Rude and inconsiderate. The two ladies upfront were helpful and nice but the managers obviously did not want to be there. Compared to the other coach stores and shopping we have done there are deals here anyway. Go elsewhere.

My daughter and I have stopped in here daily while on vacation. They do a great job of restocking the store. They keep it neat and organized. The staff is very kind. They are watchful; easy to get help, questions answered, etc. Nice people, great deals.

Purchased a purse. The welcome was dry and the associate Brian was rude. Drove 1:30 min to come here didn’t expect this type of environment.

Very good experience, an Asian waiter in the store is very patient, but unfortunately she can't speak Chinese, a young man who can speak Spanish is very nice, the whole process is very happy.

These people have a great thing selling over rated and over priced goods. They definitely needed to offer husbands an Extra 50% off for guy purchases just for "cosigning-not discouraging" their wives spending in there.

Absolutely love this outlet store of Coach! The prices are reduced by 60% or even more, which really makes a huge difference for your pocket. We stopped by unintentionally but couldn’t resist to buy a variety of leather goods there. It’s also a very good place for buying little presents like purses. There is a huge variety available. We also bought a travel bag, which costs 200$ instead of 800! The quality is simply perfect! Pretty shoes 80$ instead of 180 and so on. Highly recommended for a surprisingly good shopping experience!

My wife and I, were by the store door at 6:50PM (which was already closed from the inside) while some last customers were being attended. One male employee tried to come and open the door for us but apparently his female colleague must have said something because he turned his back on us. When those customers left (before 7:00PM - official closing time of the store) the female employee told that they were closed. After many attempts asking if we could just quick check one product because we would be leaving soon that same employee had a rude and arrogant manner while saying that we would have one minute to check that quickly. We ended up on leaving the store without checking anything because we lost our will to buy anything with such poor customer service.

A horrible experience! I arrived at the store at 6.50am and the staff had already closed the doors. I waited in the street until someone came to open the door for me, as one of the employees was attending to paying customers. One of the employees went to the door to open it, but turned back leaving us without understanding what was happening, ignoring us. When the last customers left, they said they were already closed - but it wasn't yet 7pm, which is the official closing time for the store. The employee told us we only had a minute, showing arrogance and contempt for customers who were interested in the products. With people of this level serving customers, there's no point in having stores open. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I felt completely disrespected before I even entered the store.
