The guide in Khajuraho gave us a deeper understanding of Indian history and culture. He explained everything well and clearly. It was a good experience.

Based on some research that we found, a good tour guide has the following characteristics 1. They're deeply knowledgeable, and can answer questions – Sachin is an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide. He brings a wealth of information to his guests and treats them with respect and patience. Not only is he familiar with the tourist sights but he adds the Indian mindset behind a sight or point of interest. He is eager to please and supply as much information that he can, sometimes almost too much. 2. They're confident with the details of their job - Sachin is very knowledgeable about Khajuraho and was very confident. 3. They make people laugh - Sachin did make us laugh and he enjoyed our attempts at humor as well. We shared many a laugh together and Sachin has an infectious laugh. They go the extra mile - Sachin absolutely did this. We always felt that we were in good hands with Sachin and he did not get frazzled or shaken when challenges arose.

Sachin is deep thinker and a very knowledgeable guide. He has a good understanding of Indian philosphy and spirituality which he connects to the temple structures and sculptures. His explaintions and describtions are detailed and accurate. He is a good listener and tries his best to answer any doubts or questions. I would recommend him highly and would use his services again myself.

With the help of Sachin only I hope that we realised few percent of culture of our spiritual knowledge. One should give maximum time to discover Khajuraho. And I am confident to say that Sachin is the best guide to explore Khajuraho. We will definitely come again to visit Khajuraho and explore more things with Sachin only. Polite and simple language of very difficult subject of spirituality in simple words is speciality of Sachin.

Visiting Khajuraho temples without a guide is of no use. We had Sachin who was a fantastic guide and quiet knowledgeable about the history, timeline of events about Great Khajuraho temples. He is patient, soft spoken, provides details of the sculptures with reasons. Would highly recommend people to check him out if they wish to visit Khajuraho temples.
