Nice designed, and a Chill place to hang with good cocktail and skilled bartenders. and wine selection. The truffle mac and cheese is the best every time.

Food here is of a better quality compared to many places in Phnom Penh. Of course it is a little pricier but the value u get is definitely worth it. Cocktails are also good too. Service staff are definitely more well trained here as well. A place u should visit if u can afford it!

This is a nice place to meet a blind date because it's an easy getaway if things don't go to plan. I may or may not be speaking from experience here lol. The place is very comfortable and the staff are very pleasant.

On holiday from New Zealand with my 17yo son. The service was superb, and the food top shelf. However when I went to pay using my NZ creditcard, which had been accepted through Thailand and Vietnam, it was rejected. An embarrassment! Luckily I had it on my phone. Somehow someone doesn't know how to process overseas creditcards.

This has to be the best restaurant in Phnom penh city by far. We ate all over the city in low cost and high cost. The food is more western but my god, I can't say enough about it. After we ate here we went back the following few days. The food is at a good price and well worth the quality of food. With a french chef and of course a lovely owner who is also French and sooo friendly and helpful. I'd give it more stars if I could. Really nice and eligant inside so dress up a little 😉

Love the vibe here. Can't imagine why I only have one photo. Attentive staff, good music, excellent drinks, amazing food. This is the kampot pepper beef carpaccio. Will be back for sure!

Had dinner with a couple of friends here last night. Enjoyed my lovely cocktails and food were tasty. I had the crispy pork belly with potato buds, extra green beans and they were excellent. The sides were large serving and exceptionally roasted/cooked with fried onion and garlic. Staff were very attentive and friendly and the place is well maintain and managed. Will go back for more.

I was really disappointed by my visit at Oskar for date night. The only reason this review is not ⭐️ is because the atmosphere. I been here many times before and definitely have had a been experience. The food was a sad story of a boring recipe with little to no flavor. The salmon was overcooked and my lamb was lacking any flavor at all. The ceviche was very fishy and smelly. All of the dishes were overpriced for the level of ingredients and the incompetence of the chef recipe and cooking techniques to burn salmon. Te service was slow and nonexistent to check on us, I had to call the server over several times to remember to bring my glass of wine and for refills. I hope the service improves, I know business for restaurants in Phnom Penh is not great and maybe that explains the food disaster and disappointing service. The crazy thing we witnessed was how the parking staff didn’t stop a grab driver that dropped off a guest because this driver hit the BMW when parking the car in front for drop off then the driver put the car in reverse as the person was getting out of the car and hit the white BMW again. They should have stop the driver as it was obvious he was drunk. We were just trying to get to our car before getting hit by this driver.

A place full good vibes and good foods words cant say too much must go try and you will have this wonderful feeling. We order few on the menu to share among our friends. Acceptable portion with those price. Look at our photo for more infor. A 7/10 for me! Keep up the good works. Gambateh!

Well presented bar and restaurant serving a mix of Asian and Western food. Nice steaks. Good choice of wine. Dining atmosphere somewhat ruined by a DJ playing full volume EDM more suited to a nightclub after midnight killing the chance of conversation

Great place too eat. I especially liked the Ceasar salad, but my daughter's pizza was very nice as well (thin and crispy) The staff is very helpful and service is quick. I ordered a cocktail called The Gentleman. Loved it! You obviously pay a bit extra here, but it's totally worth it.

The food here was excellent. It had a very nice Riverside view, as well as an inner sanctum that was air conditioned, yet still open to the outside world. The Buffalo mozzarella cheese pizza with prosciutto was good--And this coming from a Brooklynite born. (Yes, it's a European pizza, but quite good. A nice crispy bottom with minimal flop.) Thursday night is 30% off wagyu steak night. As you can imagine, wagyu steak is not cheap, beginning with the 200 gram and ending with a 700gram for $99 (This is before the 30% discount.) I'm thinking that sharing the 700 g wagyu between two people on Thursday night is probably not a bed deal if you're looking to sink your teeth into some red flesh! They also had a nice arrange of cocktails. None of the above was inexpensive, but it was also quality. (And they still had a $2 lemon juice for which I am always grateful for upon arriving in Phnom Penh. Fresh lemonade with cane sugar is one of my more favorite items of consumption upon visiting my favorite city in Southeast Asia.) If you're bargain hunting, or you're a backpack of the less-than-great-smelling variety, You probably want to move on to a more bargain conscientious establishment. However, eating inside with the air conditioning, which is open to riverside quay, is a nice place to have a meal. Not an inexpensive place, yet a quality establishment.

Enjoy my Monday evening with my husband. Read about the good review on internet on this place. Loves the music and the snacks we ordered (The kitchen was closing thus a few of our initial orders could not be done.) The staffs are attentive and friendly. Finding a parking lot nearby is a challenge though so go there by other means of transport is recommended.

The foods are good. The wine is great . But the service is a little weird to me. All the tables are reserved so when you come first you cannot select the table you would like to sit. You can sit where they pointed you to sit. But after a moment, I realized actually the table are not reserved by customers, they just don’t want customer to have choice. Because after 30 mins all the label “ reserved” was taken off without customers coming. This is so ridiculous to me.

People may have been here for drink, for me nice menu for dinner with special people is more important. Come during 5-7 pm will not much traffic.. follow picture are the menu I would recommend.. delicious 😋
