Very impressed. They do not have air conditioning, which i thought they did. I researched ahead of time and one website said they did, but I should have called and asked. That being said, there was a fan in the room and we opened the windows at night and were able to get a little breeze. It was well stocked with dishes, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.. We planned to use the hot tub and checked it out when we arrived, but kept busy with other activities and didn't make it. A few trails right outside the entrance for hiking. Can go a long ways via the aqueduct trail connecting to keystone gulch trail. Anyway, the facility was very clean and I was very happy with the room and amenities.

Great resort, good service, awesome location. For 1st time ever since 1999 the main office smelled bad, like body odor. They need air freshener. Staff should shower every day.

The hot tub is nice but I think they hire people based on how rude they are- I’ve been coming here since 2013 and maybe 30% of the interactions I’ve had with staff have been positive. To be clear, I’ve never complained to them, nor really interacted with the staff unless necessary. For instance, just today I was taking my recycling and trash to the dumpster area, A man in a truck who works there walks up, opens the gate for the dumpster, gives me a super rude look, grabs his cones and puts them on the parking space he’s about to leave from. I thanked him for opening the door, no response… only thing I could think was maybe can’t hear well… Do better, guys. Update: 3/26/22 had another lovely interaction with the same man as mentioned earlier in the parking lot- He wears a tan hat- he informed my friend (by YELLING across the parking lot) that the parking lot was a one-way only. I have personally seen this dude driving out the opposite direction before so not sure who he thinks he is, but glad to see things are no different with the lovely staff.

As owners at Swan Mountain we have enjoyed an annual getaway to our condo since 1997. My husband and I are so excited to see how well this complex has been cared for over many years. The condos are always impeccably clean, bed linens are great, kitchen supplies and appliances in top notch condition, all aspects of the units are updated frequently (carpet, furniture, appliances, hot tub, etc.). The grounds are always well kept with flower pots during spring and summer months and snow removal throughout the winter time. Location is a “top 10” with easy access to trails, bicycle paths, mountains to view and climb and Lake Dillon right around the corner for water recreational activities. Restaurants surround this resort location from American fare, Mexican, Japanese, Italian and just about every other food specialty you want to try. Happy Hour treats are abundant at many restaurants with really good prices for both food and drinks.Delicious too. 🌟💥🌟 Best of all Swan Mountain offers very kind and friendly support services with their excellent management and professional staff from helping one with how to operate the TVs in each unit (which offer multiple streaming option plus local and national channels) to giving you suggestions on great things to do in the surrounding areas. Swan Mountain has earned its reputation as a 5 star resort year after year. There’s a reason for this. It’s all here to let you explore and thoroughly enjoy your visit to Summit County in Colorado. Welcome ❤️🌟💥.

Went with my fiancé for a week Vacation, room was clean fully loaded with everything we needed just took out food obviously. Lake dillon is across the street basically and there are plenty of fast food restaurants, 7 eleven, grocery stores and wallmart. Breckenridge is a short drive and beautiful place to hit as well as vail a hour away. There is a club house with a small gym Foosball and my favorite air hokey, also a nice pool and outdoor hot tub! Only thing we weren't happy about was the indoor hot tub being cemented over I'm shure they had their reasons. We will certainly be back next year!

We had a great week, visiting family, staying at Swan M. Resort. The condo was immaculate. The staff was very friendly - communicated all the details very well. We will definitely come back next year! Thank you! Travelers tips: Sunset photos best on Sapphire Pt. Go down the path a bit to see a great view of the lake and mountain range. Epic!

We love Swan Mountain. Our condo has been in our family for decades and we just keep coming back every year. The staff are nice and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and kept up well. It is older but it has everything you need for a great vacation.

We had an amazing experience at Swan Mountain. The workers were polite and helpful. The room was clean, the pool was great and we are definitely looking to book again soon. It is right across the street from a nice hike around a golf course with great views called Soda Ridge.

THE ONLY DOWNFALL THAT I SUGGEST THEY NEED TO HAVE MED SIZE POTS, AND UPDATED THE RADIO TO BLUETOOTH! AND ADD AIRPORT SHUTTLE LIKE THE OTHER RESORTS BECAUSE UBER AND LYFT GETS EXPENSIVE! BUT I WILL BOOK AND AGAIN THE FALL😘😘💯 Signed Chae Mitchell

Great place! Wonderful unit. Newly updated. Nice location. Central to everything yet off the beaten path. Would be really ideal for winter ski season. Located between Keystone & Breckinridge. Kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Very relaxing getaway. Already looking at a longer stay next summer!

Overall a nice stay. It is a time share set up. So the room I got was a tad outdated but was in good shape. Think late 80's early 90's. The staff at the front desk was VERY nice and friendly. I believe her name was Theo. If you can get a good rate, it's worth a stay. Just don't expect high end accommodations room wise.

This is s great place to stay! The staff is friendly and helpful. The flowers all over the area are so beautiful. Because of Covid, we had to sign up for the pool. This worked out very well. Our granddaughter was able to practice her swimming skills and learn more.

We are very happy with our stay here. We had a 2 bedroom with a living room and a kitchen. It was clean and everyone at the resort was nice. It's very close to Keystone Ski Resort (8 minute drive/ 4 miles) and the Keystone Nordic Center (8 minute hike through the snow on trails or a 3 minute drive for tubing, cross country skiing and snow shoeing). If you don't want to drive, you could take a 30 minute bus ride from Swan Mountain Resort to Keystone Ski Resort on Summit Stage from the Summit Cove bus stop (we didn't do that, so I can't say how crowded the buses were or how long it takes a bus to come by that has room for you.) You need to make a reservation for a single family to use the pool at a time, which was a little inconvenient, but we always found a spot that worked for us about 24 hours in advance. The indoor spa hot tub was filled with sand and covered while we were there (December 2020), but the outdoor hot tub is available.
