We booked 2 deluxe rooms both rooms were very untidy dirty and unhygienic the blankets and bedsheet were used one there was stain on bedsheet of tea coffee or foods. After that talking about toilets it was totally worst no proper water supply Stink fragrance in toilets. Last but not least management and staffs of hotel were not cooperative and discourteous whenever we ask some help for them .

This is hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed. ..Staff was terrible, rude & indifferent (especially manager as if he's manger Of Taj hotel) no consideration towards customer...rooms were of worst quality...no wifi, windows were broken and beds had bugs in it...gloomy ambience...It was a mess in complete. No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff

First of all very good and comfortable rooms at reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and looks Luxurious. Washroom are big neat and clean. Hotel surrounding is calm and peace. Over all good experience, Receptionist and staff are good and Friendly....

Wifi was not working, bed mattress was not comfortable at all, tap water did not have warm water, geysar was not working, tv does not have maximum channels, there is absolutely no view to the room, no amenities on the property nor inside the room, Food was NOT good either, Average

A good stay is a combination of good rooms, good food and polite hotel staff. The manager was very rude demanding to pay only via cash though they have options of online payment. Food is not at all tasty, when questioned about it his answer was 'Maharastra people taste ke hisab se ham khaana banate', if that is the case please don't allow the guests from other regions. The food is also very expensive. The positives are room(it's better than expected) and the service from the kitchen. Overall its a TWO star...

I recently stayed at the JD Villa Hotel and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although the amenities were limited, they were of great value, and I especially loved the balcony. The only downside was the location; the road leading to the hotel was not in the best condition, but it was still manageable. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We visited last weekend at this hotel, it is one off the worst hotels I have ever visited ! All worst things are followed below :- 1) No hygiene Rooms, bed sheets, bathrooms 2) No water supply for even bath and toilet ( we were 6-7 people but only 2 people bathed due shortage of water) 3) Receptionist was arrogant as well & not at all helpful 4) We didn't get required food from hotel so order from outside hotel..and for that the hotel was asking us to pay more just because we ordered from outside despite it was their lack intent to provide us with our desired food . 5) Also there was water logging around the hotel area which was risky if high rainfall. 6) We wanted our food warm from their oven which was denied by giving COVID reasons I think this much is enough to never visit this useless , helpless & worst hotel again.

Had stayed here in June last year, staff was polite and friendly, They arranged and decorate a table in lawn as per my request for my wife's birthday. Very happy with the service, Also it's a hill view hotel, so it's pleasant experience.

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed . I had stayed with my friends and had to face miserable experience, that too after traveling long from Thiruvananthapuram to Lonavala. I would never recommend this for stay in a beautiful and scenic place like Lonavala ... The rooms were filthy and the toilets get blocked while using. The flushes were clogged. There was fungus within the cupboard and so had to keep our belongings in the floor itself. The bed sheets where also not clean and the room was also not maintained well. The bed tea comes only after 08:30 AM when enquired and we had to walk far away to have a morning tea ☹️ ... The torrential rain also had made the entry to the hotel miserable as the road infront was flooded and had to walk in through the flooded clayey water. At last, while checking out they even didn't showed a courtesy of thanks giving ... Truely inhospitable, customer unfriendly behaviour from the hotel management ..

The overall stay and the surrounding was good but we had a lot of problems with food. The chef was out on holiday for a day and the hotel didn't even informed about it. We got a fly in our food and the receptionist was not even admitting it was their fault. Can be better if these will be looked

We have been there for 3 nights. Over-all it's okay. Staff is polite and safe for girls stay. They can improve room's infrastructure. Rooms were smelling so bad due to damp walls and ceilings. There is not a single mirror in a room.

Washroom ran out of water in the middle of the night. Very old property with smelling rooms. It’s not at all worth the price they charge. During rainy season, entrance gets flooded (I mean it). There were insects found on the bed. Common area allotted to us is with zero maintenance. For 2000 rs we get much better rooms with 24/7 water and no earth warms at least. 5 star is far away from you buddy. And of course none of the photos are from behind bed or any corner of the rooms. And I write review if something (bare minimum) is not available for the paid price. You cannot claim everything (30+ services which includes a bathroom ?? 🙄)
