong and that he needed to go through airbnb at this point and wouldn't talk to him. She calls him back 10 minutes later and my husband didn't pick up because she stated she wouldn't talk to him anymore. Margaret then sends him an email asking when we would be out. Are you kidding me. We just drove over 8 hours to get here, you have his money, and everything around us was booked up. Do not and I repeat, do not rent off of her. She is very rude and unprofessional.

We spent 4 days 3 nights here and loved it. It was the perfect size for our small family of 3. It had all kitchen accessories that we needed to cook while there. It's not water view, but it's still a beautiful Key West view with all the natural landscape. Every morning on the little balcony drinking my coffee and every afternoon sunset, was paradise. The pool was large and very clean with plenty of deck space, tables, and chairs. There is a small local grocery store right outside the gates and then a Publix shopping strip within about a 2 minute drive. We use Vacasa for most bookings, but this staff was above and beyond attentive and in constant contact. They called to check in multiple times and just make sure we didn't need anything. I highly recommend staying here.

You couldn't beat the location. It was 5 minutes from the airport a few minutes from all major stores. The place we stayed in was very clean the beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was up today and comfortable. Again everything in the keys is overpriced but for what we got it was completely fine. The facility also had a pool. One negative was there was communal laundry however you have to download an app and put $10 minimum on the card. We only needed to do one load of laundry. So the rest of the money is thrown away basically.

Dirty sheets. Bugs. Looking for alternative stay. Bad timing "spring break ". Terra Bomba not as seen in pictures. Stove top still not working even after a previous view posting. Contacted management after hours. They wanted to send someone up for cleaning. I changed the sheets. After a long trip not willing to wait for something that should have been taken care of already.

Ok place…clean for what there was to work with. Very 1980’s and the kitchen tile floor was all cracked with shards of ceramic tile coming out. Prices high for what there was. Pool area was great & clean except bathrooms had doors that locked and it appeared that neighborhood teens drove in after dark and helped themselves to the pool and sauna which made it hard to use as sauna was very tiny. Location was nice because it took you away from the chaos in the historic district. Located near the Airport as well as Air Force base…lots of takeoffs & landings that are NOT quiet

Great stay for spring break! My Dad and son enjoyed the stay as did I. The pull out couch was not overly comfortable, but the other beds were great. The first day we were there, the hot tub was out of order, but got fixed later in the week. The staff we encountered were friendly, the place was clean, and the location was at the top of the island. A bit of a ride to the center of town, but not bad. Overall, we’d stay again.

The room we stayed in was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for 3 days. The only "complaint " we had was that the thermostat was preprogrammed and during the middle of the night we would wake up to a hot room and would have to get up and readjust the thermostat. Other than this, everything was perfect! The location was perfect for getting to downtown and nearby beaches and attractions.

This is our second time staying, and this time, we hit jackpot. The condo was just rehab, and it was wonderful. New and updated kitchen, same with the bathrooms and bedrooms. We are going to try when we go down again to get this condo again.

The condos look dated, but beds were comfortable. Located at far end of Island, not close to main tourist areas.

Needs tlc Having a kitchen and two separate baths and bedrooms was great for two couples. The unit needs tlc. The kitchen needs salt and pepper and tongs. The arcadia screen door needs to be repaired; it hangs off the track. The blackout curtains need to be replaced as they are not hung completely/correctly and have several holes in them. The king bed is awful as the boxspring is all wood and creaks and crunches with every single (even just turning over) movement-this is the main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Additionally, the unit would benefit from updated cable or satellite service. The picture was so blurry/fuzzy.

We enjoyed our stay during Christmas. The condo was clean with the required amenities. Wifi was not great but we managed with our hotspots. Also, would recommend that they can provide a vacuum for cleaning. For a longer stay, without a vacuum, it becomes difficult to keep the condo clean. Everything was within 10-15 minutes of driving distance.

Great location, very comfortable and well appointed. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. Washer and dryer were extremely helpful as well. Easy parking ( once we figured out the process ). Only complaint is that the rear slider door did not lock at all.

We enjoyed our stay with our family for Christmas. The cable wasn’t working the first day, but the issue was resolved quickly. We were unaware the laundry room was out of order. We were there 4 nights so that would’ve been nice. Still, none of these things were worth dropping a star. Location was excellent. Close enough, but far enough! Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Unit had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Even with the holiday, the proximity to the airport wasn’t a bother at all. It was neat watching the planes take off/ land. Sunset was pretty too! Overall positive experience.

Everything was okay however I started having itchy bumps after my second night at one of the condos. It’s been over a week and it’s only gotten worse. Checked with a dermatologist and she said they were bed bug bites. Check for bed bugs!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay. Located 1.3 miles from the airport and a few miles from any desirable location.

Very clean but very run down. Needed a complete renovation. Small TV, kitchen cabinets hanging on hinges, tears on curtains....

Nice condos on the north end of Key West so not so crowded. Nice pool area with iguana lizards running all around. Condo has the bare necessities you need to get started but a trip to the store for more will be in order. Publix is close by. Vacasa was very responsive to any issues we had. The resort feels very safe. The airport is near by so you can hear the planes occasionally.

Clean rooms, with parking close to units. Pool was just outside of the unit where we stayed. Beds were very comfortable. Good size kitchen. I will stay there again. We rented a golf cart, the staff was very accommodating with getting us another parking pass for it.

Stayed in suite 105 near one of the pool. It's well maintained place. Clean, large and packed with necessary amenities. Not close to old Town or Mallory Square but it just 15 mins drive.

Our stay could have been nicer but seems to me there is very little effort made to make sure you enjoy stay. You get a livable room imo. 1. Instructions stated we could drop bags at office if we arrived early. So we arrived at 9am...only to find the address they provided was not only wrong but on the office door they posted correct one which was miles away. Multiple emails all with incorrect info. 2. No spatula provided with our unit... makes cooking pretty difficult. 3. No cookware or cooking sheets for oven.... nothing in our unit, just 2 small fry pans and small pot. 4. We rented 2 bedroom suite but only had dining seating for 3 people, we had 4 which seems reasonable. Note balcony does have 4 seats if not raining amd bugs not biting. 5. Floors were damaged in our unit. Place was not cheap but was on lower priced for 2 bed in area. Was not horrible but was far from what one would minimally expect imo.
