If you're wondering why they have a 5 star rating, it's because this bar serves up nostalgia with every single drink. With over 20 beers on tap, there's a lot to choose from. There is no other place in Key West that has taken me back in time to my 12 year old self than The Retro Room, and I would drink here every night if I could. From the arcade machines, board games, and pop culture decor: every inch of this bar deserves to be discovered! There is more here than you would think. A fun place to play games and interact with others. Kid friendly until 8pm, we took our kids during happy hour, and none of us wanted to leave.

Great atmosphere chilly a/c. Awesome beer sake and wine list. Tons of games to play. Tons of board games to play. Friendly attentive staff. So much decore to look at. Come stop by you will enjoy this place a lot.

It was ok there. No hard liquor which is a bummer. Not as many games as I expected. Most of the machines are not working. Great decor.

Our group stopped in for a coffee and stayed for about an hour. We had such a blast playing games from our childhoods and taking in the playful decor. The staff was excellent and they even encouraged us to race the slinkies down the stairs. Lots of laughter and good drinks and fun can be found here for sure!

Only giving 3/5 stars so this gets attention. If youre from out of town, dont come here on Sunday nights unless you wanna get yelled at by the trivia lady. Let's get into it. P.s. we are locals. The bar itself is a load of fun. Cool bartenders. Sammy and Fred are our favs. Tons of board games, a pinball machine, arcade cabinets, and guitar hero. Speaking of guitar hero, don't expect to play it EVER on Sundays if trivia is happening. I forget her name, but the lady who hosts trivia is entitled and rude. We used to like her but the more we went to trivia, the more we realized she's just hateful. Some newcomers were playing guitar hero in the back. It's set up every single day for anyone to play. For reference, it's not loud. Anyway- as trivia started, she said that if the customers didn't stop playing it- she would turn it off herself. I felt bad for the new guests. It's like she doesn't want anyone doing anything that isn't centered around her when you're visiting. I could go on bc this has happened more than once but long story short- if you're visiting- avoid Sundays unless you wanna be yelled at for literally existing. Otherwise 5/5 stars every other day.

4 of us walked in on a Monday (8/14)night. The "bartender" never greeted us or gave us a simple look. He was totally focused on his gaming conversation with the one other customer...who, btw, wasnt drinking . We stood there and waited but then left after a couple minutes. Its like we were invisible. We were really surprised because a local recommended we go there. Total waste of time. If I could have left zero stars, I would have.

This is our go to place for great draft beer in Key West. Their game collection is awesome too. Friendly staff. Well air conditioned. Great beer selection. Highly recommended.

This is such a cool bar to hang out at and just chill. The place is filled with old nostalgic artifacts including arcade consoles that anyone can play. The drinks were great and service was too. A very lowkey spot to come by if you want to escape Duval Street. Highly recommend.

Love this place! It will be my goto place to visit in Key West. It's off the beatnpath of Duval where you can relax with friend and have a fun exciting game night out. TBH The Porch was my favorite place in Key West and this place gives me the same vibe. I believe it's the same owner. Check it out.

The bartenders here really know what's up! If you're trying to kick back with your friends while bathing in endless nostalgia, this is the place to be. The board on the wall with the all the drinks is creatively designed with great artwork I forgot I was ordering a drink 🤣. What other bae in Key West let's you play Guitar Hero while rolling slinkies down some cool steps?

a unique place, where you can have a drink and go with family. really entertaining and with a good atmosphere. the people are very friendly, and everyone seems to have a good energy once inside. very nostalgic

RETRO ROOM!! The food is snacks but I don't come here for the food. The drink selection (20+ awesome rotating beers, wine, sake, and canned beverages), nostalgic atmosphere, and rad bar tenders are why I patron this place. If you live for 70's, 80's, and 90's nerd culture you HAVE to stop in. I could gush for paragraphs but I'll spare you. Tons of games to be played, great music, and there's always something fun scheduled from trivia to Magic the Gathering tournaments. I hope they expand because their current set-up might not be able to contain all that mighty awesomeness!!

The beer selecion is top notch, with tens of craft beer of every possible kind. That could be more than enough already, but on top of it there's the nostalgic vibe (if your a kid of the '80s). Playable arcade and pinball machines, and memorabilia everywhere you look. I stumble upon the bar by total chance and didn't regret it.

I use to go to The Porch on the regular before it shut down. I've been searching for the new Porch and finally found it on this trip. Love
