Worst experience ever. I have visited their restaurant and ordered one chicken Manchurian and one Schezwan chicken and specifically mentioned for minimum gravy or semi gravy. And served with two almost chicken soup. One was red and other was just yellow. That's the difference between those two dishes. I asked them to take those and make it right as much possible. But they refused. And I had to get out of that place with empty stomach and also empty pocket(as the bill contained all items).

Worst experience was today.... 25/08/2023 ... We entered to resturant for lunch and as usual taken sit.... As we had visited before so confidencely we ordered for biriyani... But they came to serve us rice ... When we stoped them to serve they were saying that they have no options for biriyani .... When they denied for biriyani we ordered rice ...but after 2-5 mins they denied for Rice also ..... They could have give us another options ..but how they behaved with us very badly we left the resturant..... To be honest i am still confused 🤔 about that ..*Is this a resturant* ... 3 rd class service..... They have no manners when castomar came how behave with them...

Such a wonderful experience i have in this souroneel regency. Food are really delisious, Staff service and behavior are to good.

Overall it's a good and luxurious restaurant with a modern way of lodging.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly One thing it lacks is that it would have created a better atmosphere if some songs were played with lighter sound....

Nice place to live in and best place to dine in. Nice food at Affordable price. Good Rooms are available at cheap price.

Very good , fast serving . Good taste. Ambience is decent . Staff behaviour too good. Price is on little bit higher side, but it's ok compared to modern day restaurant pricing. Overall, nice experience . 3.5/5
