It is few miles away from khajjiar lake. Main attraction of this temple is a huge statue of Lord Shiva. Some construction work was going on during my visit. Temple is beautiful from inside. Rooms are available to stay inside the complex near temple at just ₹300/- that includes food and tea. Sufficient area for parking. Paragliding can be seen from this place.

If you are coming from Chamba to Khajjiar, this temple will be on your right and about 500m before the open glade at a left turn. Its a temple dedicated to Lord Jagadamba. There's also a 81ft high statue of Lord Shiva in front of the temple, in the courtyard. If you happen to visit this place in the morning hours, you'll find the magnificent Dhauladhar range right behind the statue. Its a treat to the concrete-building-tired city eyes. Sit here, relax here, pray here and loose yourself to the mighty devdars.

Lord Shiva statue 81 metre high is a view of its own kind just half a km away from khajjiar lake / park....Mini switzerland of himachal India.... Mata ji temple is well built and open to devotees... They even have special service offering three tyms meals in the free kitchen just below the temple...And the sky above is full of paragliding adventure seeking tourist from all across the country..

Old jagdamba temple and 80 feet toll shiv stachu is beautiful

Actually, it is temple cum lodge for RS 300per day. Besides it big location for parachute jumping. So we have gone there for this parachute jumping activity.here food is cheap and good. Good location for low budget people.
