We got a hot tip that Publix has the best key lime pie! We were not disappointed! Go and get one and eat it on your road trip like us! We also got a variety of empanadas for breakfast and loved them! 😂😂😂 Thank you, Publix!

Great Publix! Deli department was very efficient. The entire store is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Couldn’t believe they even had Organic San Marzano crushed tomatoes.

we purchased some pork slices, got home and opened them and they were grey and had gone bad, so we wrapped them up in plastic wrap to return, and when we returned them they put them back on the shelf!! wrapped in our plastic wrap and everything! honestly disgusting don’t purchase meat from here as who knows how much of it is returned, opened, and rotten

Had a horrible experience at the pharmacy there today. Aside from the fact that it took over 2 hours to fill a prescription, I was yelled at and treated extremely rudely by a staff member in the pharmacy by the name of Kim. When I asked for information about one of the medications I needed she started screaming that she told me three times already. She was using trade names which I don’t know because I’m not a pharmacist and I just wanted to make sure I understood the medications I was getting. When I told her I felt she was being impolite and aggressive, she said, you know what? I’m going to send your prescription to another branch and you can walk there and pick it up! Like a spoiled child! And this woman is a pharmacist! She then proceeded to complain about me loudly to her colleagues, divulging confidential medical info for anybody within earshot to hear. Other customers around were shocked. I complained to the manager. The woman should not be working with the public!

The place was clean, the staff was polite and knew where EVERYTHING was, and I found some stuff I normally don't see back home. Nice.

Perfectly placed Publix. Just a couple minutes walk from the hotels on Rooster Row and on the drive back from work. Always great quality groceries and had my first chicken tender sub in years. This will be the Publix I go to for future Key West Trips

How many people do you give diarrhea because you are too Incompetent to keep a hot case hot? The store should feel like a thief for charging top dollar for poor quality chicken. 50 years ago you would been run out of town.

Was shorted 20 dollars from my change I get it accidents happen but David the customer service rep didn’t even say a single word not an apology or anything he went to the register that shorted me took the money and just handed it to me not a word an apology goes a long way just talk to people it’s customer service an apology or even a simple hello can I help you

This is just a personal preference, but I prefer the other local Publix (in Key Plaza). The isles are more spread out, and there seems to be less tourist traffic.

Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location is given a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Much respect to the owner of this location for having a good strong crew along with their management. We will always continue to go to this location on a regular basis going forward.

Get kosher meat, please! We need, at minimum, the following: chicken wings, ground beef, ground turkey, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, cut meat, bourekas, ground veal, steaks… anything!! This Publix used to carry all of these things and now we are stuck with the same microwave chicken and salmon dinners exclusively for the last 6 months. What is going on over there? Driving to Miami for kosher food takes 8 hours!! Please fix ASAP!! Thank you. Evan Sidman

Grocery store employees were all very welcoming. I mean all of them from the deli to the bakery. Just walking past looking a merchandise the all said "How are you today". Made me feel good! That they all seem to enjoy what they are doing! GREAT JOB ALL OF YOU! THANK YOU!!

Very busy grocery store. Staff are constantly restocking the shelves and are always happy to help you try to find something. The produce quality is often poor, for example with tomatoes molded on the bottom and you only notice once you get home; I think that's because of the time it takes to get to Key West and not the time on the shelf in the store as stores turnover is so high.

We were absolutely thrilled with the wedding cake Publix made for us. Not only was it delicious, but it was also exactly what we had envisioned. Our only regret is that we didn't bring some home with us! 😩

Publix typically has the best delis in the south. But by far this was the worst customer service of all at the deli. If you want it custom sliced, you should find another grocery store.

Classic publix like anywhere else. A little bit expensive... but its a publix in the keys so why you complaining?! It has all the basics so you are good to go. Help is everywhere and the staff are great.

A great store for just about any grocery item you need. They still have live cashier's too.

I asked a couple if questions ...like what aisle was the bread in and the employee just looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language. I had also asked another question of someone else -an employee and once again got nothing. I was very disappointed. Don't the staff know how to speak basic English?? Plus the prices were extremely high! When i went to leave the store right outside there was a lady sitting on the steps talking to herself and gesturing wildly with her arms. So I don't think I'm going to go to this particular store again!!

My mother made an order for two balloons (she is out of town and wanted to get the kids a Valentine's Day gift) I waited for 15 minutes after asking the manager for her order. Two Balloons no one made could find anything so I found out two balloons that where double the price. The sold my kids balloons I know it.

Great variety of everything. Found items easily. Cashier friendly. Only bought white hot chocolate. Find items are cheaper than Wynn Dixie.

The customer service is the biggest reason I shop at Publix. The associates are kind, helpful, and take the initiative to assist. The shelves were well stocked. Clean and cheerful.

Worst pharmacy on the island. Was lied to by the pharmacy manager regarding how many refills I had and was denied the majority of my medication in a 3 MONTH supply. Literally asked 2 separate employees including the manager and THEY STILL KEPT IT. Never go here. Ever. Under any circumstances

Excellent options and great prices! It was my first time in a Publix and it was a good experience. There were a couple of identical products that were approximately 20-30% cheaper at Publix than at the other grocery store in the area.

Another stop at another grocery store. Twice in a two day time frame. I’m a mom give me a break. I’m on vacation and forgot a few things. It’s clean they had what I needed and that’s automatic five stars for me! I was in and out with self checkout! Time can not be wasted unless at the beach!

Of all the grocery stores in Key West including another Publix two blocks away this store is my favorite the people are friendly the shelves are well stocked the food is fresh you can't ask for more well yes I can a little snack Nook where we could take our Deli purchases and have a quick lunch would be outstanding as they have in South Beach other than that just is the best store in Key West

I love this store. Everything is clean, well organized and the staff is always smiling and helpful, especially the guys in the dairy isle. The pharmacy is always available with good information to treat minor ailments. What I don't understand is why Boar's Head Brie is frequently out of stock, I'm told the truck comes in Tuesday so wait or I have to travel to another store to get it. Urgh!

Publix is always clean and laid out the same so ease in shopping is assured. However, the deli staff was not the best and had to wait at counter longer than expected. Three workers but no one came to see what we needed until we spoke up. Also, on two cashiers we're open up front on a holiday weekend.

Convenient location and hours. Reasonable prices considering it's on an island and significant transport is necessary. They may be out of a few things from time to time, but I always seem to get enough of what I need. Nice deli. Bakery, and produce departments have a nice variety. Friendly workers. Public bathroom. This is my preferred grocery store on the island.
