Lovely lively ambience... Good food... Live band was the highlight... perfect for a weekend dinner plan.

If I had the option, I would have given 0 star. Pathetic service. Slow af even at normal weekday evening. Not worth the hype at all. The only good thing is the location and ambience. Rest is all the fake silver coating on the sweet. Too pathetic service. Low end bars are better than ruining your evening with close ones at this place.

Located at 7th floor of Grand Dhillion 🏨. But the 7th button of lift never works!! Parking space is ample, valet is good. Dining area is open air with 3 different themes. Closed sheds for privacy, metal cage and classic table 🪑 dining system. There’s a small mini bar too. Reception by staff is excellent. 🎶 🎧 was not very loud. Big 📺 screen for entertainment. Great place to hangout with friends and family. Not very cost friendly place but the quality of meal served is really appreciable. Also theme like this in Bhilai is truly mesmerising and henceforth a must visit place

So we went there at about 11:30 pm, still the buzz was nice, smooth jazz playing in the background. The whole place looked like it was to be renovated soon, which I confirmed from the waiter as well. The alcohol selection was also good.since we were already a bit wasted we ordered Masala Papads and our regular selection of whiskey, it was really priced very pocket friendly which helped greatly. The pricing of food is where it was a bit unsettling but considering the place it might be good. The bar tender was Rupesh at the moment, which did a fantastic job of also taking order when the waiter was not around and did a great job serving the drinks. Vikas was on the waitering part and when asked for the complimentary peanuts he obliged very easily. I have never had such an unpleasant experience, the hygeine was bad and hospitality was poor, waiters are pastoral and impolite. We visited today at 7 PM, they charged 2000 rs as a cover charge due to some live DJ, it started raining all of sudden and waiter refused to take order, I had to come down and report, they refused to refund so they arranged an indoor space to eat, there was no proper coordination between staff and needs to behave polie and professional. Appetizers were good 👍🏼, main course was okay.

The only restaurant with bar in Bhilai that I found the best for good vibes. The only reason I reduced one star from the rating is because of the heavy cost..😅 The range of beer starts from ₹400 and food items are also costly. But I understand this is because of maintaining a good crowd. Because of this reason atmosphere spoilers don't come there, which makes it a better place. The best time to visit there is Sunday evening because of the Live music. Place is comfortable for girls as well. They can drink, smoke and wear whatever they want comfortably. Service wise I can say that they should try improve it. It always seems like waiters are in hurry always. You have to wait for the waiters more than the waiters wait for the order.. 😂

It’s not a bad place with nice ambience if you’re a local. My experience was a bit disappointing specially when it comes down to drinks and bar service. I surely felt the lack of training in staff for preparing drinks, they gotta be more professional and provide friendly service. I ordered one LIIT and it was just too sweet to be LIIT with price check of INR 1100 which is way more than any higher commercial venue in other cities. I recommend Indian food here, try butter chicken and prawn biryani if you’re down for dinner.

Hello all, I went to this place for the first time, There were many things which makes it more memorable for me. First was ambience, it was peaceful with music, beautiful lights and such chilly weather. Second, food here was good but not worth the price. So know this, cafe is lil costly. Overall service was good, but one thing I didn't liked when we paid the bill amount, the waiter was counting every single note in front of us like we're going to run away. Thank-you. Ambience is too good during the evening hours, with live music and lightings added. Food is to the expensive side but good. 4⭐ since service is slow, else they are improving it gradually.

Just a stain on the name of grand dhillon. Please don't visit ..its waste of your time and money. The foods are of low standards.They don't know the authentic recipes of anything. Only the wind was good there in the name of ambience.Staff was so impolite and knows nothing of hospitality business. They had added ketchup in pizza and Nachos.I mean in this era who puts ketchup in pizza.Moreover the pizza base was not homemade and its just a stale piece of store bought .Worst quality.It was a nightmare

And the food which i have ordered is not worthy and nachos was so less in one plate and not at all crispy and also one drink named pinacolada is so bad and i can say worst... The ambience of this place is really good but then comes the down side of this place. The drinks are super expensive and not at all worth it. The staff is really lazy and the management is least bothered about it. The food is okayish. I mean as compared to Raipur which has several better options in less rates just at a distance of 45mins from bhilai. Also I observed something suspicious about the drinks they served. They did a lot of mixing while serving the drinks and when asked they were very okay with accepting that they did. Overall I would not prefer going back to that place when I have several better options in Raipur.

Food was good. We had to order multiple times as waiter was not aware of availability. They kept us waiting and came back this is not available then we re ordered and again after 5 mins waiter came back saying its not available 😑. Management is not good. Three different waiters came asking for order again and again. ☺️😀😀
