Always helpful. Great discounts only available at the Beach Patio, ESPECIALLY for scuba diving. We have used the Beach Patio every time in Key West for our reservations for the past few years. The only real downside is that you MUST make all reservations and pay IN PERSON. They cannot make reservations over the phone which can be a little inconvenient.

If you walk out of the front door of the club you'll see Barracks 437 across the parking lot. This used to be the BEQ for PHMRON 2. I lived in Room 208 from 1 July 1987 to 1 October 1990. I have so many fond memories of the Beach Patio can't even pretend to count them.

It isn't the best beach because it has alot of coral. Water is pretty blue though. Nice little recreation area inside the building and staff was friendly. We didn't eat there so unable to comment on food.

Ok snack bar. Should serve breakfast, but they do always have a pretty good special, plus some standard sandwiches and a couple salads. Lots of fried stuff. Bike rental here. Lots of seating inside. Nice pavilion outside.

Regardless of what the front desk of Navy Lodging says...the tiny sign on the door of the fitness center says "Closed until further notice." There's no fitness during COVID.

Great place to go swimming in Key West

Hard to rate anything at NAS Key West better than this. Only here for vacation but none of the MWR facilities have a backup plan. No boats available because of electric repairs. No problem. We'll rent bikes. Wait. System's down. Need a manager. Should be in later.

Keywest beaches in the south where Florida ends, very close to Cuba, a very strange place, half inhospitable, the warm and crystalline waters take about 4 hours to get to from Miami over the 12 mile bridge, you go all the time over the very crazy sea.
