On December 31, 2022, we paid to reserve 8 seats. When we arrived, we found that the seat was arranged next to the DJ stereo. The music was deafening, and we could not hear the conversation of our companions at all. Only sign language was allowed... The dining table is very simple The wooden table can even see nails and rough edges, even the tablecloth is not willing to cover, the waiter even completely ignored our side, even I ran to the reception to ask the waiter to come to order, until I left, I didn’t wait for the waiter, I don't think this restaurant has enough waiters to serve all customers for large events... 2022 and 2023 time seam, good location, beautiful fireworks, but very poor service experience...

The location is great, overlooking the river and quite breezy as well. We went for drinks, and the drinks were average. They have a good selection of cocktails and mocktails. The service was good as well.

This place has an excellent view across and along the river. We tried the various Margarita's, they were very nice. Go on a Friday if you like them as they are 3 for 2.

My family and I first went to Le Moon restaurant when we were on a shopping trip to PP. It is located near the river . I love the scenery view there . You can enjoy it while eating food . They serve seafood dish such as prawns and crabs . We ordered a set of the menu . Once it arrived , I was mesmerized by the presentation of the food . It gave me a river side vibes along with it . It tasted really good and delicious . We all really satisfied with the food . After all , I rate it 10 out of 10 as I love everything that being serve there . Now really look forward to our shopping trips so again we go Le Moon the best in town.

Terrible service. i have been here twice and both time the service was poor. The last time or orders Tbone and Mash Potatoes and got Tbone and Baked potatoes so ok I accept. The the bill comes or USD$31 I try to pay with $100 which is acceptable for a $31 bill. They say they cant change and i say sorry I only have $100 cash so guess what they suddenly find the change. Then they give be a piece of paper with the amount on it as a receipt no name no detail nothing. I say i need a proper receipt for tax as i am travelling for business. They stamp the piece of paper with a paid stamp, no business details. I say i need a company stamp and they are to lazy to provide one. .....Terrible service avoid this place.

Rooftop cocktails bar in Riverside, Phnom Penh. It’s on top of Amanjaya hotel, riverside tourists hotspot and close to Royal palace park. Beautiful riverside panorama, chilling, colourful views makes this place busy among tourists and locals. I would say one of best cocktails bar in riverside. Western food, cold Heineken Draft, cocktails and great location. Cozy, fancy and good service. Recommend some cocktail at Le Moon Rooftop. Cheers!

Great location, tiger beer on draft (cambodian would be better), ice tea was terrible and way too sweet. Prices were okay, 10% taxes will be added to everything. We liked the view, but I think there are a better (higher) locations in the city. Staff was friendly.

Great roof bar with amazing views of the Mekong River. Staff were efficient and friendly, the price for food and drinks was good value.. However I would only rate the food as average. Minus points for poor lightning on our table, couldn't see what we were eating. Also cats trying to scrounge food from your table.

Le Moon Rooftop is a great place with a beautiful view! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The drinks are well-made, and there are plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend the Lychee Martini! The food was delicious!

I had been a hard day, then try to visit this restaurant to chill out. It is very nice restaurant in the rooftop of the hotel ( 3-rd floor). They have music selected day in the week. So if you want to listen the live music here, you have to check properly. The food and drinks here are very nice, but very expensive. However, the places there is limited, it is often crowded and full before 7:30pm, so you have to come earlier to get the nice places with river views or you can make reservation if come by groups. It is really really nice place. I highly recommend it for you.

Very cool spot on the roof of the hotel located in central Phnom Penh near the river. Beautiful view of the River and Wat Onnalom Temple from their rooftop bar. The margaritas were excellent. My wife enjoyed their house sparkly wine. Staff was very friendly. Complementary popcorn given with cocktails. Good prices.

The cocktail hour was totally worth it! The view was nice, but not the best I’ve seen on the rooftop bars around. The only thing is that there aren’t any spots that are covered… if ever it starts to rain then you kind of have to leave… also it was totally empty when we went and the manager (seemingly?) was talking with staff very close to us and we could hear their whole conversation… I wouldn’t personally go back but it really wasn’t that bad overall, there is just better really close by…

