If I could give ten stars I would. Went in to have a ring sized and shop for wedding bands. Mariah was very sweet and answered a lot of questions. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helped direct me and designing my ring. His work is flawless and the have a beautiful selection of in stock merchandise.

We have used Jeff's Gems for years. Everytime we r back in town or want something special he is still our "go to" even though we now live on the mainland. This was a special design my husband requested.. love it!

My birthday was this past Tuesday and my husband asked what I wanted. Our 30 year anniversary was this past October. I wanted a strand of pearls and have dealt with Jeff’s Gems before. I have several friends that have also purchased and ordered custom jewelry there. I know nothing about pearls and Patricia proceeded to give me lots of information. They didn’t seem to have what I wanted and then Jeff appeared with several strands, a double strand and several others. I wanted an 18” strand of 6-7 mm nice pearls. I learned so much from both of them. I told Patricia it was my birthday and when I did decided on a strand she put them in a fancy box and wrapped them up in a nice gift bag like a birthday present. I was like an excited child. Thanks so much to this wonderful business and their awesome employees.

Dropped a ring off for resizing..btw. the price was INCREDIBLE. they then called to say the prongs needed repaired and wouldn't feel comfortable letting me leave without them repaired. New lifelong customer

As a local Conch, I highly recommend them, Patricia was fantastic! She help with emergency jewelry repair and watch sizing on two pairs that now fit so perfect I enjoy wearing them. They also can restring mom's pearls and have a nice selection for gifts. No wonder they win the locals Bubba awards every year 😍

Great jeweler, very reasonable and accommodating. Bought an index finger ring and a sand dollar pendant. Also got a ring sized. Will be back to change some earrings from post to lever backs and get a gold watch cleaned. Love the place.

I had Jeff repair my Diamond ring setting a month ago. He did an awesome job and my ring looked beautiful. After a month of admiring my new setting I decided that I wanted a bit of change to it. I walked into Jeff's Gems and explained what I wanted, expecting to leave my ring behind. Jeff asked me to wait and he took care of the change immediately while I waited. I highly recommend Jeff's Gems for an awesome experience . The customer service is better than perfect and they offer beautiful and unique jewelry. You won't be disappointed!

Don’t shop or have work done here. Run away as fast as you can. One of the worst shops. Didn’t do what we talked about doing. I asked to have my Broken clasps replace on two of my chains and put a bigger watch band on my watch. I was told one week to have them done. Month and half later, it was done wrong and charge me $380 to just repair not replace what we talked about and small band for my watch. So much for the south does it better. Maybe better at robbing.

Brought in a Rolex to have a link removed.. the jeweler proceeded to ask me how much I paid for it, then refused to remove a link. Went to a different jeweler to remove the link. Don’t recommend this place at all