-10/10 customer service!!! I want to relax with a cocktail and a stunning view after a hard day. I want to try this location after seeing it. No instructions are provided in the restaurant on how to get the top root. I was impressed by the view once I arrived up there, so I asked the waiter for a seat so I could see the street view. As it was already full, she said, "Okay," and asked us to wait. I'm waiting for a table to open up while seated at various tables. Also while I'm waiting, I place a pizza order. One table becomes open 20 minutes later, so I ask the hostess if we may relocate to that one. She said she needed to speak with her managers. She didn't check with anyone, and I could see that, and she never returned to let me know. I was extremely irate as I waited for the table for more than 30 minutes. I saw that nobody was actually seated at the table, and I was confused as to why I couldn't. I subsequently inquire one more, and this time she informed me that the table was reserved. And after 20 minutes of waiting, nobody has yet shown up to take a seat at the table. They utterly disregard my request when I ask again. This is absurd because a restaurant should typically only retain reservations for up to 20 minutes, and it is obvious that the table has been vacant for more than 30 minutes. When no one comes to bring me my check, I ask the bartender. I also talk behind my back and have a bad attitude, not realizing that I can also comprehend Khmer. Finally receiving the check, I asked to have the pizza removed because I hadn't received it. But they assert that once the order is placed, it cannot be changed. I just want to leave the restaurant because I don't want to quarrel. I politely request a package from her. They took longer than ten minutes, and I have yet not received a box. As a result, I just left the restaurant without taking my unfinished pizza. I don't give money much thought, but I do want a positive experience. It turns out that this establishment has poor customer service and makes racial and aesthetic judgments on its patrons. which actually aggravates me. In conclusion, I would not advise anyone to visit this restaurant because it is the worst in Phnom Penh.

Great rooftop location in Phnom Penh overlooking the Mekong River and foreshore. Nice place to cool down in the breeze with a beer and a pizza at night, while getting some great pics!

Had a buy 2 get 1 free Mojito deal going on when we went this past weekend. Both the lemongrass and raspberry mojito were pretty syrupy, I almost thought we were skimped out and weren't getting any actual alcohol added into our drinks. Place was not packed when we were there so I was pretty disappointed with the service. Had to basically call the servers over to get another round of drinks and even then it took a good 10-15 minutes for each drink. View is nice but there are plenty of other rooftops to choose from, and in this city where the alcohol is so cheap there's no need to get these expensive watered down drinks.

Best Rooftop bar on Phnom Penh riverside, Ambience is very chilled and comfortable.. you can have conversation without shouting as the music is not too loud unlike some other rooftop bars. Food and cocktails are moderately priced and yummy 😋.

Very nice spot to see fireworks and enjoy the river side. Fresh air and relax. However, when it comes to the food, I personally think it didn't reach my 5 stars recommendation. I tried various food like steak 🥩, Spaghetti, Pizza, and chicken wings, but for me non of them is tasty. In terms of service, some staffs are friendly and some are not. Can anyone tell how much should I give them the tips to make them happy? I actually don't like giving people tips sorry about that. Anyway, this place is a good place to enjoy both riverside and fireworks at night. I hope I can give more stars to food and service there in the future.

I love this roof top restaurant. Very nice and cool, good scenery. The food was ok, it can be better. The American style food is not as good as real American food. Italian food is not the same. The food is not too expensive. It's worth the try, at least for one time.

A neat little sky bar on the roof top of Amanjaya PanCam Suite Hotel by the Tonle Sap Riverside, over looking the riverside promenade and the busy city view of Phnom Penh. Good, attentive and friendly service. Opens at 5pm daily. The place is frequent by expats and hotel guests =)

One of the worst experiences I have had in Phnom Penh riverside. The food was like eating bad TV dinners on a Monday. Service was slow and the light at the table made it impossible to read the menu so the waiter changed the light tone and changed it bad to the allowing color after we finished our order🤦🏻‍♂️ totally would not recommend this place, I was really hoping after the remodel they did the bad food would improve well that was a bad assumption on my part.

Very nice Place to chill and enjoy the view on the Riverside

Very underwhelming experience. We visited on 18th December 21. Besides checking out places we are foodies. There are very very limited choices of food and to our surprise pork was not available. That made it half of the list. Without choice we had to settle for french fries and chicken wings which were ok. The first disappointment was smoked salmon which was less cooked. Then we ordered fish amok which looked delicious but was salty. Then the beef loklak was hardly chewable and felt like gums. Couldn't finish our dinner properly and had to substitute it with few more beers. We looked around and we mostly saw people ordering pizzas, which made us feel we have ordered the wrong dishes here. The ambience is good, the waitresses were really helpful but with the quality of food is not a perfect match, I guess owners are mainly focussed on drinkers. Probably our last visit here. Eclipse skybar is the best when it comes to food and I regret not taking my family there.

Very nice view but its only one good thing about this place. Awful coctail "Pina colada" with disgusting flavour, i think coconut milk was expired. When i asked them to change my cocktail to glass of red wine, they bring it in glass for water and include "Pina colada" to the bill, despite the fact I didn't drink it at all because it was disgusting. We also ordered pizza but they just forgot about it and later waiter just asked us to cancel the order. Very expansive place, but it doesn't worth it at all.

Nice place to relax for a drink and enjoy the view. It is a good chill out for friends during the weekend. Pricing is fairly good and food also fantastic.
